extremely dirty. At the time we arrived there, we have no option to go any where else. Animal hair on the bedding sheets, bed mattress cover dirty and stained as well the toilet bowl and zinc, the floor sticky. We have to remove all the bedding to dress the bed with are own, thanks God we had some sheets at the car. We try to rest a few hours and run away from that place.Very bad experience.

We love it here. Management is wonderful. This is a great campground for long term, as well as short term campers!

I stayed for almost a year and was very satisfied with the camp and the facilities offered. During the holidays they offered facilities for get together with other people and always served the meat while fellow travelers brought their own favorite sides. I actually never got to experience it because I went home on the weekends. It was nice to get an invite to each get together.

Just an overnight stay. Got in after dark and left early. Site level. Not much more to say.

We stay here a couple of times a year because our family lives in the area. We love the improvements the owners have made. The sites are level and the park is well maintained and the people are very nice.

Very nice except the bunk beds in the camping cabin didn’t have linens and it was too late to ask for them.

The cabin was a duplex not mentioned in the write up. Out of all the cabins they put people next to us instead of another of the open units. A door with at least a two inch gap connected the next door unit and it did nothing to stop the talk and sounds of the people using it. Will not use these cabins again. I will say the unit was clean, warm without oder. The campground was clean as well.

We stayed as a quick sleep before continuing on down the road. We car camp so we reserved a tent site and just slept in our car. Honestly...the only reason we stayed here instead of a Rest Area to sleep was so we could shower. You can tell the bathrooms have been renovated (and are clean!) and they look beautiful, but the showerheads and hot water heater need some attention. Otherwise very nice!

Spent 2 nights on our way west, very quiet campground. Lots to see and do in the area.

Great Halloween party-we hope they meet every Saturday night for a potluck and get together to meet all the regulars and those just passing through. It was so much fun! Trish & Tiffany were great hostesses and were very helpful. The KOA is easy to get to and there’s a lot of great stores and restaurants close by and Wichita Falls is close if you need bigger stores and more dining choices.

We stay at the Burkburnett/Wichita Falls KOA once a year for a night or two to get our RV inspected/registered. Unbfortunately the Burkburnett/Wichita Falls KOA has slowly declined over the last few years. It is now mostly "permanent" residents and the facilities are in need of major repairs. Would recommend only if you are needing a spot for the night and do not need to use the facilities.

Basic KOA,women’s showers cold water never got hot. Told desk person didn’t seem to important. Camping cabin smelled like wet dog. More of a construction camp atmosphere.

Nice pleasant location, very helpful staff. Cabin maintenance needs help, e.g. shower drain and mattress issues. That said, this met my JOURNEY needs very well for a quick overnight with shower and bed to break up a long trip.

This place is a gem, Staff was knowledgeable of the surrounding area, very helpful in all ways, polite and professional. We stayed in a cabin that was clean, loaded with everything you may need for all the comforts of home. RV spaces were very clean, quite and well maintained. The entire property was well kept and a charming place to stay. Definitely stay here again while traveling through the area. In fact I would go out of my way 100 miles to stay here again because of safety and everything mentioned above. Thank you Jim, Patricia, JB, and the entire staff. GOD BLESS YOU All

We rented a cabin for a day and it was amazing! The beds were comfortable, the cabin was clean, the staff and other campers were very nice. Even got to take pictures with the cows across the street. We highly would recommend a stay here and enjoy the town!
