Ended up not staying in our little cabin, it was just too cold. Needs more heat. We arrived after hours and rented cabin with no bathroom. I called and left a message and emailed to get the restroom code. No response. We have had a great time there before but without enough heat and no restroom code, we drove 2+ hrs back home.

All the people there were so friendly, and helpful Manager went above and beyond when mytrailer ball came apart at the entrance. Othewr campers were very nice, laundry room was clean and neat. Overall a lovely stay.

Staff was extremely helpful. They kept everyone notified when any changes were happening (pool closures. Water outages, etc). Park was well kept and lawns manicured. Staff also had special events for children and grandchildren for special holidays of campers. Events were enjoyed by all.

Nice park. Flat level pads. Good location. Easy hookups. Some road noise. The goathead stickers in the grass were really bad this year. We were warned by the staff about the stickers due to the drought. Still, maybe some extra mowing would get rid of them. We would stay here again.

The bathrooms need some love. Since 5:00 am long stay guest (or local residents) start to leave making a lot of noise and keeping their trucks running for long time. I’m not giving 1 star because the host was nice when we check in

Friendly staff. Park is dated and crowed. Mostly sitters with junk everywhere. Sticker burrs in landscape areas

Very wonderful park we stayed for one night on our way to lone oak. Nice sites , very quiet and staff is great. Only thing I would change is upkeep of showers / bathrooms. Not the cleanest but nice ! Would stay here again in our travels for sure �

Filthy bathrooms/showers, washing machines nasty with dog hair all in them, and roaches in the drying machine. Camp grounds not mowed where or when needed. Unruly neighbors that have had the police called out on them while on grounds as well as unsupervised kids causing mischief to grounds and campers site.

Easy in, easy out. Our site was very level, making our overnight very easy. It was long enough that we did not have to unhook. The office was helpful and very friendly.

Our stay was very sweet! The campground was clean and well organized. We were greeted warmly when we arrived - even a big biscuit for our big dogs!

Cabin was very dirty and smelled awful. It was connected to another one and I could hear the person’s phone ringing at 3:30 am many times. I’m sure he heard me as I came in late. Check in was great. Park appearance was nice. They were running lawn mowers on Sunday morning, stirring up dust all around me while I was loading up. No water pressure in bathroom sink at all.

Overall, our stay was good. Friendly staff. Some of the sites (Ours/#10) was very close to the next sight in comparison to most of the others. We stayed for one night.

This one was a disappointment. The first site assigned to us was next to a full time resident and had cable lines stretching across the site to our box. We complained and were assigned to a different site. The 30 AMP didn't work and maintenance was off. Luckily we had a 50/30 adapter. There were painful burs all in the cut grass. Restroom floor was flooded from the shower. Mngr indifferent.

Got in late and left mid morning the following day. Very nice and accommodating people. Nice park with mature guests. Good spaces to walk dogs. Bathroom and laundry door code pads are weird, but once they explain it, it's nice to have showers and laundry available.

This place is a gem, Staff was knowledgeable of the surrounding area, very helpful in all ways, polite and professional. We stayed in a cabin that was clean, loaded with everything you may need for all the comforts of home. RV spaces were very clean, quite and well maintained. The entire property was well kept and a charming place to stay. Definitely stay here again while traveling through the area. In fact I would go out of my way 100 miles to stay here again because of safety and everything mentioned above. Thank you Jim, Patricia, JB, and the entire staff. GOD BLESS YOU All

We rented a cabin for a day and it was amazing! The beds were comfortable, the cabin was clean, the staff and other campers were very nice. Even got to take pictures with the cows across the street. We highly would recommend a stay here and enjoy the town!
