Staff were amazing, however, we didn’t think much of the guy who said “I’m the owner”. Talked to me as of if I new nothing, even though I’ve camped on 100s of KOAs over the years! Good for him

The staff at this park is incredible. They are friendly and accommodating. The man that was there when we checked in, walked down to our spot and helped me get parked the lady that was there the next day got games out for us to play with her kids, they were so friendly. But the gnats were out of control and I know that’s beyond their control but the only escape from the gnats was the pool

While staff was friendly and helpful this campground has been allowed to deteriorate and is in need of new owners. There is zero pride in ownership. Overgrown weeds, in serious needs of paint and lots of junk and clutter. Our site was literally dirt and it was impossible to keep it from getting inside the RV. Campground needs a complete overhaul.

We have stayed a number times at Cordele KOA, but it has been a couple years....The campground is in need of a complete make over. Not well maintained at all. We will not go back to stay again.

This koa is notkept up grass was over grown the bugs were bad couldnt even set outside the pool look dirty i had problems hooking the water up so we will never stay there again

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Your arrived after hours as a walk-in. Filled out the nighttime reg. form. Left off the cvc code. Called and left a message the next day. Took a day to call back with the code. I was working right next to the pool until dark it was clean. Grass was just cut. Hose connection fine. Mad at someone?

Very convenient to the interstate. The woman who checked us in was super nice and helpful. Mr Combee was also very nice. He stated that since we were there for 2 nights he gave us a nice shaded spot which we appreciated. We decided to leave a day early as we have been gone since early May and wanted to get home. They were nice enough to give us a refund even tho we left at 1230pm. A nice surpris

The staff was friendly and helpful. My visit went off without a hitch. The grounds were well cared for. The pool looked clean but it was too hot and I was too tired to get in it before dusk. With LED lightning it should be open later to accommodate later arrivals. Thanks to all.

Nice campground. Very nice staff. However, would return when temps are in the 90s since bathrooms have no AC, not even a fan to stir the air.

Stay at least once a year. Sometimes more. Love the couple that manage the camp. Will definitely come back.

We arrived around 3pm for one night stay, and were pleasantly escorted to our location. The pool looked inviting, but it then rained. The next morning, my husband wanted to save time while I showered in the camper, he went to the KOA bathroom to shower. When he returned I asked him how everything went. He said “terrible, was the dirtiest and old bathroom he had been in a KOA”! Very disappointi

We have stayed here before. Staff is always friendly. Bob is great at helping with any issues. Sites are clean and maintained. Restrooms are clean. Knats were bad this time but no one can control the weather. Bob recommended a spray to use that really was a life saver. Will return again next time in Georgia. Conveniently located right off 75. Thank you for a nice stay.

Unkept, it needed to be mowed, pool deck had debris, gnats so bad we could not be outside. Hook ups were usable, yet water spigots all taped with electrical tape. They had a nice play area for kiddos, but again bugs and long grass. We did not see anyone enjoying the out doors, no one at pool, no children playing. Friendly staff.

The staff is great! The gnats were horrible…just to walk from car to rv they were all over you. Also bathrooms are not air conditioned …so hot!

Pros: It is located only 1/8 mi from Highway 75. Since we were traveling a long distance each day this was important to us. Office staff were friendly and helpful. A large indoor facility if anyone needs a place for a large group meeting. Cons: Fleas/gnats were terrible & everywhere! The restrooms & shower areas were HOT & this is summer in Florida.

The water was out for a short time, it is close to 75 and an easy in and out but it could have been better maintained.

Many long term campers (appeared to be living there), people driving 30mph through the campground, hosebib was obstructed with the power pole and the hose bibs were all taped up and shutoff were broken. The flies and gnats were unbearable. The sewer connection threads were stripped out.

The couple working took great care of me when the weather got bad! Shower facilities were very clean!

Nothing special here. I did get upset paying almost $70.00 for one night as my last stop on the way home to find they put me in a site with no sewer. So I feel the price was to expensive for a dirt pad with electric and water.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

"We" did not put you on a site with no sewer, you made your reservation online and selected a water/power site not a full hook-up.

This park has a what appears to be full-timers, the park is need of some tender loving care, it's a bit run down. We've stayed here before a couple of times, but the park has declined since our last visit in 2024. People are very nice and accommodating.

This is a tent camping situation for me, so rooms and location dont really apply, but the service was top notch, so five stars across the board.

Easy in and out, friendly staff. Our pull through site was large and level. Even though it's close to I75 it was quiet. We only spent one night and it was in October so most amenities like the pool were not open. Several stray cats.

We stayed at the Cordele KOA for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The campground was well maintained, clean, and had a nice atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the pool was open and available during our stay. We would definitely recommend this KOA!
