Overall, it seems like a great place to the people were friendly and the campground was clean & well organized. The pool was clean & well maintained. Only some of the camping spots had been mowed and the one that we were assigned had grass 6-8” with saplings growing at one end.

The site was not mowed which did not make the stay enjoyable. There was a dog pooped bag left behind. When I requested to have the site mowed they just brushed it off. We arrived at 2:30 pm so there would have been plenty of time to weed wack or mow.

We had an excellent time at this KOA. It was a great little family getaway. We stayed here and then went to the water park, castaway cove. We will definitely be back. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Cabin was clean and furnished with the basics of everything you need. Thank you again!

Customer service was great. Office and store well kept and well stocked. Bathroom was dated with multiple people could be in the room together. Laundry several machines out of order. Didn’t use pool but it looked inviting. Internet was only so so in today’s lifestyle this should be flawless. I didn’t particularly like the parking with one even one direction the next reversed sharing lawn bet

It was just for one night, but they were very accommodating to our family. The grandchildren enjoyed The pool, it was very clean. The campground was very quiet and relaxing.

I walked into the cabin and felt like I had been punched in the stomach. I turned my phone light on and went searching for what had died. I couldn't find anything. Then I see the Black Flag fly trap and realize the scent of decay is from that. I cut the string and threw it in the dumpster. The cabin still smelled horrible. The cabin is saturated in dog pee. I slept in my car. Disgusting

Same day late afternoon reservation and the host was kind and helpful. This was exactly the type of site I required and the property was dialed in and clean.

Great location and well maintained! Very friendly staff who gave a warm welcome! Everything worked well and the wifi signal was pretty strong the entire stay. Several outdoor activity areas and a nice pool, but we did not make use of them as we were gone so much. Overall great stay and will definitely be back when we are in the area.

A nice campground. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the amenities were good. It is right next to an interstate so it is definitely noisy, especially in a city. But a great place to stay for a one nighter… Or maybe two :-)

Expensive, looks like a homeless camp, nice workers (don'tblame them), laundry is about 1/2 out of order......I expect a lot better for $82/nite. Never coming back.

No problems site was a little small but all fit did not use any facilities it had for we were just sleeping there and seeing family in day time nice people that I delt with very polite .

First time at this KOA and truly enjoyed the stay. The park is clean, lawn well-manicured, and the bathrooms/showers were very clean. Went out from Fort Worth just for an overnight stay and will definitely be back. Would highly recommend you give BurkBurnett KOA a try.

Loved it. Really nice people, lots of trees and green grass. My dog loved to be able to walk around without getting stickers and grass burrs in his feet.

Constant annoying noise from oil pump across the street. Asked manager to notify owner or police to have maintenance done on pump. Nothing done. We paid for upgraded site but couldn’t enjoy being outside because of the noise.

Everything was fine except for the abundance of mosquitoes. You know they do have professionals that can spray for them?! It is not good that when you walk your dog your are covered with mosquito bites! Other than that, it was a good stay.

The staff were amazing. They knew who I was as soon as I pulled in. He had been waiting on me to get there. They have nice bathrooms, a cute little store and some of the cleanest most organized grounds of any campground I've ever seen.

This place is a gem, Staff was knowledgeable of the surrounding area, very helpful in all ways, polite and professional. We stayed in a cabin that was clean, loaded with everything you may need for all the comforts of home. RV spaces were very clean, quite and well maintained. The entire property was well kept and a charming place to stay. Definitely stay here again while traveling through the area. In fact I would go out of my way 100 miles to stay here again because of safety and everything mentioned above. Thank you Jim, Patricia, JB, and the entire staff. GOD BLESS YOU All

We rented a cabin for a day and it was amazing! The beds were comfortable, the cabin was clean, the staff and other campers were very nice. Even got to take pictures with the cows across the street. We highly would recommend a stay here and enjoy the town!
