Had an excellent experience at Brookeland KOA. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Very guest centric. It stormed the entire time we were there, but the staff did everything to salvage our trip. Very well kept grounds and the pools and bathhouses are nice.

Need directional signs to all RV sites. We stayed on site #104 and thankfully the map provided helped us to navigate to our site. Need road lights during hours of darkness. We depended on our headlights to drive along the roads leading throughout the park.

Staff is awesome and always willing to help. The Campgrounds are clean and RV sites are level. Plenty of shade and fishing and swimming.

For the most part it was fine, our Rv site was not very level due to erosion, the pool was not refreshing at all water was too warm.

Great place, well organized and people running the campgrounds were very nice, accommodating and I forgot the black tank treatment and they gave me a pack….gratis !!

Campground is really nice, and everyone is polite. We had a patio RV spot which was really nice. A friend of mine said he knew the owner of the park and we would not be disappointed. The park is kept up and the pools are nice. Plenty of room to ride your golf cart to relax.

Had four kids in a motor home closed the pool that was close to use. Kids did not want to ride our walk to the other pool said it was to far. Was okay place to stay lots of shade. No water access to the lake had to drive to other camp grounds to launch boat every time we went out to Tube

Great campground. The staff are amazing and very friendly. Park is clean and safe and the the grandbabys had plenty to keep them busy! We will definitely be going back!

The only complaint I have is that I booked a specific space back in February. For some reason, I was moved from the space I chose and put in a space that was less desirable to me and my family. I still can not understand why that occurred. After all, I booked well in advance to secure a nice shady space.

We Love it it was our first time on memorial weekend and we didn’t know about the crawfish bowl and it was so exciting and we will be back. We’ve already booked it for next year. We love the place. It’s clean. It’s nice and the staff is amazing. The only thing I wish we had was a water area for the dogs, I also I wish we had big fans or misters up at the horse area while we’re eating cr

Everything was positive about the stay, the facilities and the crawfish boil, except this is the first campground and the first KOA where my wife was chased by an unleashed dog while the owners loudly claim the dog was not a threat while out enjoying walking the grounds. Safety is never something that we can stand to compromise.

Friendly staff. Great WiFi. Great lay out of the park. The pool area near our site was very clean. Bathhouse was fantastic- very clean. Our patio site was equipped with great furniture complete with a fire ring with fresh firewood delivered.

We chose this place to have our airstream rally and had the best time! The staff were always ensuring our needs were met, happily taking care of us! Our sites and the grounds were nicely kept with activities for all. Very Happy Camper

Hated that the airstream group had to pay $5 for each of their guests just to visit for a couple of hours.

Great campground and nice site for an overnight stop. Sites were gravel/earth which unfortunately did not hold up well when one the worst storms to hit the area in a long time came that night! Woke up to flat tire on trailer and changing wheel in muddy conditions was frustrating. Overall a great location.
