This is such a wonderful place to camp or stay in a cabin. We stayed in a cabin that was loaded with furnishings, clean, comfortable and perfect for the two of us. The deck with a bbq and table makes it even better. The entire property was very well maintained and nice. The location was great, quite and nearby stores accessible with a short drive. The staff was an absolute pleasure, thank you

The staff was very friendly. But the restroom was not cleaned at all while we there. And their cabin needs to be repaired properly and not just patched together . But over all it was good. My granddaughter loved playing on the playground.

I arrived late in the day after the office had closed. I called the number to ask questions and they were very responsive and welcoming! I stayed in the small deluxe cabin for two with bathroom and kitchen. The heat was on to warm the room up so when I arrived, it was 16° outside and warm and cozy inside. I loved having the coffee pot and microwave for breakfast. A good way to start the day.

I asked a head of time if there would be linens for all three beds and only the sheets were provided for one.

Really like the place and it is a perfect stop for our trip we take multiple times a year. We stayed in a cabin, Unfortunately it was really cold so we had to run the heat. The heat/AC unit sounded like a 18 wheeler driven by an illegal with no cdl who bypassed a weight station on the way to his cousins fake daycare to deliver stacks of tax dollars. Needless to say no sleep occurred.

We had a great stay in our deluxe cabin while on the road from New Mexico back to Louisiana. The cabin was cute, clean, and comfortable. The only issue we had was no linens for the two twin beds - not sure if that was to be expected but be prepared if you are staying! The hair dryer in the bathroom also did not work. Overall, we had a great stay and this was a quiet and peaceful KOA.

Great quick stop for us. We stayed in the smaller deluxe cabin and enjoyed the setup and lights outside. Also a tasty Mexican restaurant close by.

This stay was a bookend back and front to a trip to Houston. It was very pleasant and when we got back from being in the big cities, we really appreciated Burkburnett the more. Things don't always go right, the water was off briefly because someone broke a line, but they had it fixed within an hour on a Sunday. That must have been expensive, you can tell they prioritize getting things back normal.

My husband and I had never stayed at a KOA before, and let me tell you, our experience was unbelievable. The cabin for two was cozy, warm, and clean. Thank you, KOA/Burkburnett, for welcoming us and going the extra mile to help my family and me have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Upon arrival we were missing bedding for the bunks, + there were no towels provided. Even though when I called to confirm linens included + they said just make a note for towels and we did + the lady said no towel bc we don't have a bathroom- uh we do have a bathrom- it's just not attached- do you not expect us to take showers? Cabin was well maintained + clean. Bathrooms not

We have stayed here several times while traveling from Colorado, and found the grounds and staff to be best in class in Northern Texas. We have stayed in our travel van and this trip sampled the well appointed and comfortable cabins. KOA App is our only complaint.

Grounds are nice, facilities upgraded and staff very friendly. We were late arrivals, so couldn’t expect clean restrooms and showers. Drains in newly tiled floors lacked enough fall to keep water off floors and down drains. Potential solution would be to sponge mop restrooms 2X/day. The cute cabin we stayed in was perfect, cozy and comfortable! �

Besides the cricket in the wall all night,dead crickets along the walls of the cabin,it was a place to sleep. Wish a small m/wave was offered to make hot H2O. The bankers hours of office are unfortunate.

Cabin was clean. Large rubber rug every time I stepped on it it slid across the floor someone is going to fall and break a hip or hit their head on the bed needs to be replaced with something that is non-skid. The refrigerator was way too low. Why can't it be put on a table and then you can store luggage under the table instead of under a bed? Could not get any channels to work on TV.

I enjoyed a week long stay for hunting dove in the area. Very clean sites and the staff members were all very courteous and helpful. This was my second time staying here and I will be back again next September.

The attention to detail made me want to visit again. The Kozy Kabin included linen, a bedside lamp and an area rug. Appreciated the little extras!

I've been there many times. It feels like home away from home which is exactly what I need: a nice, quiet park with cabins where I can write undisturbed. Over the years I've seen improvements made on a regular basis. The people are always helpful and friendly. I'll be back.

We had an excellent time at this KOA. It was a great little family getaway. We stayed here and then went to the water park, castaway cove. We will definitely be back. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Cabin was clean and furnished with the basics of everything you need. Thank you again!

I walked into the cabin and felt like I had been punched in the stomach. I turned my phone light on and went searching for what had died. I couldn't find anything. Then I see the Black Flag fly trap and realize the scent of decay is from that. I cut the string and threw it in the dumpster. The cabin still smelled horrible. The cabin is saturated in dog pee. I slept in my car. Disgusting

First time at this KOA and truly enjoyed the stay. The park is clean, lawn well-manicured, and the bathrooms/showers were very clean. Went out from Fort Worth just for an overnight stay and will definitely be back. Would highly recommend you give BurkBurnett KOA a try.

This place is a gem, Staff was knowledgeable of the surrounding area, very helpful in all ways, polite and professional. We stayed in a cabin that was clean, loaded with everything you may need for all the comforts of home. RV spaces were very clean, quite and well maintained. The entire property was well kept and a charming place to stay. Definitely stay here again while traveling through the area. In fact I would go out of my way 100 miles to stay here again because of safety and everything mentioned above. Thank you Jim, Patricia, JB, and the entire staff. GOD BLESS YOU All

We rented a cabin for a day and it was amazing! The beds were comfortable, the cabin was clean, the staff and other campers were very nice. Even got to take pictures with the cows across the street. We highly would recommend a stay here and enjoy the town!
