Sewerage to close to decks of neighbors deck. We need internet for our work, it was terrible. We stayed there for work purposes.

Staff was friendly and store was well stocked. Nice pools and dog run areas. Also a very quiet park. Down size was gravel and uneven dirt RV spots so lots of ants. We rarely sat outside due to this issue. There is WIFI but EXTREAMLY low bandwidth so very slow internet speeds. We also got 1 bar LTE so minimal cell service. Our sewer connection was 1 foot away from our neighbors BBQ pit..YUCH!!

Sites 41 and 42 are very uneven. Hard to level camper. Would be great if leveled out or more dirt added to make level. Other than that sites were secluded. Concrete pad was great. Shade was wonderful.

Very nice and clean. We had a party of around 20, everyone is satisfied. The grounds are pretty and shade can be found on all of the trails.

The campground is well maintained and super clean. The hospitality was exceptional! We had a great time and will be coming back again!!

The site we had flooded for days everytime it rained.had to wear rubber boots to leave the camper.when we complained,we were told that we had to stay there until after Memorial Day.they also overcharge for the kilowatts on the electric fee.so $375 rent turned into 517.00!!!for 30 amp,no less. We ended up leaving &the owner refused to give us a refund.

They did a great job accommodating the size of our trailer by cutting some tree branches so we would fit. Nice campgrounds, well maintained!

We had very good time there was not 4 wheres running all night. The ponds was fun we got some fish did not keep any. It is quite there in the day time we will be back next year

We had a fantastic stay at Brookeland. Our site was spacious and the patio is the best we've ever had. It was quiet and very relaxing. The swimming pool is well kept up and clean. The office staff were all great and the free first bundle of wood was appreciated. Planning a return trip in November.

Site 42 was hard to level my fifth wheel even with hydraulic levelers. The park was well kept and realy enjoyed or month stay

We had (unfortunately) booked another park, but after one night we had to leave. Called the Brookeland KOA and the lady welcomed us and got us a very nice spot. Loved the park, everything worked and really enjoyed exploring the trails. Great place!! Will not make the mistake again.... if there is a KOA available near our destination, will definitely stay there as first choice.

Very quiet and peaceful. Space 43 very pretty and nice amenities. Enjoyed the nature walks. Folks running park very nice. Would absolutely stay here again.

We went with the Grand Design rally. The owner was very nice. We stayed in the overage site beside the dump being up hill it was a great spot.

Kampground hosts were excellent and facilities nice. We were in spot #115 which was next to off site roadway. The road noise was considerable. If I return, I hope to have a site closer to the entrance.

Owner is really nice. Place is kept clean. I would like more umbrellas or shade for the pool area. It gets very hot.
