Overall, this is a typical run down camp ground. We booked it thinking it’s a KOA, so it would be nice. It is not well maintained. The bathrooms smell terrible. The pool is small, but heated. The 30amp plug could not handle our needs. I do not believe this is an actual 30amp outlet. We tripped the breaker every 5 min. just running the air. We will not be back.

Very nice personnel. Spaces were not very level and trees prevented opening our awning. All spaces were too close together

Welcoming staff. This property's best quality is the location for overnight stay while traveling. Dog park is a decent size and there is a nice pond to walk to and relax. Store doesn't stock groceries at all - a disappointment - and no, we weren't interested in dollar general down the street. I've been before and would stay again based on ease of highway access and easy, level pull thru site.

It was overnight stay and it rained hard so did not get to experience the campground. Stay was fine though.

The gravel roads were extremely dusty, and a lot of the guests thought nothing of flying up and down and stirring it up, creating a mess. There's no way we could keep our windows open. Posting and enforcing a 5mph speed limit is needed. Sites are very small and close to each other. won't stay here again.

Very nice place! Fishing and swimming were fun and a short drive to South Bend to watch the South Bend Cubs play Baseball also we were right in the middle of the RV capital of the world!

Easy access to the site from I-94. They recycle which is so nice to see. I greatly appreciate their efforts. Sites were level and clean.

The camp ground was very nice and well maintained. the pool was great! We stayed in one of the cabins, it was a nice layout but was not very clean and had a bad musty smell in it. we would of asked to be moved but we were right next to my parents that were in a rv site so we didn't want to move.

Sites a little close together. Not much room for fire ring and being clear of vehicles. Campground was well kept and clean.

WiFi insufficient to watch anything on the TV in the cabin

The people were nice and helpful. there was also a lot of things to do. But the reasons for the low scores are the campsites are way to small. we have a small trailer an there was still no room to do anything like enjoy a fire(fire ring was about four foot from the next trailer). Also the "store" was not good at all. it barley had anything but stuff the bought from a store and double the price on.

We were only able to stay one night after we picked up our motorhome from being repaired. Sites had plenty of room for large units and the campground was clean. People were friendly and there were plenty of doggie stations with bags for picking up and disposing of pet waste. Enjoyable stay - would recommend.

The staff is friendly! Garbage is picked up at the campsite daily! The pool was refreshing.

Park is nice enough but Very noisy by the highway, the pool was nice but the bathrooms and showers were disgusting. Dirty and smelled of mould and urine.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Park was clean and well cared for. There was a short 1 mile trail ideal for puppy walks. Our site was level and accessible for a 40 ft MH. Within easy drive of RV Museum and 45 min from Newmar factory (took tour).

The Topeka cabin was perfect for our needs. It is a beautiful campground. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Friendly staff and clean campground with nice amentities. Only dissapointment is the location, on the corner of two fairly busy roads and across the street from a gas station.

Head a great time! We'll kept and clean, nice amenities for kids. Pool was kinda small..

OK place. Hard to believe this is a KOA Holiday, not much activities for kids. Positive items: friendly staff, great water pressure, like that you can leave trash anytime, good location for local stuff.

We were very happy with our cabin, Emma. Now would like to come back and see what the other ones look like. Pool nice and clean, the staff all very friendly. My little granddaughter disappointed that there were no pedal boats to rent, probably should update the website. Other than that we were both very happy with our stay.

This KOA campground in Indiana was a lovely surprise on what could have otherwise been a disappointing spring break. After our initial plans to head south and Camp with another family were cancelled due to severe thunderstorms, we looked into what else was open for camping closer to the great lakes area, and found this campground. A couple calls later and we were all set and arrived and I have a hard time putting into words how wonderful the staff is. They're genuinely friendly and very helpful! Fortunately the campground was nearly empty and we were able to get two nice sites together so we could be next to our camping friends and we all had a great time. While tent camping would probably be OK too, our small travel trailer was perfect. There were some HUGE travel trailers there, quite possibly the biggest I've seen. But there are a lot of pull-through sites to accommode that and all the sites have a mostly-level drive. There are cabins too but we didn't look into the details of those. The kids enjoyed riding bikes up and down the camp road, and there was a little pond which offered license-free catch-and-release fishing. I was not prepared for this (and even more surprised when my son said he wanted to put down his electronics and go fishing with his friends!) so I had to drive a few miles into town and buy a rod and hooks and worms at a local sports shop. My son even caught his first fish! And our friends daughter stayed occupied catching garter snakes. Not that I'm a huge outdoorsman, but it was a very nice parent moment to see all the kids off their electronics participating in nature. There's restaurants and a great donut shop nearby and lots of horse and buggy traffic from the local Amish population. This was nice as it gave us a chance not to gawk, but rather to discuss with our children about different lifestyle choices and possible rewards/challenges associated with that, and hopefully instilled some acceptance of other people's choices. There are a couple nice hiking trails on the campground as well. They're perfect for just taking a stroll through the woods with one little hill to contend with, and a little minigolf course for the kiddos to play on a bit. There is also a fenced in dog run for Fido to do his business off-leash, just please pick up after your pet. I cleaned a lot of old dog-logs just so I/my dog didn't step in it, and was rather irritated that dog owners wouldnt have done that themselves. I imagine in high summer when the campground is packed, it might not be as ideal for a quiet camping trip, but that also opens up more chance for social interaction and those quirky little temporary camp friendships that kids are so adept at creating, so I bet it'd still be fun, just in a different way. Overall I recommend this KOA (more than any other KOA or certain picnic basket stealing bear campgrounds I've been to in the past!), and will likely return, even if theres no other cancelation to drive the necessity. It was just a good time.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful campground, and couldn't be more thrilled with our experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. One of the highlights of our trip was the spacious dog park. It was great to find a campground that truly values its four-legged guests. For families with children, this campground is an absolute dream. The variety of activities available can keep kids entertained for hours. The campground was well-maintained, our pull thru site was level and clean. Overall, our experience at this campground exceeded our expectations. A huge thank you to the staff for their hospitality and for providing such a fantastic environment for families and pets alike!
