Only there for evacuation from hurricane. Entry/exit dangerous single file, not separate drives as shown on the koa map! Very poor condition in general, saw a lot of equipment out front hoping that proposed work helps with some improvements! Bathrooms were excellent/clean condition.

1 bar of wi fi. Pool closed. Sewer connection to far away for my hose. Central clean out is up hill from the road. The staff was very nice

Camp Hosts were very pleasant and accommodating. We had to extend our stay due to the hurricane and while we had to move sites they made sure we were in a very nice pull through. We enjoyed our stay.

We evacuated from the west coast during hurricane Ian - we are blessed to find this campground. The ladies at the check-in / customer service were so helpful and very pleasant - I would recommend this campsite for small to large RVs. Thank you again

Stayed 1 night (9.28) and were shocked at lack of KOA quality we've otherwise experienced ... bathroom near our site (#80) was filthy, didn't want to even touch door handle - toilet was full of poop. Shower was nothing you'd want to use either ... moldy. Something's wrong here. Look at reviews on internet, we didn't have time.

Our overall experience with this KOA was less than average. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the staff was very friendly; which, is the reason I gave 3 stars instead of 2. The full hook-up connections at our site were overflowing, and black water was seeping out of the ground. This necessitated a stop at the dump station on the way out. The dump station is not easily accessed.

This campground is run down & doesn’t deserve the title of KOA. There are no breakers at the site(safety issue),no hot water in bathroom, significant potholes in the access roads,no Wi-Fi, no cell service to speak over, piles of debris everywhere. The site still cost $85/night. Will not stay there again. Corporate KOA should make a surprise visit!

Just quick over night stay. The staff was helpful, and made stay nice. A great place stay on the way to the Keys.

I hope our stay will help get this camp completed. Once it’s completed I think it will be one of the best around. The construction takes away a little.

Campground had many areas that looked like a dump. 2 of the check-in ladies were very pleasant. 3rd lady (larger with short hair) made us feel VERY unwelcome & we were bothering her. When we pulled in with our boat to unload, she yelled as us that we had been there too long & we were there 5 minutes! For the rest of the weekend, she drove around & constantly watched us. NO security-NOT going back!

The management team was so friendly on the phone when I made my last minute reservation, on Labor Day weekend too. That hospitality continued when we checked in. We have stayed. Here before and we where blown away by all of the upgrades. Clean new bath houses, redone gravel sites with patios and furniture. New paved pool area/office. We will be back!

I enjoyed my stay to the highest. I look forward to another visit in October if not sooner. The crew was very accommodating and super friendly. With the camp grounds only about a ten minute drive to my son’s home and a out 45 minutes or less to my grandson’s home games, I’m sure we will be back soon and regular.

Still under construction. Our last visit months ago it was under construction and not a comfortable stay. We were in a spot this time that gravel and mudholes were between our site and the laundry room. Brought home dirty laundry. won't be back.

Staff was very friendly. Campground is older but undergoing a lot of renovations which will make it nicer. No road noise. Near grocery store , restaurants and gas. Would definitely go back. Thanks again to the staff for their help. We were in Miami for a family medical emergency.

We switched to this KOA from the Hollywood KOA. Denice, the owner, was very accommodating. We were in FL for a family emergency & needed a campground with a pool & playground for the kids, and WiFi for the adults. This is such a nice KOA. We look forward to when construction is complete because we intend to stay here again on a future family vacation. The campground is 30 minutes to the beaches.

Small campground with narrow entryway & roads. But park is clean & staff is helpful & very friendly. Owner is remodeling & adding more pull-thru, big rig sites. Excited to see their progress on our next stay.

Arrived in Miami for a family medical emergency. Staff have been very helpful. No issues at all with the facilities. Felt very comfortable with location. Will stay again and recommend this KOA.

The ladies at the front desk were so kind, just sweet. But we discovered that this is right in a flight path. Also we booked for the 50 amp plug, were given a spot with only a 30 amp plug though we were told it had a 50. There was also someone just over the trees who was having fun on an ATV or some other motorized thing into the night. So this all made it a loud spot for those of us in a tent.

Perfect spot! Because of the season not too much restrooms and showers available. But the first two days we had our own private bathroom. Very nice lady at the reception and for the cleaning.

It's overpriced since it's really a full timers rv park. It's also the only park we've ever been charged for our pet. We were there less than 12 hours.

We had an amazing site! It was huge and gave us so much privacy. There is quite a bit of construction going on but you can see the efforts to create a better overall campground. There is a wonderful bike trail around the neighborhood beside the campground. Really wish they had AC in the restrooms. The one I used was incredibly hot and the air thick!

Wonderful staff. Denice & Bill are amazing and very, very dedicated workers. The owner needs to step up the improvements being made. It will be a beautiful place when completed. This is the same owner who owns the Hollywood KOA. We were originally staying there and moved to this KOA because Hollywood is a dump. A lot of full timers made both feel more like a trailer park. We left 5 * on Google.

Really nice & helpfull staff, there was some construction ongoing on the campsite (we were informed about it upfront) The site we had was great, easy to drive in/drive away. Good terras with a small lounge set for 2 people and a nice table with 4 seats. We stayed 1 night, good swimming pool. I think if the contruction is done, it will look even better also on the other sites. For us it was great!

This KOA is tucked back into a very nice residential area away from any noise. They are renovating and have some updates completed which look very nice. Denise and Julie in the office are awesome. Very friendly and helpful. We have a rather large RV, a 45 foot Prevost the entrance is a bit tight but easily navigated. Nice place nice people.

A great KOA Dennis was excellant and offered free meals in a bag as soon as we arrived. She is the perfect exmple of a KOA greeter, of which we have met many. The other staff were also the most frendly people you could meet. This KOA is been renovated to high standard the pool area is almost complete and looks great. Please do not let this work impact your desision to stay here.

Hope I never have to stay at Davie KOA again. They keep insisting you pay $400 non refundable deposit for your next month stay even though your time isn't up yet.

Although was informed park under construction and told to call for details, pool was closed completely, no wi-fi or internet service as well Charging $90 for such is quite expensive. I will say actual parking space was nice with new pavers and outdoor seating. Just be aware before booking no internet or pool.

This was a horrible experience. The entire campground was being renovated. There was piles of dirt and gravel all over the place. There was no internet or cable even though advertised. At one point we lost water because a construction worker broke a pipe. All of this and they had still charged a full rate as if all the amenities were available. To boot the park flooded. This was a nightmare

Our site & a few others were nice but most are really close together. They were under construction so it was hard to get a good feel for the park. We had NO internet at our site for a week which was very inconvenient. We would stay again as long as we could get one of the nicer sites. Hopefully after construction it will be better.

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Der Campingplatz sieht richtig schön aus und der Pool ist wirklich hervorragend. Natürlich kann man einige Dinge verbessern aber es Brauch halt seine Zeit. Wir kommen wieder!
