Stayed before, this year there a couple things made some days of our stay not quite as enjoyable as in past. 1: couple left dogs out unattended barking excessively - mgmt attempting to address but went on too long 2: kids on atvs, dirt bikes, side by sides, golf carts etc. racing around park some only 4 or 5 yrs unsupervised, at night no lights unsafe/noisy - this needs to be done in the desert!

This was our third stay in a year—twice as CRR and once as KOA. It’s a long drive for us to relax, but becoming a KOA really changed the experience, and not for the better. I’d rate it 1 star if not for Lou, Kevin, and the familiar faces at check-in. They’re the only reason we will come back! The familiar faces are the 5 stars.

Except for a little snafu in checking in, someone was in my assigned spot, ehrenburg is a great KOA. Staff were very friendly, amenities were top notch. We will return soon

We stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday and had a great time. I felt safe, and if we are in the area and need accommodations, we will definitely stay again.

Best KOA! Every site is WIDE - accommodating multiple opposing slides, vehicle and still plenty room for toys and patio furniture. Nice to not be on top of neighbors. Clean facilities. Quiet area. River. Our dog loved running the beach off leash. Short drive to Blythe for supplies. Looking forward to returning.

Planned to stay one night; but, ended up staying 3 nights because it was such a comfortable place to stay during the rainy weather. Our dogs loved the K-9 dog park so much they liked playing there even in the rain. It was nice that the roads and campsites did not get muddy and we were able to walk around between showers. Nice fitness room and community center also.

Beautiful park, club house and pool area. Large spaces sets well laid out, easy in and out. If I am ever in this area again I will definitely stay here.

This was one of the nicest KOA'S that we have stayed at. The staff was very friendly. The sites were big and the dog park was amazing. The dog park had real grass and very clean. They had multiple areas for the dogs and that meant a lot for us. I would highly recommend this KOA. In fact we will be staying there on our way home in 3 weeks.

Beautiful campground very quiet and peaceful. We stayed in one of the furthest spots by choice. ( doggies first camping trip we wanted to be further away) still an easy walk to the beach and facilities. Could not have been a better experience.

Our stay was excellent. We had an FMCA rally with 30 people. The facilities were spotless and the staff was friendly and efficient. We will definitely be back. �

To whom it may concern our stay here has been just about a perfect stay. One thing I would like to see if it could be done is to have ping pong and billiards tournaments as well with the Cornhole and other activities. It was excellent! The park is beautiful, the staff is friendly, helpful and just awesome. We had our RV space plus 3 camping cabins for family members. None of our family will ever stay in local hotels ever again. River Sands KOA is where we'll stay. Thank you management and staff!!!

We had a mini family reunion (23 people) for a 5 day stay. The facility is clean, staff is awesome, nice and helpful. The amenities were great! We utilized the club house until closing multiple nights, the catch and release pond is great fun for kids and adults alike. The fun of the river and desert are close by. We had so much fun and we will be back again!! Great job to Lou and his crew!

A hot day of traveling and enjoyed the beach front and the swimming pool. We found the hit tub to be cooler than we expected.

Great place to stay and have fun without leaving the campground. Brought our grandkid for the weekend and she had a blast swimming, playing ping pong, pickleball etc. bathrooms we modern and clean.

We stayed in Oct. 2025. The park is very big and we had trouble finding our site. Fortunately a nice man who worked there helped us find our site. The sites were clean and the park was well kept.

A super RV campground on the river, well kept grounds, modern facilities, nice pool and hot tub, access to the river, and best of all, really good people all friendly and helpful! One of the best places we have stayed to watch the sun set.
