I plugged into 50 amp with my surge protector and everything seemed to be working well on site 23 , April 10th, 2024. I later found out that evening that my electric heat pump would not function, and my control panel was show erratic load amp numbers and only 30amps coming in. I removed the surge protector which still showed everything okay and plugged my 50 amp cord directly; still same problem,

This was a clean campground, spaces were fairly close together but there is grass between each site. There is a playground and a small dog park. (Please pick up after your dog, they provide bags and a waste can - there is really no excuse.) I did not use laundry or restrooms but they are provided. We stayed one night in a 38' DP.

It was late and we needed to stop for the night. We were fortunate enough to get a spot. It was easy to follow the after hours instructions and easy to hook up. Although the dog park is small, our dog enjoyed being off leash.

No hot water for showers. Bathrooms facilities not up to par. Clean park.

Mouse droppings in silverware drawer. No linens for twin beds or futon, 2 light bulbs were broken and acted like strobe lights. Hairs in the shower

Easy access from hwy.gravel sites easy after hr check in. Should make reservations looked like a lot of long term spots taken

Arrived at 16 15, office was closed. Shoer handles read " hot" that was COLD, turn it to "cold" to ger HOT, Bathroom floor was wet everywhere

The new concrete slabs are nice but the curbs are a problem - I could not turn wide enough to have the trailer tires miss the curb so they ran over them-I noticed several other campers with the same issue. Either make the street wider or remove the curbs (nice idea but not practical)

we spent 3 nights in Burkburnett. I didn't bring a long enough cable for the tv cable hook up. Next day I purchased a longer cable and hooked it up. I was not able to get any cable reception. I was so tired I forgot to tell ask anyone if the cable was working or if it was operator error on my part. Everything else was GREAT.

Good access from the interstate, with no noise. Good pull-through sites for big rigs, but they are a bit narrow, so they leave you feeling just a bit crowded. We’ll stay again if we are in the area.

I booked this little cabin for my sister and her dog. It was absolutely PERFECT for her! It had everything she needed for her weekend stay. Plenty of room to walk her dog. Very quiet and well stocked with cookware, dishes, toaster, coffee pot, etc. I brought a gate, to give her dog free range on the deck. My sister now wants to stay here whenever she comes to visit!

Cold showers and the water was off for two hours a notice would have been nice so we could prepare for the shut off of water

The restrooms were nice...we needed a place to stop for the night...seems like alot of long term folks are there...lots of personal items laying around sites...but in these financial times people need something and someplace to go....just not sort of KOA we are used to seeing...if I was to come back I would only get the gravel site and not the upgraded site with concrete pad.

extremely dirty. At the time we arrived there, we have no option to go any where else. Animal hair on the bedding sheets, bed mattress cover dirty and stained as well the toilet bowl and zinc, the floor sticky. We have to remove all the bedding to dress the bed with are own, thanks God we had some sheets at the car. We try to rest a few hours and run away from that place.Very bad experience.

We love it here. Management is wonderful. This is a great campground for long term, as well as short term campers!

I stayed for almost a year and was very satisfied with the camp and the facilities offered. During the holidays they offered facilities for get together with other people and always served the meat while fellow travelers brought their own favorite sides. I actually never got to experience it because I went home on the weekends. It was nice to get an invite to each get together.

We stay here a couple of times a year because our family lives in the area. We love the improvements the owners have made. The sites are level and the park is well maintained and the people are very nice.

Visited some friends who came down from the Great Northwest. This is a very nice KOA. It is well kept.

This stay was my second time, but first time in the cabin. I arrived late but was still able to complete a late check in easily. The area that the campground is situated in is very safe and that was confirmed as a Sheriff was out patrolling after dark while I walked my dog. Plenty of amenities. The cabin was nice and had a TV as well. The only downside was the the electric heater did not work very well and I woke up cold. Additionally, the cabin could've been cleaned a bit better as there was visible dust and the AC had not been cleaned as there was mold visible through the vents. The ownership does a great job of keeping guests happy, but the cleaning crew could use a little improvement. Very safe area situated on the Oklahoma border. Would stay again due to this alone and the value you get for your money. I am happy when I'm able to stay.
