We were delighted to find the refrigerator in our cabin (#9). We enjoyed the swing and the big bench. We love how you let everything grow without trimming/trim very little. Everyone was nice, friendly, and helpful. The camp is clean and tidy - just beautiful. We had a wonderful time. Thank you.

It was the 1st time ever staying at a KOA and beleive me it was the best. The cabin was way more than what we were expecting and the people at the campgrounds were the best. They made us feel right at home and they should all be awarded in some way. Thank you all for giving us a great expevirnce.

The cabins are small which is fine but absolutely nothing is provided and the beds are literally the same as you would find in county jail.

Tony is honestly the best host. He makes sure your stay is perfect and goes out of his way to help. Out AC went out and he found us a temporary unit so we could enjoy the rest of our stay.

Awesome staff! The campground is clean and well maintained. We have been camping at this location for the past couple of years and will continue making memories with family and friends!

The owner and the staff were wonderful and very friendly to talk to. The guys on the ground crew always seemed nice and friendly The black gravel dust was the only issue we had. But we don’t want to concrete the world. Lol Thanks for another great stay and the pizza was great as well.

Great place to stay. We stayed in a cabin. Very close to the lake. We were blessed with very nice weather for memorial weekend. We even had a cool breeze in the mornings and evenings. I did have one issue. I looked through the whole website and material given to us and could not find anywhere that there were no towels or kitchen essentials. A list of suggested items would have been helpful.

We took the kids to see Poppi n Nana. We stayed in their RV at the KOA. The kids had a blast playing in the pool and attending the crawfish boil over the memorial day weekend. I hope this becomes a family tradition

Just passing through for one night. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. If you stay here order a thin crust pizza. It was delicious! We probably won’t be back as we are heading to Arizona next.

Staff was excellent. Park was immaculate. the cabins were so nice. Our family members ran in four of the cabins, all were very nice. Super clean, more than we could have expected. Rented the horse barn for a birthday party hosting 100 or more people. Was the perfect spot. Will definitely be back.

Enjoyed my time at the KOA. Very accommodating staff. The only thing I have an issue with is the beds. After long hours out on the water fishing, rest is a must. Hopefully they will address this in the near future. No matter though, I'll be back again soon

We have stayed at several KOA over the years and all have been good. The main thing that sets this KOA apart are the people and staff than own/run the Brookeland KOA. They are fantastic. Camp sites are nice, cabins are nice as well. Stayed in both. 2 pools for the kids to swim. If you are looking for a place to stay, look them up. Joe

Many thanks to Tony! Our stay is always great. The staff is friendly, the grounds are clean, the cabin/cottage/lodge are always clean. We're treated like neighbors they've know for years. We look forward to being at KOA every April. Nice place for a vacation with easy access to fishing Sam Rayburn. Looking forward to next year already! ThanksTony, Becca and the crew!

Always great at the Brookeland KOA. Been staying there for the past 5 years and we love it. Tony and family are doing upgrades and the 2 fishing ponds are awesome. Very convenient and affordable and they have recently started selling Pizza until 9 pm. It's really good too. Thank you Tony and your family and staff for making our stay awesome again. We'll definitely be back.

This was one of the best KOA we have stayed. The KOA has multiple areas where RV’s are nestled among the trees for privacy They have two pools, horse barn, stalls, riding paths, pet park. Best are the cabins that over look the fishing ponds. It is a perfect setting. The staff and owner were awesome!! Thanks for a great stay!! We will be back!

What a lovely place. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The cabins come with small fridge/microwave and coffeemaker. The only thing that annoys me is a toilet next to the bunkbed. The toilet is in the room and no half walls or (at least) a curtain. I am sorry, but I am not going to the bathroom in front of my kids or grandkids. I should stop being cheap and rent the 2 bedroom, then you get a room for your toilet. We are retired and on a budget. We try to spend the least. Great location (not the toilet)!
