A great stay at this KOA. The staff were helpful and courteous. Tony the owner was so helpful for local eateries, fishing, rental car, etc. Number One....the internet service is the best I have ever encountered! The internet was fast and dependable every day. We will make this KOA the place to stay near Lake Sam Rayburn. Tony thank you for the lift to get my rental car...above and beyond the call.

The stay was excellent. Everything was clean, and well kept. Night times were quiet and peaceful and the staff was great.

Your personnel were very friendly and helpful. They were always working to keep the facility in tiptop condition. The bathrooms/showers were extremely clean as well as the entire park. We thoroughly enjoyed walking the numerous trails in the woods. The only thing I can say to improve the park is more fish in the pond. I saw a lot of kid’s fishing and not many catching anything.

Very nice campground. Easy to find. Clean and well kept. Only there overnight so did get to enjoy all.

We have been staying at this KOA for several years now when our son has a fishing tournament and every time it is always great. They staff and owners are always friendly and helpful.

Nice place, our particular site number 11 after a storm was very very muddy. I know you guys can’t control the weather but as new camper owners it sure made packing up tough. Some of the other sites were apparently on higher ground than ours. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Our stay was great the owner took us on a tour around the camp gave us some history and was very kind and professional made us feel like people just not a spot paid on his lot.

Love this KOA. Always clean and the staff is great. Lake Sam Rayburn is next door and it's in E.Texas. What's not to like?

We arrived late and left early the next morning so we didn't spend much time at the park. We called after hours and to our surprise, the phone was answered, the person on the other end was very polite and had our reservations waiting when we arrived and the restrooms were spotless!!!

Campground was maintained really well, clean & all staff encountered were very nice & helpful. Love the camp grounds!

They charged a late fee. I left on time and they would no refund the $10. Now they say it was non refundable but did not disclose that at the time. Left a sour taste in my mouth.

Bathrooms in the back near the road had no toilet paper, most of the eeek we where there. Other than that they were great, helped us out where we found that the RV park we had planned on staying at was less than desirable.Vickie park host was super nice.

I expected to be near the lake, but had to drive several miles to even see he lake, which made it difficult to enjoy the lake. Campground itself was good , but i thought we would be near the lake.

The park is outstanding. Rest rooms, grounds, and sites are well maintained. My only complaint is the contractor used for RV repairs ghosted me after ordering parts.

We had a nice relaxing time. Friendly staff, nice little store, great trails, and 2 pools along with 2 playgrounds. We will be back!

We stayed in site 41, just steps away from the office/store, bathhouse, and pool. Campsite was level gravel with a beautiful concrete patio and fire pit. Sites are well spaced, with hedges between, giving privacy. Park offers two pools, fitness center, and trails. Close to Sam Rayburn Reservoir and other local attractions. Would stay here again.

They close at 5:00, but called earlier in the day and knew we would arrive about 5:00. We got there at 5:05 they were already closed, so no one to show us to site. There was a large tree in the middle of the road right behind our site, so difficult to navigate. The hookups were really far apart and the sewer drain was about a foot above ground which made it really hard to drain our tanks.

Tony and his family provided one of the best vacations we've ever had. The facility is spotlessly maintained, assistance is provided rapidly when needed, and the staff is dedicated to guest satisfaction. If you want a relaxing, peaceful stay in the woods - this is your place.

The only problem we had was the electricity was off several times, but that wasn't the koa's fault. We will return in the future.

Camp sites flooded every time it rained as much as 3 to 4 inches of water you had to walk in to get to your vehicle we’re not allowed to do anything lay carpet on the ground couldn’t put up a small canopy not allowed I know I person who worked there that was promised some many hours but never got them a lot of work needed to be done but always complained didn’t have the money to do right now

Clean. We stayed the first week of Jan and the Christmas lights were still up. Beautiful to walk around and see everything lit up at night. Clean laundry and bathroom. Staff friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. Love the site . Would definitely come back.

WE stayed in an RV site while our kids and grandkids rented 2 cabins over the Thanksgiving weekend. Our stay was excellent, the grounds are great and Tony and his whole staff are the very best

Overall the staff was good. We were in pull thru spot #9. It rained heavy and our spot was surrounded by water 3-4” deep. We had a deck so we could at least get on there to stay dry. All the other spots drained water off very well but #9 was very low and water from spots # 10 & #8 drained into ours. We we left, I had to get into the muddy water to disconnect. This really needs to be fixed. Hazar

Owner is really nice. Place is kept clean. I would like more umbrellas or shade for the pool area. It gets very hot.
