Beautiful campground and very friendly, helpful staff. The campground map doesn't do this place justice - the map really needs to be updated and made more accurate as to scale and layout of the campground. Also... PLEASE install fans in the bathrooms and showers

All went well, everything in the cabin worked fine, I personally feel the beds need to be a little longer..... I'm only 6 feet tall and I felt scrunched up, and the side rail of the beds are a nuisance and makes it difficult to get out of bed. otherwise everything was fine. I liked feeding the ducks.

The Cabin was nice and clean. We had some problems with the electric not working right in the cabin would suggest add some more watts to the breaker box. But the owner was very nice and tried to fix the problem as soon as he was made aware of it. Only gave 4 stars because of the electric problems . But would stay here again in the future.

It was a very good visit to your KoA on Brookeland. We enjoyed our stay, the Beauterful tall trees and the beauterful starry nights. The stars were plentiful and very bright. Your staff was very polish and helpful.

Only a one night stop but foyund the campground to be very clean and well maintained. It is well off the beaten path and very quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Looks like there are plenty of things for kids. For the older crowd not so much. WiFi useless, TV cable none over the air channels 2. I had asked for satellite friendly site they don’t have any.

Next time y’all should say and talk straight about leans and not just charge them I had only one bed I slept in and they charged me for 3 that’s messed up !

Loved the 8 person with loft! View of the pond was great, enjoyed nature hike and fishing, management very attentive.

The pull through we were in was not really a pull through. The way out of our spot was a rough dirt path. Not wanting to take a chance if it was muddy or not we had to back out. There was plenty of room to do that, but it was not a pull through spot.

The cabin was dark and smelled moldy When I tried to open the curtains it fell off the holders. The TV was mounted above the door and it was hard to watch without getting a stiff neck. Not my favorite KOA I’ve stayed in

The tent camping area looked like it was a second thought. Just wasn't maintained. The pad area wasn't big enough for a two man tent let alone a 6 man tent. rest of the accommodations was nice

The only thing our TV didn’t work at first and the toilet was messed up… wish there would of been more chairs to sit in.. other than that was very nice.. we have stayed multiple times last couple times we have had some issues..

Great stay, the staff was so welcoming & helpful, the cabin we stayed in was large & spacious, we will stay there again when we are in the area visiting family and friends.

Nice park. Two pools. Lots of trails. Very clean. No wi fi in the back of the campgrounds. Hosts are very friendly.

Good time and stay. Tony was very good about taking care of electric problem that happened. Nothing was the fault of KOA. They did right by all the customers.

Camp area was nice the only think was I wish they would have better signs showing where camp sites we’re located and lights shining on the road. I took wrong turn and had to backup with a camper hooked up. This wasn’t fun at 9:00 pm. Other than that had a good time!

The grounds were great. Our group just wished we would have had a space indoors available to use. Also may want to explain to guest when you offer linens that there is a $10 charge. This was not explained to me when offered and I was blind sided with an additional $40 charge when I only asked for 3 beds to be made.

As always, the staff was friendly and so helpful. It was wonderful. Relaxing for us and fun for our grandkids ages 9 and 4.

Great place to stay the only downside is the beds in the cabins are low and can be hard to get out of ( I am an old fat man !!!). Had trouble with electrical in trailer section and they quickly let campers move to a site not having electrical problems

Our rv was a little big (tall) for our spot close to trees, but we managed. No satellite due to trees. Very clean bath house, friendly/helpful staff (office/maintenance/mgt), nice pool. We enjoyed the fire pit. I would recommend staying here.

Where it was a pleasant stay, there is spotty, limited wifi, no cable and the store was spare. Otherwise good, but not great. The staff was very helpful.

Owner is really nice. Place is kept clean. I would like more umbrellas or shade for the pool area. It gets very hot.

Very nice pools and ponds to fish inn .they also have hunts pizza.
