The campground is nice and our stay was good. 1 complaints tried to book on line but was not able to pick my site from available Listings so I went into the camp office and choose and was still charged $15.00 for koa to assist me ?? Isn't that what your employes are there for ?? at a place that is already more expensive than anyplace else where we camp,seems more corporate than Campground.

My son plays travel ball and we booked so we could stay in the area. The campground was amazing! Very clean, the staff was so nice and helpful. My kids had a great time between the pool, obstacle course, ice cream and build a bear. We met the owners and they are so nice, we had a great conversation and will definitely be coming back! Maybe even this year yet!

Such a nice campground with fun things to do. We enjoyed our stay very much! We enjoyed watching people having so much fun on the water inflatables. Appreciated how quiet it was at night too. The staff members were very nice and helpful. We look forward to staying there again in the future!

Very unorganized no signs on the aqua park bout on chains or pets and paid a year in advance and had to pay more money and to check in early they gave me two different price and said I could and then when I got there they said I couldn’t and my site was empty. The roads were full of holes. Our site had a big hole in it.

We were charged an extra $20.00 at the gate on the 3rd for our daughter that arrived after we did. We were told we would not have to pay because it was only the 3 of us at our campsite.

Campground improvements / upgrades were apparent. Please continue in all areas and upkeep as you have brought new life to older campground Bathroom’s were very clean. Women's showers could use bench area and maybe permanent ventilation to stay in current condition ( large fan used to move air). We were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our stay.

We had the best time ever at Cadillac KOA! The staff were so friendly and helpful, facilities were so clean, the AquaPark was a nice addition for the kids (and husbands!) and the Beer Bingo was AMAZING! Thank you everyone for an amazing time!

The Eagle cabin smelled strongly of pot, after informing management we were given a 20% discount, which was appreciated. Would recommend posting an accurate picture of the cabin on the website and including info about the height of the tall ladder to the loft, as a heads up for families with young kids who will be using that sleeping space. Would also recommend putting a gate at the top opening

My daughter had a blast. It was quiet there wasn’t a bunch of people speeding around on electric bikes. Im just waiting for a response on a seasonal lot and if my camper was approved

The improvements they have made are great. The water park was really fun. The store inside is very disorganized and inefficient. The process for signing up for the water park and the spreadsheet can be much improved. Long waits and had to go back inside cause they didn’t put name in a spreadsheet. Would be nice if they had a card reader or took tap pay. Need shelves in showers, better ventilatio

We had an amazing stay there. We camped for a week. The amenities were extremely awsome. The only thing I would say that needs a little help with is, the men and women's bathroom showers. The gaps on the doors and curtains need to be fixed. And maybe something more to put your things on. Other then that extremely beautiful place. We for sure will be back!

Wonderful campground...spacious, grassy lots, great staff, tons for kids to do, beautiful modern bathrooms. Our only suggestion for future is avoid cleaning bathrooms until mid-morning for campers who need to shower or use facilities when they get up.

First time at a KOA. We had to be relocated to another spot as the camper next to us had a huge camper that took up our spot.Clerk was notified&a different spot was found for extra$40which was upsetting as we reserved a spot to be next to my family in the other camp spot . In addition to that we had no picnic table and had to go back to talk to the clerk to get one. Not a very pleasant start.

Loved the set up of the campground and I camped there when I was a kid when it was camp Cadillac but I would 100 percent stay there again. Only complaint I have is that it would be nice to make it known that people need to be more respectful of not walking through other people's sites. But other than that it was wonderful and glad to stay there again

They took camp cadillac, commercialized it and now upcharge for everything. They charge $35 a day to add a tent to the site. They charge you per person on top of the lot rent. Im surprised they aren't walking around with tap to pay charging people for breathing. NOT IMPRESSED! Before koa we stayed there 6 times a season, now we WILL NOT be coming back.

We stayed here for our daughter's 13th birthday. The campground was clean. The employees were very friendly. Lots of things for kids to do. The playground, pool jump pillows and especially the obstacle course in the lake was great. We will be back.

Impressive how often the bathrooms were being cleaned! The only downside to this campground was the early checkout time and needing to pay $20 per person to enjoy the amenities the day we left. Other places I have visited allowed you to clear your campsite and park elsewhere to enjoy the pool, etc. the rest of the day.(Not charging to do so).

Our stay at KOA Cadillac was great. Friendly staff and beautiful location and they have great trails through the woods with a nice fishing pond.

The campsite was beautiful. Dry quiet at night. The staff was awesome. Everything was very clean. My only complaint is that there was no place in the shower stalls to set your change of cloths or soap/ shampoo and I didn’t really want to put it on the floor. There were also no benches in the main area to use so you could get dressed so the next person could use the shower.

Had a great time with family. Very clean and friendly staff. Lifeguards were awesome on the water obstacle course. Kids had a blast and slept like rocks.�Will definitely go again. Can't wait until it is completely renovated. Super close to shopping and restaurants in Cadillac.

Nice large lot for my tent,very friendly staff, but had to pay 10.00 a head to have my mother, daughter and grandson(who is 2 years old) stop by for lunch, which they were there barely an hour. Also was looking forward to the water park, but you have to use your life vests and the didn't have any large enough for me or my wife.

One of our party was trespassed after some serious, untrue, accusations were made against him. Obviously none of us stayed. The owners were absolutely appalling. They and based off a vague description. It appeared as though they wanted to blame someone to give "peace of mind" to whomever. No refund was given. This place has been going downhill fast but I didn't think it had gone this far downhill.

Stayed at Cadillac KOA but left after the first night. The campground is clean and nice, but our site was extremely cramped, our camper was less than 5 feet from the next one. The fire ring was so close we didn’t feel safe using it. We felt uncomfortable and couldn’t relax, so we chose to leave early. Recommend asking about site spacing before booking.

I think the renovations are going to help the campground out. My concern is the river water in the pond(not spring fed) and the Blue dye thats added to it....

The staff was excellent. Easy to get into and lots of amenities. Very family oriented and lots of activities for the kids. My only disappointment was the condition of the road in and out was very muddy from the rain. So when I pulled out I got a lot of mud on my trailer and truck. It looks like they were in the process of getting ready to resurface so don't hold that against them. Very good.

Over Father's Day weekend, our family had the incredible opportunity to stay at the Cadillac KOA, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable getaways we've ever had. Nestled in the heart of Northern Michigan, the Cadillac KOA combines the beauty of the outdoors with plenty of family-friendly activities, making it a perfect destination for celebrating Father's Day in style. We stayed in our RV on one of the full hook up sites, which offered a rustic charm without sacrificing comfort. The grounds were clean and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure guests felt welcome. One of the highlights of our stay was the inflatable water park right on the campground. As soon as we saw it, the kids couldn't wait to jump in, and it wasn't long before Dad joined the fun too. The water park had inflatable slides, climbing features, and floating obstacles that kept us laughing and splashing for hours and days. It was the perfect way to cool off and burn some energy during the warm June days. Evenings were spent around the campfire, roasting marshmallows and swapping stories about the day's adventures. Celebrating Father's Day in such a fun, active, and family-oriented environment felt truly special. Cadillac KOA is now on our must-return list, especially for summer weekends full of outdoor excitement and lasting memories.
