Beautiful campground, lots of amenities, wonderful staff. We were there for an extended stay and it was very well taken care of. Our only concern is the limited overflow parking. Would highly recommend.

Guest service skills exceed expectations. Marisa was very welcoming, efficient and assertive. Thank you Marisa & runner gentleman. Bathrooms were super clean & stylish (really appreciate AC and unisex option). Loved the butterfly gardens and would’ve loved to hear the story of residential grasshoppers. The clubhouse and pool have a compact, Key West BnB feelz to me. Perfect distance to beach.

nice staff and love sat pancake and open air laundry. Pool Masonite bottom needs repainted. No hot tub. Sites need serious upgrades. Florida gully washes are making sites unlevel, dump station buried in gravel and deep ruts in service roads.

We were there for 5 days. The flora was outstanding. The pool was beautiful and included significant tall plants around the pool area allowing for a feeling of privacy and lots of shade.

The lots have VERY over grown bushes. My lot I could not lower steps, I had pull in one slide to even dump tanks. They need clear signs at front desk and throughout park stating no EV charging. They have a sticker inside the electrical post only and by the time you're plugging in, you do not notice it. This campground needs updating. Would only recommend if in a pinch.

This was oir first KOA stay and we were delighted with the friendly staff, cleanliness, and overall experience. There are so many things to do in and around the location. Even if you didn't leave the campground, they had activities planned each day.

Arrival package is informative. Beautiful tropical foliage, facilities, pool area, etc. clean and ready for use. Some sites are definitely a little tight. We utilized the pup containment in our site as described.

Flora was unique and absolutely beautiful. Pool clean as was restrooms, play area, tetherball, laundry besides the campers AND the employees were so friendly and helpful. Beaches are close by, tons of beaches.

The employees are outstanding. Our campsite was beautiful surrounded by tropical trees and plants. The pool was very clean and also surrounded by tropical trees and plants. Prices were fair for where we were located. Tarpor Springs, Dunedin and several Beaches were nearby. We spend one day at Busch Gardens which is approximately 45 minute drive. Will definitely return.

Coming from Austin Texas to a totally different environment and then being able to stay in a park that is so beautiful and tropical makes you feel like you’re on a island paradise this park has it all and I am so refreshed and revived after the relaxing tropical atmosphere of this park… You have everything at your hands here. KOA got it right with this park. Put it on your bucket list!

We were just there for 3 nights exploring the area and meeting up with friends. The campground was immaculate with beautiful landscaping. The staff were friendly, the pool was nice and the waffle breakfast was yummy! Overall the stay was great. Only drawback was the traffic from the highway which got very loud at times. The beautiful foliage and people are great! Fun crafts to do, plentiful store, and overall experience was the best! Marisa, April, and Patricia are so kind, warm, and welcoming. Only problem was the loud noise from the highway. My recommendation is to consider putting up a sound barrier fence along route 19 to lower the sound from the highway.

Very clean, well-maintained grounds with a good variety of activities and incredibly friendly staff. This is our second KOA ground and we really enjoy the attention they give to their facilities. My only negative is that, like others said, it is close to 19 and you can can hear road noise easily. Not an issue if you're a few rows back but since the office and amenities are up front it kind of detracts from the experience.
