Beautiful area, could use better signage. We enjoyed our stay, despite the trains. Will come again now that we know how to get there! Jim Howard

Great place to stay tucked into the woods. Was a little concerned about tightness of getting into spot but escort was great on helping. Hot tub fantastic.

The staff was excellent! Our cabin was clean and no issues with the door. I love that they have recycling, fun cycles. The grounds were also very nice, it felt scenic and secluded.

Enjoyed our stay. I like seeing the trains passing by. I would sure love if the picnic tables could be cleaned before arrival.

Clean park and a great location, but our site wasn't level. We paid for a 50-amp hookup but were asked to switch to 30-amp after a neighboring camper's power issue. The showers were old, had visible mold, and the drain area needed maintenance. The grounds were nice, but better customer service and updated facilities would greatly improve the experience.

I just stayed overnight but I enjoyed my time there. The Kanin was clean and located in a good spot. The Hosts was friendly and knowledgeable. I would stay here again.

Very nice campground, beautiful trees, nice facilities, very friendly staff. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper, trains are a little load.

Perfect setting in a beautiful area. We love all of the tall pines on this property, we are all in a spectacular forested place. All of the people working here, from the front office to grounds workers are fantastic

It's a nice campground and nicely maintained, but the trains blowing their whistles in the middle of the night could be very disruptive for people who have a difficult time sleeping.

Great campground! The staff are so kind & the sites beautifly shaded.

Spiders and spider nest with eggs is unacceptable regardless of the kind staff's willingness to clean up after found. This is a health and safety issue in my opinion. Found at head of bed by underneath of mattress while putting sheets on.

Great site, great staff, excellent time. We will return.

Older KOA nestled in the trees, beautiful and peaceful setting. Friendly and very welcoming staff. Pull thru was big enough for our 37 foot 5th wheel. Yes the trains rumble thru with horns blowing but we didn't find that a negative. Bathrooms with hot water but could use a little TLC. Great location for many activities. We'd stay again.

Very nice park. Friendly staff. Appreciate the propane bottle pickup and return. Any large rig going into one of the 3 patio sites should be able to go right into the spot entering the park. After Checking in, going around the narrow roads back to the front of the park to the patio sites is unnecessary for a big rig.

Campsite was sandwiched between a utility shed and the back of 2 cabins and backed up to the playground. Very full and noisy campground on a Saturday. Kids running all over the place taking short cuts thru campsites. Website did not mention the trains that run all day and night. Dumpsters were overflowing. Sunday was quite and more relaxing but the experience spoiled the trip for us. Staff was go

Wonderful greeting in office … we’ve stayed here before, and it’s a nice park with lots of trees. Clean bathrooms. Id rate it higher IF the pool was larger, as there with soooo many kids in the pool that we didn’t feel comfortable going in. We’ll stay again …

Nice campground with decent amenities, and very close to numerous tourist activities. The train rolling by every 2 hours all night long within a few feet of the campground is the one big drawback.

convenient to both Portland and Hood River! This is a nicely wooded, shaded camp! be advised there is a train that rolls through nearby!

Nice little koa. Clean laundry and rest rooms So many things to do in the area from Mt Hood, breweries, vineyards, waterfalls all over you can either hike or see some from the road. The town has several good restaurants.

Blocked off showers sinks and toilets. Men's bathroom for sure don't know of the women's. One tap was missing the handle. Maybe hosing off the picnic tables after someone has cleaned a fish on it would be nice. Location convenient and served it's purpose. Yes I would come back. The staff was wonderful.

Nice Pacific Northwest park. will stay again in the future. Only negative is the train issue was not disclosed on their web site or at check in. It was the lady that we followed to our site that mentioned it in passing. However it was somewhat enjoyable:)

Neighboring fire pit was directly beside and above our windows, so we had to keep them closed. Approach to dump has sunk with use, making it very difficult to drain unless you have a high trailer. Restrooms were so so. If you want peace and quiet, avoid sites near the pool aarea. And if you don't like trains (we do), go elsewhere.

Trains and automobiles were heard. Parents didn’t keep their kids in their own camp sites. Staff was greatly helpful and friendly. A bit disappointed that staff didn’t patrol the grounds and keep parents on top of monitoring their kids

Absolutely wonderful KOA to stay in with our camp trailer! Hosts were AMAZING. & the amenities as well as the store were such a blessing. The only thing we wished we did differently was bring earplugs for sleeping lol, the train makes a lot of noise!
