The campground was in disrepair and needed attention EVERYWHERE. The road noise prevented us from getting any sleep for three nights. It was the worse KOA we’ve ever stayed at.

Campground was very good. But the bath and showers need work. Water pressure was nonexistent. Need to put fan in bath to dry floors.

Cable was dropped and we were not informed ahead of time. Otherwise the stay was enjoyable and close to Shipshewana flea market and great shopping.

I'd like to say that we spent a lot of time at this location but it was a temporary stop for a night's sleep and on the road again. I will say that it was easy access and yeah, but the sights were fairly level, between my truck and the the camping unit, we took up the entire length of the site.

Very nice ! It’s about our 3rd time and we would highly recommend. You have nice grassy spots and it’s well maintained. We don’t use the pool, but I must admit that every time we do see the pool it looks like you might need a pool perso whi knows what to do with chemicals.

We like the location. Easy to get to South Bend, Elkhart, and Middlebury. Roads in the park gravel and dirt. It would be nice if the road a little wider. They have propane and nice store. We will come back

Had a late check in but all worked out good. Found a nice spot for the night and all was good. Had a chance to do a load of laundry and found the laundry room was nice and clean and all appliances were working great.

Fairly aggressive restaurant recommendation at start. Sweetheart young person (10 years old) checked us in. Political material on counter at check in (we choose KOA due to no politics). There were approx 6 campers there and person mowed our lawn around our units and everything around us for an hour. Could have/should have been done before we got there. Nice people, but lacked as hosts.

Great location in Middlebury. Quiet and easy to navigate. Sites are very well maintained. Staff very friendly. My only gripe is how KOAs tend to put their fire rings toward the front of the site. I guess they do that because they make the sites so narrow you'd run the risk of lighting your neighbors slide on fire if the pit was on the side of your coach.

Check-in was easy and friendly. Our pull-through was a bit short, and we had to park the truck crossways. Lots of tress are nice, some of the lower branches should be trimmed. Spacing is ok. Don't miss the RV Hall of Fame Museum and DAS Dutchman-Essenhouse the Amish buffet. Wedgewood Brewery was good alsol

It works for a quick overnight yet some stay a lot longer. Good and level sites but the sites are starting to show their age. Bathrooms looked to have been refreshed in the past couple of years.

A wonderful campground. Very clean and beautiful. It is a very peaceful place to stay. Even though we were just passing through, we're glad we stopped here.

We stayed here two nights. The campground was well kept. The restrooms were clean as was the laundry room. It was convenient access to 80. That being said there was some road noise but not much. Lots of activities and a nice pool. We were here off season though so jut a quick stop for us.

WI Fi very inconsistent, actually my first rating was cancelled due the inconsistent WI FI. The ownership should petition the Township to pass an ordinance on Jake Braking on CR 13 and the crossroads by the BP. Very disturbing during sleeping hours

The water had a metallic scent to it like copper, definitely would not drink it but it was okay for a quick shower. It had the basics and plenty of full hook up sites and very affordable, kind of run down but again for that price I think it was fair.

Very friendly staff. It was early in the season. I would look forward to staying there when more amenities are open and the park is fully set up.

Stayed only one night while passing through town. Park is older & could use some maintenance, sites are large enough for our 42 footer, kids park was pleasant, dog run was smaller but we are very thankful it was offered, men’s restroom was very clean, easy access to the campground itself, staff was welcoming, will stay again.

Would definitely stay here again! Great rates, friendly and efficient office, plenty of on-site activities like the rec center, pool, fishing, mini golf, basketball court, volleyball court, horseshoes, and hiking. The RV sites all had a picnic table and a fire ring. The gravel drive was well maintained and easy to navigate. Mix of full timers and travelers. Mix of families and singles and retired. Restroom and showers were as clean as could be expected with heavy holiday weekend camping. Minimal road noise. Easy access from main road and easy to find.

Great KOA. Friendly staff, clean grounds, sites are a decent size. Near the highway but the noise isn't too bad unless you're right next to it.
