Stayed in 36’ rv. Sites very close. Clean park and office. Employees very friendly. Laundry room machines need attention. All wash machines were dirty from previous wash uses. 2 dryers ooo. A third dryer did not even warm my clothes let alone not dry. Refund not offered. Owner needs to put in new machines. This park is on freeway so there is the expected traffic noise. Is a good stopping point.

Pulled in late, could not find my site to dark in the area. My paperwork did not provide us with a bathroom code.

Helpful and friendly staff. Well kept grounds and playground for the kids. Good place to over night, or two, along the I-40 . We will stop there again.

Very little space between camper units. No privacy at all. Never stay here again. Nice restrooms!

Was pleasantly surprised with this KOA that was right off the interstate. We stayed in a W/E spot, not a full hook-up and were rewarded with a spot overlooking the small reservoir with trees all around. This was a quick overnight passing through stay, so we did not use any of the amenities. It was surprisingly quiet for its proximity to the interstate. We would definitely stay again.

We had a good stay, the attendants were extremely helpful, the facilities were very clean. Overall, we had a great stay and will return whenever in the area.

So accommodating and welcoming! A big change from the KOA the night before in NM. The staff went above and beyond to help me out and I feel I got the BEST spot with a river view! I will request that spot and have already referred a few friends to the El Reno West KOA. Yes, it is that nice! You would also never know it was there off the Hwy 40. No traffic noise but also has diner and shop.

Thank you for waiting for us to come in. That was so wonderful. My only suggestion is to make your map in a MUCH darker print. I know the rules since I try to use KOA often. But not everyone will know them. Congratulations on your new ownership. I wish you the best of luck!

Convenient location to Oklahoma City and Cherokee Trading Post. Operators were very helpful to us. Nice clean faculties!

We just popped in and out off the interstate, and it was easy. Showers were nice and clean. A restaurant was in easy walking distance so we didn't have to unhook our trailer nor make a mess cooking during our quick overnight stay. Would be willing to stop longer next time.

This was the best RV Park we stayed at during our vacation. We stayed at two KOA’s and two privately owned RV Parks. We were met by Isabel and Mike. They were extremely friendly, and helpful without any pressure. We will stay there again. The facilities were clean and updated. The staff made us feel safe, and welcome like family. This KOA should be a perfect model for all to follow.

Friendly staff. Campground was clean. Cable TV is messed up. Xerox copy of brochure needs to be proved. Can't read rules. Limited food items. Well stocked RV accessories.

Excellent employee. She cheerfully helped us when off-duty & patiently checked us out, renewed our membership properly, listened & explained locationConfusing location due to two names found and phone # is under one town and the address is under another. El Reno West KOA name is excellent for finding the location tucked off the I-40 truck stop. Super clean restrooms & showers. Well kept facility.

Probably one of the nicest KOA's that I have ever stayed at , beautiful area . Well kept . Even has a lake . Peaceful quiet, nice tree's. Huge lot plenty of room .would stay again.

The dog park is great snd the bison pen is interesting. Nice cabins and pleasant campground.

It was obvious that staff loved their jobs, and genuinely cared about each camper, and friendly and easy to converse with stoping what there were doing to chat. Great they had several games for adults not just the kids.

The store there are awesome !!! The people are very nice and I like that they offer dinner delivery to your site (for a cost) and a free little breakfast.

Great for a 1-night stay. I was a bit surprised because I thought I booked a site with sewer hookup, but apparently I did not. The dump station wasn't really usable, as the drive was only maybe 20 feet long (we're a 35-foot rig towing a vehicle) & there was no connection at the dump station for a water hose. So, word to the wise, double check your reservation if you need sewer! The park is lovely - well maintained & very clean. There was some road noise from I-40, but the location was perfect for us as we were continuing on west. The laundry area was clean, & we appreciated that it was open 24-hours as we were only there the 1 night & needed to get caught up. The woman in the office was incredibly friendly & we felt welcome.

Friendly Staff and accommodating. Offered to move our sight to be easier to get into when they knew we would be arriving after dark. We kept our original reservation and don't regret it. Sight 36 was beautiful easy to pull into and nestled away in the trees.
