Everyone was friendly. We stayed in a cabin and it was clean and supplied with plenty of towels. The facilities/ grounds are basic, but homey.

Only my 2nd KOA - got a cabin with AC, which was very welcome on a hot night. Cabin was clean and comfortable. There was a TV but terrible reception, not watchable. Shower was cold!!

Cable was so snowy that it was impossible to see. The pool was so murky that you couldn’t see your feet in the 3foot water. Other people said it had been that way for the month they had been there. These are issues that should be addressed for a KOA Journey.

The campground on the outside was beautifully maintained. The bathrooms were not very well maintained. The bugs were very bad inside the bathroom to include a living cockroach on the toilet and the floors were filthy. It needed sweeping so badly. The garbage had been emptied by the next morning, so not sure why someone could have not swept at that time. The store was also sadly lacking.

The sewer hookup was not working could not use it we had two children 6 & 9 could not let them out alone because our table was being used by someone else a man that was sitting on the table

Campground well maintained. The only KOA we have stayed at where the bathrooms are cleaned at 10:00 instead of check out time of 11:00. Very inconvenient and not KOA policy they gave for a reason.

We stayed in a kabin and didn’t enjoy our stay. The bunk mattress covers were moldy on the bottom, ants on the larger bed. Cracks in the door jam let a lot of bugs in- id rather had camped in our own tent than stay in the kabin. Pool water was murky, bathrooms had sitting water puddles. Numerous ant piles on Property. Overall, we felt that there was not a pride of ownership at this location.

We were only there one night. The staff is very helpful and nice. The bathroom/showers were nice - but the "look" of the park was needing some attention. The trash in the dumpster was overflowing and there was just an unkept look about everything. We would stay for one night again if necessary though. People need to pick up after their dogs also. Alot of old trailers that were permanent.

Asked for a late checkin and map was there at KIOSK when I got there. Got a nice site and enjoy a clean relatively quiet campground, clean maiden bathrooms, and great staff. This KOA was close to some epic Mountain Bike Trails near Wichita Falls, so that was a nice treat!

First time staying at a campground with our travel trailer and so glad we picked a KOA campground! Although we only stayed one night I highly recommend this campground. If this place is representative of all KOA campgrounds then I won't be staying anywhere else. Great place, friendly staff.

Very disappointed. No hot water for showers. Didn’t tell us when checking in. Swimming pool wasn’t open. Really hot with no shade. Rec room closed with office.

All was well and staff very pleasant as well but the spaces were tight and not long enough for a big rig unless you disconnect. Leaving was difficult as trucks and cars in the way to turn

Upon arrival at the park it did not feel like a KOA Park at all. Yes they had signs up everywhere especially around the pool which was not even open. There were so many warning and restriction sign up I thought I was reading a book. With the permanent occupants there it looked more like a old tailer park then a KOA RV park. Very poorly run and maintained park.

Stayed for the weekend with several others for a baseball tournament. They accommodated us and were able to put us all right next to each other. We stayed on one of the concrete pad sites, was great! Staff was super nice. Overall great stay! Would definitely stay again.

I love this rv park 😍 I'm a long term and the community out here is wonderful the park is nice and quiet and conveniently near town
