I thought the facilities were nice. It was a bit larger than I had imagined so getting around was not as easy. The pool and clubhouse were kept immaculately. I would have liked more foliage but this is Arizona.

The check in person was great. The clubhouse was very nicely designed, modern, and clean. Pool and hot tub were first rate. The shower to be used had only cold water and didn't have a shower pan-nobody used it!. There was no shower in the club house and the shower facility was simply too far away from our site. There was not enough night lighting to safely walk or ride a bicycle.

The campsites are very nice and large. Wish there was a picnic table though. Not every campsite has a picnic table. The club house is very nice. All amenities were very clean. The pool and jacuzzi were sparkling clean. Very nice place.

We stayed in site 1095. It was close to laundry & showers. A lot of pull through sites and the sites are super wide! Plenty of room to set up outside. People next to us were 65’ (coach & trailer) and they had plenty of room. The club house, laundry, pool and hot tub are in excellent shape and clean. It’s super quiet because you’re far enough away from Hy 10 and there’s a walking pat

Ehrenberg is a nice and clean resort. The spaces are very big. The staff is friendly and helpful. We definitely will be back again

The stay was really good, unfortunately I was not aware of camp fire policy. I was not prepared to buy a required fireplace. The facility gate was a problem the timer on the opening was too short could not get through. Closing before I drove through. Otherwise it was good stay, always love the full spot services and I will be back.

Not impressed that you have to rent a fire pit and there were no picnic tables at the site. A lot of lose stone on site pads and roads that are supposed to be paved. Sites were good size and Campground was very clean. Laundromat was card/app use so you had to load a specific amount onto your card/app. By doing this you spent extra money. If you are a traveler you won't use the extra funds

The only thing I would add are picnic tables and fire pits at each site. The drive through site was spacious, clean and well equipped. The laundry and shower room was clean and spacious. Fun at the club house, pool, hot tub and water area.

The pool was smaller than the pictures made it look. It’s not a lap pool for swimming. The water temperature was about 80 degrees, maybe a good summertime setting but not for January. My campsite water faucet had threads covered in mineral deposits and it was impossible to stop it from leaking. The campground, bathrooms and clubhouse were kept clean, much appreciated

Mgr needs to train the employees how to manually operate the exit gate when it is stuck halfway down. I waited 20mins to exit for him to show up and push a lever. 4 other employees came out to help and didn't know what to do. Glad he was on property and not in town. No happy!!!

Campsite was clean when we arrived, good Wi-Fi, quick n easy check-in, clubhouse was great, bathrooms were clean and spacious and I like that you allow wood campfires. My only recommendation is to get more trash cans and some place to dump campfire ashes.

We have been KOA members 4 years. River Sands to a KOA was surprising. But, we have been there with a group of 4 to 8 RVs in our group. Lou and staff are great. Some things that we feel needs some attention are the camp site slabs. Like1037 the asphalt is broken up and has a lot of holes in it. Another is the trash pickup. Like many other big parks putting the trash out and picked up would help.

Quiet, clean campground .Excellent front desk staff. We actually did not take advantage of many of the amenities. Weather was perfect for us. I would seek something with a few more trees during the summer months.

We found one of the nicest KOAs we have ever stayed in! We needed a stop near the Quartzite RV Show. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our basic back in site was all we needed. It was level and large enough for our 26’ trailer and truck. The clubhouse is awesome! We really enjoyed the beach along the Colorado for sunset views.

Enjoyed our stay and the amenities. My only issue is that everyone drives way to fast witch kicks up alot of dust, this is not enjoyable when your trying to enjoy an outside meal or enjoy the outside.

We love staying here, this will be our third year in a row. we usually stay 4 days and three nights but we recently found out that we cannot book the cabins for three nights. it's a mandatory seven nights minimum. We can no longer afford to rent two cabins for 7 days straight that would be around $3,000. quite a difference from 3 nights. It's sad that this new policy has ended us there with you.

Did not get to enjoy the pool but walked over to check it out for next time and the Recreation room is awesome so many games and the pool and hot tub looked inviting. Walked down and sat by the river for a bit and enjoyed the tranquility of it all.

The spot we picked was right by the dog park. It was clean, level & really big. The whole campground is clean and well kept. Office staff were friendly during check-in. Love the river access & beach area. Only minor problem was that the dog park would get flooded every night, so my dogs had to walk around in a couple inches of muddy cold water in the morning. Other than that it was a great stay!

Wonderful stay!! We had a site close to the bath house which was very convenient. There’s a large laundry area with lots of washers and dryers. The showers are all private with hand held heads and shower seats. Everything is immaculate. When we requested an extension on our stay, they made sure our rate reflected the long term discount. Quiet, relaxing, great value! We will be back.
