Not bad but some appliances didn't work in the cabin and the shower stall did not have hot water, and the bathrooms were not very clean. Otherwise decent cabin and nice stay for our travel days.

It was decent. Sites seemed rarely small compared to others. It was a basic camp site. Said we had WiFi but the signal was weak and we couldn’t even us it.

Very friendly manager. Sites were well taken care of but very close to each other. Rec Center is aged and needs an uplift. Quiet hours were maintained.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and helpful. The facilities need some major updates. The bathrooms and showers were pretty rough. The pool was much better than it looked. The pool water was clean but looked pretty dirty and green. The well water was not great either and had a swampy smell to it. The staff definitely made up for the dated facilities and they made the stay worth it.

Overall our stay was nice. However our porch swing did fall while our children were on it and they were very scared! That was a disappointment and our children were very upset

It was a great stay. Plenty to do and the kids had fun. I was having some issues with the electricity and let them know, they came right away and changed the breaker kn the pole and back up running. Would definitely stay again.

Jerry and the crew is incredible. Have always thought so. I try to stay at least once a year if not more. This last stay proved to be very difficult for me, but by no fault of the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy after issues arose. Thank you for being understanding of the situation and making sure things were good for me.

The pool hours were very limited. The sun is up past 9 p.m. in June and July - so a nice swim before dusk would have been nice. The restrooms near the cabins had an awful smell that made is sick to our stomaches. Smelled like a sewer.....yuck! We love staying here because it close enough to both Shipshewana and Middlebury attractions.

Patio site was decent and bushes were nice around the campsite for privacy but they were very close and we had to watch the position of the trailer so we could use the awning & not hit the bushes. That meant we didn't have as much room at the front of our trailer to park our truck. Pool looked kind of green in color. Overall, the CG was older but nice.

Staff was so friendly! They really make you feel welcome, facilities were clean & we loved how many activities there was for our kiddo. Definitely will be returning ����

Over all a very lovely campground that is well maintained. Our site however; needs a bit of TLC. Although we loved our cozy little spot the electrical cover was laying on the ground filled with water which I emptied and replaced, one of the water connections was leaking, our site wasn't level and there was quite a bit of sand and our picnic table wasn't usable as the paint was peeling.

Filthy pool, Security codes for bathrooms posted outside. Odd couple hanging around bathrooms (they apparently live over the office). Owners never seen. We've stayed at a lot of holiday's and this is the worst.

Quick, easy reservation and upon arrival, getting checked in. 1st site assigned was very slanted, I asked to be moved and was accomodated. We were only there for 1 night but enjoyed the campground. It was within 6 miles of the Jayco Factory & Tour which we enjoyed. We used the laundry and it was very clean and well taken care of. The office staff were very friendly. Recommend this site!

Water is extremely dirty. Had to flush out entire system and replace all water filters once we left there. Staff was very rude.

Very friendly safety and dated yet clean facilities at a very low price, especially for a KOA! I will warn campers that it is a bit noisier at night with nearby truck traffic.

Staff was very nice. Beautiful sites with mature trees and pretty landscaping. Lots of activities available indoors and outdoors, but the facilities are in need of updating. The bathrooms in particular are overdue for an upgrade.

The campground was very nice. We have a 45 ft motorhome, the gravel site was level and long enough, the grass site was mowed with healthy grass. Very nice looking campground. We had FHU . The staff is very friendly. They delivered wood and even a case of water directly to our site. I was very impressed. Only disappointment was well water. We will return again.

The road was under construction so it was hard to get in and out of the site. The KOA itself was old, our campsite was so far from everything and next to the pond who can obviously attracted million more bugs. The front office was very nice tho! It just wasn’t my favorite KOA campsite. The pool was closed early at 7 which seems too early for the summer hot days.

It was great. However this time it seemed there were a lot of non-campers at the pool. Pulling up in vehicles and parking and whole car loads. Should be campers that are paying to stay.

Campground was clean and well maintained. Our pull through site was level and just long enough for our MH and tow. Water pressure at the site decreased as water was used making a shower difficult in the MH. Didn’t use the showers or pool. This was an overnight stop.

Generally the quality level I expect from KOA, with one exception: the showers on the men's room had no shelves or soap dishes. The old ones obviously had fallen off. C'mon, Ellhart KOA. How hard would it be for you to install a simple sturdy shelf or soap dish in each shower stall? You owe it to your guests who often pay a premium and expect a certain level of quality for the KOA name.

We ended up staying for 1 wk we had an accident and part of the tow had to be replaced they gave a card of a man who does rv repairs the staff is so kind and friendly they went out of there way to accommodate us as we had to wait for the part and the man to install it we were able to stay in the same site except for one time very nice campground and great people

Stayed in camping cabin. We liked the cabin, liked the grounds, clean, well kept, loved the pool. TV reception was terrible, but we didn't come for that, mattress was not good for my old back, next time will bring thick comforter to lay on.

Would definitely stay here again! Great rates, friendly and efficient office, plenty of on-site activities like the rec center, pool, fishing, mini golf, basketball court, volleyball court, horseshoes, and hiking. The RV sites all had a picnic table and a fire ring. The gravel drive was well maintained and easy to navigate. Mix of full timers and travelers. Mix of families and singles and retired. Restroom and showers were as clean as could be expected with heavy holiday weekend camping. Minimal road noise. Easy access from main road and easy to find.

Great KOA. Friendly staff, clean grounds, sites are a decent size. Near the highway but the noise isn't too bad unless you're right next to it.
