We had amazing stay in the Hunters Lodge at the Brookeland KOA! It was the perfect size for our group. It had a full size fridge and a shower in the bathroom. There was a cooktop and a microwave, as well as a sink and dishes. It was extremely clean and nicely decorated. My only issue was the thin mattresses. When you laid on them you could feel the braces.

Excellent location, clean rooms, very pretty campgrounds, friendly and helpful staff - my only complaint is the mattresses aren't comfortable. But that's minor compared to the positive elements. We'll be back soon, and often!

It was great. I would and will stay there again. I think $10 per bed for linens is a little extreme especially if they are traveling

Nice place to stay reasonably priced on cabins, and only thing I would like to see improved is the lights for the streets very dark and hard to see the road but other than that it was well worth it will be back again!

The host were helpful, and the General Store was well stocked. For things not available the staff directed us to a local market less than a mile away. The cabin was clean and had more amenities than expected. Price was comparable to a good hotel chain without slamming doors and people upstairs stomping on floors. A very relaxing and enjoyable 4 days. We will be back.

We enjoy our stay. Our cabin was ready when we arrived. Wifi is great. Staff are wonderful and friendly. Would definitely make another visit .

We arrived late Friday I made sure and called before to tell them we would arrive late . We arrived to no linens then we were not informed ahead of time that we needed to bring our own wash cloth and towels. So we had to go purchase them. The pull out couch was gross with food and burn stains. Then I purchased a cup for 70.00 was under the impression it was a stanley no beware they are off brands.

We had an amazing stay this weekend. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our entire trip. We stayed in the Harley Davidson cabin on the pond, it was very roomy and clean.

We evacuated due to the fire in Jasper along with our pets. All the hotels were booked in town. I called the KOA and Tony was so nice and took good care of us. He was professional and is the definition of customer service. The cabin we stayed was comfortable. Plenty of room to walk our dogs. Coffee in the KOA store was delicious. We had everything we needed. Can’t thank him enough.

Absolutely awesome experience!! The owners care about people, not just their guests. They worked with us after hours to get us checked into a cabin after our AC went out on our own property. They were absolutely amazing and such a blessing to save our weekend and time with family. I highly recommend this park for your stay. The property is amazing with trees and nature everywhere. Fantastic!!

The cabin was spotless and the ac was turned on so that the cabin was very comfortable when we arrived. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The maintenance man went about and beyond with his services. The movie was a pleasant surprise we all enjoyed it. Thanks for your great customer service!

Had a great time, nice amenities, even had firewood there for us. Staff was friendly and even too the time to show us another cabin when we had some questionds. We're actually hoping to come back this weekend with the kids.

I attended a family reunion there and it was all I expected, friendly staff and a manager that was on top of any problem that we had and approached us very sincere and immediately took care of situation.. we will definitely be back , we loved our stay

Owner is really nice. Place is kept clean. I would like more umbrellas or shade for the pool area. It gets very hot.
