I like this campground & often stay on my way to and from North Carolina. My stay on July 5 was OK, but I was put in a spot right next to the bathroom & the light was a problem at night. It is probably my fault for choosing the wrong spot. I prefer one on the outer edge of the park facing the woods. Also, there were cigarette butts all over, and the one lawn chair was broken. Overall, an 8 of 10

We had an over night stay. The Gentleman I spoke to was very helpful, courteous and available if we needed anything, since our arrival was going be late. We found everything we needed plus rest to continue our trip.

the staff was very very nice, the pool was kept up. the place was old but they did a great job of keeping it clean. for just passing through it was a good place to stop.

Rustic cabin air conditioning unit was old, extremely noisy, extremely dirty and had mold. Very unhealthy for lungs. Won’t be staying there again. Female manager smoked in bathhouse even with customers in there although had a no smoking sign. Very unprofessional and rude to smoke around customer in a very enclosed space. No ventilation or fans in bathhouse & it was extremely hot like a sauna.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

you made reservation for a tent site online(6/21). called on 7/1 wanted a cabin. we were sanding it and it was closed. we stopped work on it and opened it up for you, you were told this. A/c is not loud 2yrs old. My wife has never smoked. 78 to 80 in bathhouse Your issues are not my issues.

Campground hosts are very nice. The park is clean and pretty with large trees. Sites are gravel and level with plenty of space between the sites. Will stay here again.

There was an issue with the power on our site, after we had been there for a couple of hours, all setup. The breaker kept tripping off at the pole. The manager, Bob, was over in a flash and working to figure it out. In the end we had to move sites, so he refunded our overnight stay. Very fair. Great customer service!

We hand to move due to a damaged connection for power. The Manager was helpful nd willing to make sure our stay was great. Unfortunately, some selfish camper thought of only themself and no one else. I have asthma and smoke is really tough on me. Some selfish female smoked a lot in the bath/shower room. I hope, and request, that no smoking signs be posted in restroom and the door.

This site was just a one night stop over for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful, once checked in they led us to our site and made sure it suited our needs. The grounds were well taken care of but the sites were still gravel. The evening and night were very quiet so we had a good rest before heading on our way.

I had the tent area all to myself. The area is well kept and shady, which is important when it’s sunny and hot outside! The bathroom and shower building is clean and everything worked great. The staff is also friendly and helpful.

I gave stayed there twice They are very nice just and friendly, sites were clean. Except one of the sites was very cluttered and ruff looking. They are always working on improving the park constantly improving. Doge park needed mowing

Just plain good. Pool clean and presentable. Good story. I left behind my hose, hose carrier, and another attachment. Departed…. Received a call, that I left the items behind. As we plan to return when passing back through…. They will HOLD the items until I return. Now that is good KOA service.

Bob, Betty, and Kim were great. Very helpful. Very clean. If you need assistance ( we had a broken driveshaft) they are very knowledgeable with local information!!! We will stay there again!!

Overnight stay on our way home after 3 months on the road. Enjoyed the pool, grilled some dinner, then early to bed for an early exit in the morning. Easy access from I-75, yet very quiet at night.

A great place that is a no surprise 'stop'...convenient, clean...New washers/dryers....and genuine nice people always willing to help if needed. As a bonus, I think Mr. Bobby is a military vet....we've stayed with them at least four times

This KOA needs a total update. The pool area has 1 table and very worn with chairs you may fall thru. The deck needs painting and the view is awful with all the work equipment parked directly behind it. The bathroom was dirty and hot without any air. The office that was supposed to be open at 9am, nobody there so we waited a while and left the key in the cabin. Doesn't live up to KOA standard

Very easy to navigate near and around the KOA. Bib and his wife were very accomodating. We were able to move our site as we wanted to be in more shade. No push back. We had an issue with one of our slides not popping out, walked down to the office to get a number for a tech to come out. Bob asked to take a look first and pinpointed the issue right away. The fuse was blown and all it took was a 30amp fuse and we were back in business. We really appreciated Bob for helping us out and learned something along the way.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo, tiene muchos árboles con mucha sombra, hay duchas y baños afuera. Hay una estación para cargar balones de gas licuado. Tiene cuarto de lavadoras dentro de la oficina en general muy tranquilo y tienen servicio de recogida de la basura para las motorhome y las R V.
