the staff were friendly, and the grounds where in good shape. we did have an issue with our toilet just after the office closed. we called the after hours number and left a message, even sent an email. a few hours later tony , the owner responded to the email. we spoke on the phone and since it was already so late, we decided to not have him come try to fix it. he said he would give me a discount.

This is my first day at a KOA. When I came to the area, I started at another Trailer Park within two months. I moved over to the KOA and have been very pleased with the staff, conditions of the park, and the feeling of security. Since my move to the KOA, 4 of my coworkers have moved there as we are all here for a project.

We did an extended stay for 6 nearly 6 months at Brookeland KOA. We couldn't have been more pleased with our choice. Owner Tony and his staff do an excellent job of keeping you very happy. The place is very well maintained and very well run. Becca and Kacy at the front desk are very friendly and helpful for campers as well as maintenance and cleaning staff. We will be back again.

Have been several times, loved every single time but this stay was different, staff was amazing, Tony on other hand pretty much knit picked our entire group to the point we won't be back after coming several times over the years, time for some new bed toppers also can feel the wood through the mattress in both cabins!

Everyone was so nice! When did the online check in. When we arrived, the lights and heat were on. The cabin was completely ready and very cozy. The park is clean and the owner/staff is very accommodating and wants to make sure your stay is the best it can be. The pizza was fabulous too. You must visit!

My stay was incredible we woke up every morning to enjoy nature, fishing, and the beautiful ducks. The area is beautiful and relaxing and the staff were helpful. I am glad we opted for the fire wood to enjoy creating s’mores and roasting weenies every night.

This is the best RV park in the area! Clean bathrooms, fantastic fiber driven WiFi, friendly family run service, beautiful setting, clean well-maintained grounds, two pools, exercise room, and a host of amenities to include golf cart rentals, low cost firewood, propane refill and the list goes on. Check them out! Best priced RV park for this level of service and features.

It was such a great camping experience from online booking to finishing a great weekend with friends. The staff kept me informed throughout the process to ensure a good experience. I’ve already recommended friends and family to experience KOA!

We visit the park on a weekend basis for 6 months out of the year! Park is nice and clean, very well ran and staff is Awesome!

Tent camped. Sites listed as mulch/wood chip pads, but they are lumpy dirt/vegetation and not level. No mulch or chips. They do have lots of tent sites, though. Nice trails, though not marked except for the beginning. Easy to get lost. Run like a business and not very friendly. Some of the showers worked.

Stayed 8 nights , great staff one of the friendliest campgrounds we have stayed in. The shower and restroom really clean, the entire grounds kept in tip top shape. The store nice and convenient. No disappointment.

We were in town for a funeral. Thought we would come out better rent a cabin. WRONG!! The bed was terrible, a 4 inch mattress, could feel boards across your back. It was also two expensive. We could have stayed a really nice hotel for the price.We stay at KOA’s all the time. Won’t ever stay at this one again!!

We stayed 2 nights it was just what we needed a very relaxing stay the lighting in the cabin could have been a little brighter other than that we did enjoy our stay maybe brighter light bulbs would help. Definitely will be returning for other stays.

We enjoyed our family reunion at Brookeland KOA. Cabin 10 was nice and had a nice, private area around the fire ring to enjoy each other and have fun. I didn't enjoy our cabin on the pond. It wasn't very accommodating & was smaller than I thought. I think the price is too high for what the cabins offered. Sheets and blanket r extra. No toiletries; 1 roll of tp for 5 people/4 days.Dogs were $50 e

Older, very nice park...Mature trees and grounds. Dont make 'em like this any more...Nice level rock pad with a big concrete sitting area with chairs and a table... Great rate especially with our membership discount....!!! Love KOA

It was what we wanted; quiet and peaceful. Only concern was the branches hanging over entrance of pull-through site #42. Definitely need to be trimmed back.

Our three-day holiday at this hidden gem was an absolute delight. The cabins were not only spotlessly clean and wonderful to stay in, but the meticulously maintained grounds and the outstanding staff, who provided exceptional customer service, truly elevated our experience. The peaceful and tranquil atmosphere provided the perfect escape, and we are already looking forward to our next visit.

What a lovely place. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The cabins come with small fridge/microwave and coffeemaker. The only thing that annoys me is a toilet next to the bunkbed. The toilet is in the room and no half walls or (at least) a curtain. I am sorry, but I am not going to the bathroom in front of my kids or grandkids. I should stop being cheap and rent the 2 bedroom, then you get a room for your toilet. We are retired and on a budget. We try to spend the least. Great location (not the toilet)!
