Always great even though the service to water and wi fi were interrupted.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Very clean campground. The staff is very polite and friendly. The only issue we had was one evening into the next day around lunch time the water was off due to a leak so we were unable to shower, wash dishes, or cook (since we didn’t have water to clean afterwards). There was also an issue with the internet the last day we were there.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We love hearing you found the staff polite and the park clean! Thank you for hanging in there with us during the service issues.

Beautiful sites, very friendly, helpful staff. This was our second stay, in the same site(134), in our new Jayco Northpoint, and although it rained a lot over the weekend, it was a great stay. We needed a level to help out and the staff provided one to us without hesitation. Love these guys/ladies!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled you enjoyed your second stay—even with the rain! Glad we could help with the level. Can’t wait to welcome you back to site 134 in your Jayco Northpoint!

Too close to the main highway. Sites are pretty close to each other

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

It is unfortunate that you did not have a better camping experience. We suggest campers that are more susceptible to noise to choose a site closer to the back of the campground. We thank you for your business.

The Camp groundscare kept very clean. Nice pool and other amenities. The staff was great, very friendly. The only negative for me was the handicap shower. There was no hand held shower head. A hand held shower head is essential for bathing the disabled.

Park was very well maintained. Sites were clean, level and the hookups were easy to access. Staff was very friendly. On the two days we stayed, they offered a continental breakfast one morning and waffles the next morning. Nice extra. The only concern I had was how tight the entry/exit was. Not a deal breaker at all, but the turns were tight. I definitely recommend this park .

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thank you for the great feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the clean, level sites, friendly staff, and tasty breakfast extras. We appreciate your note on the entry/exit and will keep that in mind. Thanks for the recommendation—we’d love to welcome you back soon!

It was a wonderful KOA to stay at. The events they put on, creates a great community vibe. We came during the rainy season and the irrigation was a little lacking in some spots throughout the campground. This was not a big deal since my site was raised. The only thing I didn't like was the pet area at my site. It was overgrown by the surrounding vegetation and was a complete mud pit.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thank you for your wonderful review! We’re delighted you enjoyed the community vibe created by our events. We appreciate your feedback on irrigation and the pet area—your insights definitely will help us improve. We look forward to making your next stay even better and welcoming you back soon!

The place is clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate that they send reminders about the events taking place. I know we had some heavy rain. But our campsite because we where on the downside of a big hill. you should try to divert the water to run down the road on the south end of the campground, not through the campsites.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thank you for your helpful feedback! We’re sorry the rain affected your site but appreciate your suggestion about diverting the water—it's valuable as we work to improve everyone’s experience. We hope to make your next stay even better and look forward to welcoming you back!

The spaces were small for RVs and there’s nowhere to take a walk. We normally stay in state parks or county parks that are much more peaceful at less expense.. the washing machines at this facility were smaller than mine at home and the cost per load was much higher than most campgrounds we’ve been to, but everything here was clean and I appreciate the facilities.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thank you for being our guest. Safe travels.
