Arriving late?
No problem! If you arrive when the office is closed, you will find your reservation information at our night registration cabinet in front of the main building. Please stop by to register the next morning.

Need to arrive early?
No problem! We will do our best to accommodate you! KOA members can check in as early as 1:00 if their designated site is available. Please call us to take advantage of this opportunity!

Reservations/Registration

You must be 18 years or older to make a reservation or pay for registration.
Photo ID may be required.
Each reservation is for up to 2 adults and 2 children. Additional people will cost an additional fee. 
One tent per tent site is permitted.
Please request any site changes at the front office before changing sites.

Long Term Reservations

We offer long term reservations at a monthly rate during most months of the year. A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is due at the time of booking and will be applied to the total cost at check-in. Any reservations made at a monthly rate are non-refundable and non-transferable after check-in.

Cancellation & Reservation Change Policy

If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below. Text and email notifications of cancellations or changes will not be accepted.

Cancellation Deadlines

You must give seven days cancellation notice. Call the Registration Office by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.

Cancellation Details

• Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
• Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
• No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
• No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
• Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
• The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.
• Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA for details.

Reservation Changes

If you need to change the dates of your reservation, please call the Registration Office at least seven days prior to your scheduled arrival. Date changes will result in forfeiture of the full deposit should you need to cancel at a later time. You may change the dates of your reservation one time before being asked to cancel you reservation and make a new one.

Laundry Room

The Laundry Room is located on the south side of the clubhouse building. Comfortable seating is always available and we do have a clothes folding station for your convenience. Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Machines take credit cards.

Pool Hours

The pool is open from dawn until dusk daily throughout the year. During the winter months the pool is heated to 83 degrees for the comfort of our guests.

In the event of an after hours emergency please dial 911.

Wildlife Awareness

Various types of wildlife big and small may be found on and around this campground, including alligators.  Be alert and give them distance and respect. Alligators must not be fed and if observed, please let staff know. Keep dogs on a leash and properly store food, trash and cooking supplies. Your safety and the future of wildlife depend on you. Please not that swimming in the onsite bodies of water is dangerous and not permitted.

Campfires

All patio sites and tent sites are equipped with fire pits. The community fire pit is available for use and guests are welcome to bring their own above ground fire pits. We have firewood available for purchase and we will deliver it right to your site!

Fire Safety

Your campfire is your responsibility. It must not be placed on flat ground or on grass and must be extinguished before retiring for the evening. All unattended fires will be extinguished by a KOA representative. Parents are responsible for their child's safety.

Utilities

Water pressure regulators and surge protectors are recommended for all water/ electrical connections. We recommend that sewer connections be made at the time of dumping and not left continuously connected. We are not liable for any damage to your equipment from sewer/ water/ electrical systems.

Pet Policy

We love pets! Please keep your pets on a leash at all times and always pick up after them. We have pet waste stations located throughout the park and a dog park for your convenience. There is a maximum of three pets allowed on each site. Pets should not be aggressive, bark excessively, or be left unattended.

Visitor Policy

Visitors are gladly welcome but must register at the front desk. Visitors must obtain a parking pass and instructions on where to park. Guest parking is based on availability and not guaranteed. If your visitors plan on using our amenities then a fee may apply. Please check with the front desk if you have further questions.

Parking

Please do not park on any grass in the campground. We kindly ask our guests to only park in their assigned sites and in designated parking spaces. All vehicles should display their parking tag on the rearview mirror.
