For a KOA Holiday, we were unpleasantly surprised by the state of the sites and grounds during our overnight stop. The site was a gravel pull-through with only a couple of feet of gravel on either side of the RV before you stepped into mud. There was no grass, no groundcover, just weeds/mud. Our dogs didn't even want to walk in it but we had to force them. $67 for this was outrageous. Wont be back

Very clean and comfortable. We had one of the rearmost sites and it was quiet enough for us country folk.

Great Place to stay for any thing from Tampa Bay to Clearwater to St. Pete's and the barrier island.

I stayed Jan & February. The staff is amazing they go out of their way to help and make you feel welcome. They became like family. The Campground landscaping is beautiful & there is an abundance of wildlife, I seen owls, eagles, ospreys nesting & other species. I look forward to coming back year after year.

Very happy with our site. Clean and Friendly Campground and Personnel. They have group events in the evening so that campers can have a meet and greet.

Talk to the manager about the Internet and would not work all the time, so I had to leave early to come back to work because I was working remote. Ask him for a refund and he said absolutely not said one time about moving sites two or three times but never did get back to me about it either. So it would be hard for me to recommend this KOA to anyone. Feel like he should’ve offered me some kind o

Beautiful garden-like campground. Pay the extra for the patio sites - sites without patio seem a bit small. We had a corner patio lot - very beautiful and quiet.

The KOA is very clean and neat. The staff was friendly and it was easy to get an uber if you don't pull a vehicle. The site we had was nice and private, however some of the sites were pretty close. I would stay again.

Absolutely gorgeous, beautiful Campground. Every thing immaculately maintained and everything updated and new. Great location, one of the best campgrounds we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend. Everything about this Campground was amazing and awesome and phenomenal.

Great spot just outside Tampa. Smaller campground with great landscaping throughout. The staff is friendly and they keep the campground and restrooms spotless. I will always stay here whenever I visit the area.

It’s a very pretty place very clean great pool friendly staff. My only drawback is the constant turnover and the public service vehicles who race up and down the 19 with their sirens blaring day and night. I would stay again but only maximum for a week. We had to stay for 2 months as our other booked place let us down by losing our reservation, and the Koa bent over backwards to accommodate us.

Absolutely best staff ever encountered at a campground. Jessica, Ashley, Mary, Patrizia were so caring in a medical emergency and made us feel so family it’s hard to put in perspective. Spotless, super tropical camping experience. Thank you for having us!!

We had a wonderful stay at Lake Tarpon KOA. We didn’t use many of the amenities but all looked to be in great condition. The sites needed some leveling but not too bad. It is has trees but it didn’t affect our Starlink at all. The highway in front of the CG is very busy. We learned if we just waited for the light to turn then it was an easy exit. We would definitely stay here again.

Great site with pavers and nice furniture. Beautiful landscaping between the sites. Close to Tarpon springs and Dunedin.

This was our second year KOA in Clearwater, the park is pristine and well maintained. The staff is phenomenal. Every one of them were just as nice and helpful as they could be. But especially the young lady who serves the pancakes and waffles has such a great welcoming attitude that made everybody who entered the room feel special.

Love the laundry area, pool area is great..bingo had a great time even won a gift, wish we had a cement slab the sand is a lot with dogs… might see you next year

So far of all stays at KOA’s this was the best overall. The staff was excellent, layout of the park excellent, natural foliage with palms everywhere made this park my favorite. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

Very clean, well-maintained grounds with a good variety of activities and incredibly friendly staff. This is our second KOA ground and we really enjoy the attention they give to their facilities. My only negative is that, like others said, it is close to 19 and you can can hear road noise easily. Not an issue if you're a few rows back but since the office and amenities are up front it kind of detracts from the experience.
