It was great! Everything was very clean! Campsites are a bit tight to get into especially when other campers park their vehicles sticking out into the road or on neighboring grass.

Manager was great. Loaned us a propane tank for an evening so we could have our fire pit. Always cheerful and helpful. Site 412 was a little tight, but ok for a short stay (4 nights)

Staff was amazing! I larger variety of classes would be interesting since we were there longer than a normal stay. Weekly bus trip to Tarpon. Cruis on a boat out to Anclote Key. Some simple additions.

It is small, but conveniently located. I was a little surprised with how small my site was, and narrow, but the property is clean and well kept. I didn’t bring a family so I can’t speak to that part of things, but my dog and I were fine staying there.

We love this KOA!! This was our second stay, and we already have our next two stays booked. The owner and staff are amazing! Extremely helpful and accommodating. The grounds and amenities are absolutely beautiful and meticulously kept. Keep up the great work!!

Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et avenant. Nous avions un très beau terrain et suffisamment grand pour notre VR. Le seul hic ce sont les chiens qui jappent et leur maître qui ne font rien pour les arrêter. Sur la rue arrière il y avait deux chiens seuls dans un motorisé qui ont jappé toute la journée en voyant passer d’autre chiens ou des personnes qui marchaient. Vraiment dés

As always, this KOA was remarkably efficient, clean and friendly. They treat you like family, and make you want to come back. The location is perfect as a home base for easy access to some of the best beaches you'll ever find.

Very friendly and warm staff! Thanks to Marisa, Jim, Christopher , and Jackie for an enjoyable time. They were very accommodating with a package delivery problem we had and extended our check out time even though it worked out and we left on time. We will definitely stay here again!

Small,friendly, great location, helpful, great landscaping, guides to your place. Nice. Recommendation: I much brighter light on front sign and parking area in front. Better and easier to see your location coming off highway at night. Light now ok Possibly a good LED light and much brighter. Thank you. It is all good.

Most beautifully landscaped campground I have ever been to. You can tell a lot of time and effort is put into it. Staff is great, waffles for breakfast were awesome.

The staff wasexcellent! They were friendly, attentive and truly seem to care about your stay there. The grounds are very tropical and very beautiful. Bugs were horrible. Could not even go outside without getting bites. WiFi never worked which was so frustrating since we needed to work while camping. They said they were working on it but after 7 days was still not working.

We love this campground and stay here frequently. They are the nicest people and have a lot of activities. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is the dog run needs more grass - the black dirt is awful on our dogs, and they need a hot tub. We'll be back soon!

Campground was very well maintained . Probably the best maintenance of any KOA we have stayed at. Sites and roads were tight for 40' RV Dog park could use new sod.

Beautiful grounds but very noisy. Very close to highway 19.

Great campground with lots to do in the area. We attended the seafood festival and loved tarpon springs! Alex at the koa was helpful and works hard! Loved the free breakfast and activities!

Jim and Alex were very helpful and friendly. We had wasps uner out chairs and table Alex was right out to take care of it. Alex helped us with a few other things, both always said hello as they passed and asked if we needed anything. Definitely made us feel welcomed

The front desk personnel were very nice, professional and smiled the whole time in dealing with them. They allowed us an early check-in by 2 hours and the Host that showed us to the spot by the name of Jim was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We will be coming back once a month if we can.

We travel ALOT and have been to hundreds of Campgrounds. I dont give a ton of reviews but,.... people are awesome, place is absolutely stunning, the trees in the back are so cool. right off 19 such a great location all I can say is hidden gem. All you can eat waffles I mean come on.

Lovely and caring people,like For example, Merry from the front office. Also Marisa is very sweet and nice & she makes sure it fits us to have fun & enjoyed the property👍. Joe, the way he received us and took care of us, as soon as we arrived. Also, Dan helped us to park and keep the place clean and beautiful 😍. This is really one of the best KOAs I've ever stayed at. The park itself is beautifully landscaped. My site is under a beautiful canopy of trees. It's quiet. The park is extremely close to shops and restaurants. The only thing missing is there isn't a laundry area, at least not that I could did. They offer a lot of opportunities for activities and even offer breakfast. Being from Dunedin before becoming a roaming nomad I have driven past this KOA many times and didn't think much of it but being back in the area and a guest of this property I am very impressed. I did say I may have missed the laundry area and I guess I did as was kindly pointed out to me. I said "one of the best KOAs" because I've traveled 12000 miles so far and stayed in quite a few KOAs. Only two have been a disappointment. This KOA is NOT disappointing at all. I'm hitting the road again on Thursday but I'm sure KOA will be part of my travel plans and if I ever come back to the area I will most assuredly stay here again. The staff is exceptional and super friendly.
