Great place! Friendly and helpful staff and great landscaping. Only complaint is internet is choppy at best! Should be more reliable.

This CG is NOT, repeat, NOT big rig friendly! If your rig is longer than 34' , stay somewhere else.

We know it can be difficult to maneuver larger rigs. We have over 100 campsites, they all vary in size. We hope that you would consider staying with us again, we can make sure to put you in an "oversized" site. Thank you for your business.

We were in space 115. It was very unlevel from front to back and side to side. We were also surprised how expensive this KOA this was for 1 weekday stay. They did have a lot of activities and continental breakfast but we will not likely stay here again.

This is our 3rd year staying at Lake Tarpon KOA and we love it! The grounds are beautiful and the staff fantastic! Its nice to see the same folks working at the campground. Marisa and Jennifer are extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with. This is our winter get away spot!!

Great campground. We had a very nice time there. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Chris who took us on a nice nature walk to talk about all the trees and plants.

The sites need attention. Most grass area had standing water. Our site needed more gravel and tree trimming. The price is too high. Internet and TV was terrible. Staff that helps park is great. Check in staff seemed a little overwhelmed.

Stayed because of a flood in our home due to hurricane in October. Best staff and manager made the stay fun in a difficult situation

considering the cost, I expected a level site and a little more driving room. I understand increasing the width of the roads would be very difficult, if not impossible, but leveling the sites is entirely possible. No rig should have to level to the point there are tires off of the ground.

Valued guest... It is a shame that you didn't tell us right away that you didn't like your site. It would have been our pleasure to move you to another site that would have better accommodated your rig. You would have had a better camping experience, and we could have earned a better review!

This was our first experience with our travel trailer and we are so glad we chose the Clearwater/Lake Tarpon KOA � Excellent lot surrounded by tropical �� trees and plants ��. The location is close to everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay. Clean, quiet , dog friendly and with bonus amenities. We will definitely be back����

Awesome spot, wonderful and CLEAN facilities, always something to do and super convenient. The roads were tight and there was a lot of traffic noise but it's nearly impossible to not have that when you're so close to everything. Better than expected, would love to come back some time.

Nice park with extensive landscaping. Staff was super sweet! They had complementary breakfast every day and activities as well. Super location to get supplies with everything you could need in short distance. Would visit again.

The site is very well maintained immaculate, however the location is extremely busy with traffic and very / very commercial. Although only miles from attractions US19 makes it quite a hassle getting anywhere with volune of lights and traffic. Not want we wanted but the site is really good.

If you are looking for a remote campground in the mountains.... our campground is not for you. Our convenient location makes it easy for our guests to visit some of the best tourist destinations on the Gulf Coast. Clearwater and St Pete beach, Tarpon Springs, Dunedin.. just to mention a few.

This KOA is a gem. The grounds are immaculate, lovely, and each site feels as though it offers some privacy. The staff were extremely helpful and hospitable. Oh, did I mention this KOA offers free continental breakfast? Our time there was short however, we will be back for a longer stay in the very near future.

Staff were very friendly, and accommodating. Grounds and facilities were clean and well kept. Enjoyed cornhole and ping-pong, the pool looked nice but our stay was a bit chilly for swimming. Only comment would be that tenting sites could be allowed further back to reduce the noise, even from the back all restrooms would be easily accessed. Overall the stay was great!

Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, easy check in. We arrived late on Saturday night and the campground text me my site number and explained where our information packet would be. Excellent communication.

My wife and I have been on the road for 8 months and stayed in 50 plus campgrounds. This was the best staff we have had so far. Great job!

The campground is very nice in many respects and is located in a decent area. Despite the proximity to the adjacent highway, road noise was relatively low. Landscaping is nice to create site separation however the grading and drainage are inadequate. We have been there twice, both with rain, and the grading and lack of drainage systems creates a quagmire of ponds and mud. Unpleasant.

We Had a great time. I think the continental breakfast should start earlier and go an hour later. Store was great. Found lots of needed and unneeded goodies. I bought 3 bundles of firewood, which turned out to be handfuls not bundled. I couldn’t get it to burn until I door dashed 2 more bundles from 7-11 that were dry and started right up with help of a fire starter. The other wood didn’t do

First night, i was very disappointed because of our site was very close to the road, can't sleep well. but the front lady was very nice, able to move another spot, refunded the difference. Free breakfast, the pancake was yammy.

Very clean, well-maintained grounds with a good variety of activities and incredibly friendly staff. This is our second KOA ground and we really enjoy the attention they give to their facilities. My only negative is that, like others said, it is close to 19 and you can can hear road noise easily. Not an issue if you're a few rows back but since the office and amenities are up front it kind of detracts from the experience.
