Basic KOA,women’s showers cold water never got hot. Told desk person didn’t seem to important. Camping cabin smelled like wet dog. More of a construction camp atmosphere.

Nice pleasant location, very helpful staff. Cabin maintenance needs help, e.g. shower drain and mattress issues. That said, this met my JOURNEY needs very well for a quick overnight with shower and bed to break up a long trip.

The bathroom was not clean. The toilet was the first thing I noticed and the next day I noticed that the shower full of hair. The kitchen had a jar of coffee cream on the counter that was as hard as a rock. That let me know that someone did not pay attention to the small details. I only say this to help in the future.

Really enjoyed ourselves. The pool great. Bed needed to be bigger, We have a king size at home we spoiled to having more room it was comfy. Had a fridge and stove. store just down road & get what we wanted within a 5 minute drive. Our cabint had a shower stall plenty big but bathroom was tiny. enjoyed siting on the deck/ porch,had a huge tree for shade. Would do it again. Price reasonable

AC would not cool. And it was miserably hot. I understand that it was hot, but we were in a 2 person cabin, AC should have been able to cool such a small cabin. We were there about 2 1/2 hrs. The room was gettin warmer not cooler. So instead of taking a chance on staying miserable all night…we left and got hotel…we had driven 7+ hours/was looking at 9 the following day. The tenant was apologet

The cabin for 4 people had linens but they were not clean. The air conditioner was not efficient to cool our cabin. The cable tv was not functioning so we could not watch anything. They were in low supplies in the KOA store, no hotdogs, no coffee for the next morning, and no kid friendly drinks. There were ants and roaches in our cabin and crawling on our picnic table.

Everyone was friendly. We stayed in a cabin and it was clean and supplied with plenty of towels. The facilities/ grounds are basic, but homey.

Only my 2nd KOA - got a cabin with AC, which was very welcome on a hot night. Cabin was clean and comfortable. There was a TV but terrible reception, not watchable. Shower was cold!!

We stayed in a kabin and didn’t enjoy our stay. The bunk mattress covers were moldy on the bottom, ants on the larger bed. Cracks in the door jam let a lot of bugs in- id rather had camped in our own tent than stay in the kabin. Pool water was murky, bathrooms had sitting water puddles. Numerous ant piles on Property. Overall, we felt that there was not a pride of ownership at this location.

Cabin was small. Our reservation had gotten changed a few days before we arrived. No one knows how. No chair to sit in other than kitchen chairs. Nest in the grill outside. Won't stay there again

Not sure if the young lady’s name but she was super awesome! I called to make a reservation but she wasn’t by her computer. She told me to do it online and she would remember to apply my military discount the following day. No one ever remembers to do things like that but she did. My cabin was super clean and even had some coffee. I even had smiley faces on my check in notes:)

Location perfect for our trip. Cabin is pretty cool but really needs a deep clean. Everything was just off. We really love the cabins when we are 1 night stopping but the windows still had install stickers on them and carpet in loft had hundreds of dead bugs and potato chips all over… not vacuumed recently. Staff was great wish I could say a better review.

I've been going to Burkburnett KOA for several years. The cabins are a perfect place for me to settle in and do some serious writing without the interruptions or noise I'd get at a hotel. The people there are helpful and friendly. The cabin is fine. I don't expect it to be luxury accommodations. Even in cold or hot weather, I've been pleased. But it's getting really pricey. Must reconsider.

The heater was extremely loud, so we didn't get any sleep. They gave us coffee but there were no coffee cups in the room.

Nice people, clean facility, quiet and close. First time staying in a deluxe cabin and would definitely do it again in my travels without my 5th wheel.

Dirty, did not want to use the restrooms at all. Top bunk had dead bug that was under the pillow when we went to put the sheets on.

Trish was very helpful with answering any and all questions or inquiries we had about the regulations of the KOA. Trish also invited us to a black-eyed pea, ham and corn bread lunchon. We will definitely stay there when we return.

TV remote not working. Adjoining cabin feature was not expected and made it an uncomfortable stay. Felt like we were sharing our cabin with strangers. Cabin needs updates. Microwave was working but badly damaged; we were afraid to use.

Loved this KOA, I almost always stay in cabins and this one was the most comfortable, clean cabin I have experienced, and they provided very comfortable bed linens (no other KOA has provided linens before). Staff was friendly, and in a pretty location.

Ended up not staying in our little cabin, it was just too cold. Needs more heat. We arrived after hours and rented cabin with no bathroom. I called and left a message and emailed to get the restroom code. No response. We have had a great time there before but without enough heat and no restroom code, we drove 2+ hrs back home.

Cabin was very dirty and smelled awful. It was connected to another one and I could hear the person’s phone ringing at 3:30 am many times. I’m sure he heard me as I came in late. Check in was great. Park appearance was nice. They were running lawn mowers on Sunday morning, stirring up dust all around me while I was loading up. No water pressure in bathroom sink at all.

This was a nice KOA and I would recommend it . My only issues at all were a cool shower and the cabin door was very hard to push open. Thank you very much for being there.

This place is a gem, Staff was knowledgeable of the surrounding area, very helpful in all ways, polite and professional. We stayed in a cabin that was clean, loaded with everything you may need for all the comforts of home. RV spaces were very clean, quite and well maintained. The entire property was well kept and a charming place to stay. Definitely stay here again while traveling through the area. In fact I would go out of my way 100 miles to stay here again because of safety and everything mentioned above. Thank you Jim, Patricia, JB, and the entire staff. GOD BLESS YOU All

We rented a cabin for a day and it was amazing! The beds were comfortable, the cabin was clean, the staff and other campers were very nice. Even got to take pictures with the cows across the street. We highly would recommend a stay here and enjoy the town!
