Worst KOA I’ve ever stayed at barely was able to turn in the place with my toad when inside construction everywhere look like a refugee camp from a war zone spaces were so tight I think the awnings were touching the next camper. Bathrooms were deplorable and charged top rate. Soured me from automatically choosing KOA as far as I’m concerned, they do not deserve the KOA label.

A very tired place. Looks like a construction zone. Decrepit buildings. Only 1 shower available. Pathways have no maintenance. The pool area was ok. Terrible value considering the price. I should have read the reviews before booking this.

The stay was great. The people were friendly. The restrooms were clean. A nice playground and pool. It is under construction, but from the looks of it, it will be a small beautiful peaceful place to stay. We enjoyed our 4 nights.

We stayed here because of proximity to Amerant arena. Location was only positive. No cable, no internet, laundry facility under repair. Not worth the money.

It’s hard to fairly judge the campground as we’re were there during 2 days of non-stop rain. The lawn furniture was old and worn. The sites are very narrow, so with a camper like ours with 4 pop outs there was very little space to walk around the camper. It was late when we arrived and we expected to find our packet at the main building but after a call found out it was at the vending machines

Campground is a train wreck. It is under construction and is a mess. Roads are narrow. Campground needs a complete overhaul.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. But they advised Wi-Fi and cable neither of which worked. The facilities are being expanded to accommodate more units. Overall it’s a great location only minutes from stores and easy to find. The lady that helped check us in, who is from Kentucky, was very helpful and nice.

The site has so much potential they just need to get the work completed. Entrance can be a bit tight in a big rig. Current manager and husband a so friendly and nothing is a problem for them. They were so welcoming on arrival and throughout our stay.

Everybody was so nice and friendly, and the park is in a great area...close to everything I needed!! There is come construction going on, but the hosts made sure it didn't disturb our stay. I can't wait to come back when the work is completed!

The park is currently renovating, which is badly needed. The patio furniture is dirty and in disrepair in the camp sites. No cable no internet. Most of the machines in the laundry are not working. Hopefully, after adding the new site the park will address the needs of the existing sites. I have parked here before and choose this park only for the location.

This camp site is not your typical KOA. It’s a trailer park with full residents - some not very friendly. The staff is very nice though. The place is under construction and it’s a mess!

The only negative I can say about this campground is that it is under construction, which we knew when we booked. Once construction is completed, this will be a great place. Staff was great! Restrooms and showers were clean and spacious. Pool and hot tub area was very nice!

I loved the campsite that we stayed at but there was alot of seasonal camping and most were old and outdated campers that were on top of each other Plus they were doing some construction and the campground didn’t look very appealing

Looks worse two years later. It appears they are trying to do a multi million dollar renovation with KOA and ploys only probably will not be back.

Great little park with friendly staff. Park is under renovations. They are expanding number of sites. Not much for the kids but that may change after renovations. Pool bar when completed. Staff is very aware of what is going on in the park. They called to let me know my car windows were down and it was about to rain.

Honestly this KOA is very disappointing. I don’t like to give negative reviews but steer clear until the “work in progress “ is completed. But that is no excuse for the rundown trailers…unmowed grass…mildew on outdoor furniture and general maintenance that should be done daily. The supposed fishing pond is nothing but a disgusting mosquito pit. KOA….you should do better

It’s a shame the site is under construction as it really shaped our views. The facilities are in much need of the revamp but it wasn’t good overlooking the building works. That said the staff were very helpful and the air conditioned shower block was a godsend!

I believe they place has potential when renovations are completed I was actually going to give it a higher rating. But we has 2 couples and a baby come to visit for less approximately 2 hrs in our rv. Tgey wanted to charge 20 dollars per care and 10 person. That is total greed. Couldn't cook in fire pit it was full of mud. Most expensive lot and crappiest furniture. Koa should be ashamed

The property looks very run down when you enter the first thing you see is junk run down equipment parked campers! Staff was not friendly quick to tell us what we could not do. Then when I informed them that driers were not working manager rudely told me what she could not fix for me. You are providing a service to me the customer she was rude and unhelpful. Unprofessional and rude people!

This place is basically a dump!! It’s “under construction” but nothing works! WiFi is being fixed, but basically doesn’t work! When you call the manager Julie she is EXTREMELY rude, talks to as if you’re stupid. The ONLY reason I gave this place a 2 star is because we had an issue with check out and Julie was kind enough to extend our check out for a fee.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but was extremely dissatisfied with this KOA. It is advertised as a Holiday but was not very nice. The grass was extremely long and unkept. Furniture on our site had cushions that were covered in mildew. I understand that this facility is under construction, no effort has been made to make this campground look nice. Well tended campground. Going thru a lot of construction at the time and some services were missing, but overall very clean. Staff is super nice and will go out of their way to help.

Quiet neighbourhood. Near to the attractions. Bad maintained. Lot of old equipment lying all over the area. Thry try to improve but doesn't really look better afterwards. Definitly not KOA standards.....

This place should not be a KOA. It’s run down and honestly scary. A little rain and the place flooded. I booked this place without looking at reviews and I regret it. Reviews going back to last year state the same. There were a lot of runned down/ broken down RV’s, the grounds were dirty and comfort stations are like other KOA’s we stayed at. I will not be returning to this place.

We had a wonderful time. Our sites were nice and spacious. I gave this park a 4 rating only because some sites looked alittle over grown and unkept. Also, when arriving to the campground, the first thing you see is an RV storage area that looks more like an RV grave yard to the right. To the left is alot of construction debris that looks as though nothing has been done for awhile. Staff was great!

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Der Campingplatz sieht richtig schön aus und der Pool ist wirklich hervorragend. Natürlich kann man einige Dinge verbessern aber es Brauch halt seine Zeit. Wir kommen wieder!

They are really fixing this place up!! And doing a great job of it. Management was great.
