The place is a complete mess. Not sure if your tearing down or rebuilding. All spots (othere than new ones) are in so need of repair. Pool and showers were clean which is the only positive. When draining our tanks, it backed up on us. When I told your maintenance staff what happened, he said ya all the septic on that side is backed up and has been for a while. WHY WOULDN'T YOU TELL US THIS BEF

It's clear they are redoing the sites and where they are done they are nice. The shower was larger than most send clean. The restrooms are in sore need of updating

Ms. Peggy was phenomenal in helping and assisting with out needs. Sorry that the laundry facilities were below par for us staying a month and struggling to keep cloths done. Facilities very clean...concerned that aggressive dog breeds are allowed in park. Actually reported an incident that could have put park in high liability.

We had trouble with our hitch and Amber was amazing. She went searching for something to help loosen it. After much hard work she was able to get it done. The nicest and most helpful person we have encountered yet in our travels!

The Staff was very helpful and the park is very peaceful. The pool area is very nice and the patios are great to chill around at the campsite.

Roberta, and Staff, were SUPER great! Escorted us to our space # 72, showed us how to correctly hook up to our 30 foot RV, and patiently answered our numerous 1st timer RV questions. Very nice comfortable environment with nice clean facilities + pool. Our parking space had its' patio, patio furniture with couch, pit, grill, water spigots, and outdoor flood light. You'll really enjoy this RV KOA!

Paid for a 50 amp spot. Not enough power to be a 50 amp even with a surge protector. Half our electric would not work because of this. Wires and cords all over the back of the spot. Horrible smell from neighboring sewer lines. We stayed at this location a year ago and there were updates being done. Figured it would be completed. Location looked no different except for new rock on the sites.

It did look like some construction was in progress but for a Holiday rated KOA, I would expected all the dryers would be working (only 2 of 6 ok) and (4 of 6 washers ok). Staff was very professional and accommodating to our needs, store well stocked.

This is by far the worse KOA we've stayed. We are new to the camping world, but we've stayed in six KOA locations in the last six months. Surprised KOA's name is on this location. No internet, no ice. and grounds are a hot mess. We will not recommend this location to friends/family without a warning and probably will never stay here again.

The staff is wonderful! Pleasant, efficient and helpful and always a smile. Campground going through major renovation, so hopefully the cramped run-down feel will be eradiated. One-way road is narrow and not well paved - other campers are not considerate in parking vehicles, so road can be difficult to maneuver. New sites are better & landscaping/pavers will help. Location is reason to return.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool. Easy hook-up. Only stayed one night so not much opportunity to enjoy the patio and extra seating.

Sites in poor repair. No breaker on electric panel. Rat infested (dead rat outside our front door ). Sewer was backed up when we arrived. Sites too close together. Only good things were the Wifi and internet and the over-the-air antenna TV reception.

There is no refund for any reason once you check in. We needed to leave a day early and was told that money/charges "it comes in, it doesn't go out". The spaces were TINY. The bathrooms were disgusting. On our second day, the only shower room was being utilized by a couple to have intimate relations. Property needed basic maintained. Entry and exit were tight to get in and out. Owner rude!

This is the worse KOA we have been at. KOA is normally our go to when travelling because of the standards KOA’s tend to meet. The site with large patio extra seating and bbq was misrepresented on line. It didn’t have the bbq, and the large patio was a sidewalk. The extra seating - mouldy cushions. The fishing pond - half empty and algie filled. Wifi was minimal at best. No management on site.

Very nice campground with beautiful sites. The wifi needs to be perked up a bit to reach all sites. Signage at the entrance is easy to miss, particularly when arriving after nightfall and unfortunately puts you on a dead end street. Staff is extremely pleasant and very helpful. We loved it so much,, we extended our stay by two days.. Would definitely stay here again.

I requested a full hookup 50amp site for a 28' tow behind camper. I got a site hardly big enough for a truck camper with 30amp service provided by and extension cord from another site. After moving to another site the next day we got to enjoy the smell of sewage for the rest of our stay from the septic system behind the site and were told not to dump the tanks of our unit. The campground sucked

We stay here because the location is great. Access to Ft. Lauderdale, bike paths and friends we know. Place is a bit unkept. Sites are very randomly different. Some nice, some terrible. Pool is uninviting given the building conditions around it.

I have a 40’ rig, put in a big enough site, but a bench concreted in at the back and a tree on my right, I couldn’t move in enough to open 1slide, move one or the other all good, site 17. Fill or drain the pond.

This is an older KOA and was perfect for us to stay and visit family. It would be a little tight for a big rig but the concrete pads and supplied outdoor furniture was perfect for our small camper.

Staff is really great. Location is wonderful. Park is Clean. Beautiful Vista Park across Street for riding bikes. Mail room is very helpFul. Laundry room needs upgrade. Pond needs cleaning and to be filled. Wifi and Electric needs upgrading. Worried about our Rig as Electricity popped on and off almost daily in the afternoon in February Glad we had watchdog surge protection.

I had a very nice stay here. The ladies in the office were very nice and efficient. They picked the perfect site for my needs. The facilities were neat and clean. The K9 park was very much appreciated as I travel with a dog that needs some exercise. I would like to suggest some garbage cans be placed near the back of the park as it is a long walk to the dumpsters!!!

We stayed for four nights. I was a little Leary about staying after reading a review on Facebook. Was pleasantly surprised At what we got. We actually had the same sight the complained about. We liked our sites and could tell they were making improvements in the campground.

This is a tough review. Staff was very friendly, pool was warm, neighbors were great, but that's about it. The facility is pretty rough - broken up concrete, terrible roads, paths are busted up and old equipment everywhere. Backside has some pretty run down trailers and fulltimers. Best described as 'sketchy'. Needs some serious tlc and capital investment. I would not go back.

Quaint little park in a great location. Not quite up to par with "Holiday" branding by KOA. In need of operational dryers...5 out of 6 were down.

I would caution anyone considering this campground to stay away. What is distressing is that KOA has their name on this place. Over crowded, lack of parking, very very small camp sites, unfinished projects galore, laundry room with broken machines, inadequate camp store, this list could go on and on but hopefully you get the idea. A complete black eye for KOA!!

The facility needs lots of improvement. During checkin there was a argument between the staff and a construction worker working on the new steps being put in. Staff was not very friendly or welcoming. Sites we had were being renovated but needs a lot more work. Lots of run down units in park and sites are very tight.

Our feeling is this park is not representative of KOA quality. Many upgrades need to be made to old existing structures and completion of those sites being added. Units are too close together for the unit and your vehicle to even be parked on the same site. The staff was friendly and the location across from a beautiful county park and downtown are their only saving graces.

The whole place is very outdated. Many of the spots are way to close. There used to be a small motel across from the office and pool, probably built in the 40's/50's, an eyesore. There is a catch and release pond that is in dire need of repair or fill it in. They are trying to make improvements redoing old sites and upgrading. It's 6 years old and they haven't done much. The campground needs a lot of maintenance and updates. Buildings look dumpy and old. The laundry had 6 washers with only 5 working and 6 dryers with only 1-2 working. We stayed a month and the laundry room situation didn’t improve. Owner/management focus was on creating/packing as many campers in the space rather than updating the facilities. Loved the surrounding area.

Not at all impressive. Should not be a holiday. Space spaces, narrow road, spaces muddy, and the moat was horrific. Would never recommend. Several of the buildings should be torn down.

Very friendly staff. Crowded sites but not unusual for Florida. Our site #24 didn’t have a very good water line. Always wet around pipe but no visible leak and very low to ground if you wanted to attach a filter. Just need an extension to fit and then worked fine. Some renovation but I see a plus with that old furniture at sites prob don't need Quiet at night.

Amazing KOA location! Friendly staff made great recommendations for nearby restaurants and fun things to do. We stayed in a newly renovated RV lot that was really nice and enjoyed the free pancake breakfast on Saturday. Definitely coming back!
