This was the 9th year we’ve had our family reunion at this KOA. Year #10 is already in the planning stages. Can’t wait till reunion 2023 at the Sam Rayburn//Brookeland KOA!!! The owners are fantastic! Our very favorite place to stay!�ϋ��ϋ�

The site we had flooded for days everytime it rained.had to wear rubber boots to leave the camper.when we complained,we were told that we had to stay there until after Memorial Day.they also overcharge for the kilowatts on the electric fee.so $375 rent turned into 517.00!!!for 30 amp,no less. We ended up leaving &the owner refused to give us a refund.

We should have been took before booking that they do not supply linens or towels. We had bugs dropping off the ceiling on to us and in every thing.

Of all Koa's that I have stayed, this is my most favorite, Friendly staff and help you if you need it. I would tell anyone to stay there.

They did a great job accommodating the size of our trailer by cutting some tree branches so we would fit. Nice campgrounds, well maintained!

We had very good time there was not 4 wheres running all night. The ponds was fun we got some fish did not keep any. It is quite there in the day time we will be back next year

Friendly staff . The free crawfish boil was awesome ! I also rent a monthly RV space and we really enjoy it and my daughter loves swimming at the pools . Thank you for a great experience , we always try to stay at KOA'S

We had a fantastic stay at Brookeland. Our site was spacious and the patio is the best we've ever had. It was quiet and very relaxing. The swimming pool is well kept up and clean. The office staff were all great and the free first bundle of wood was appreciated. Planning a return trip in November.

Site 42 was hard to level my fifth wheel even with hydraulic levelers. The park was well kept and realy enjoyed or month stay

We always enjoy our time at the Brookeland/Lake Sam Rayburn KOA. They are always very friendly and the cabins are clean and comfy!

This was a great family vacation. We loved our cabin and adult kids loved there's. The kids had a fabulous time too. The park is clean and there is always staff available. The other campers were friendly as well. The kids loved movie night outside. It's something they'll forever remember.

We stayed (3) nights in a cabin with half bath. Cabin was small but very clean, excellent A/C, comfortable beds (brought quits for under the sheets). Shower building was also very clean. Staff throughout the weekend was helpful, accommodating and friendly. Fishing in creek with grandson a success. We have not stayed at a KOA cabin before but planning on returning to KOA in Brookeland, Tx.

We had (unfortunately) booked another park, but after one night we had to leave. Called the Brookeland KOA and the lady welcomed us and got us a very nice spot. Loved the park, everything worked and really enjoyed exploring the trails. Great place!! Will not make the mistake again.... if there is a KOA available near our destination, will definitely stay there as first choice.

Owner is really nice. Place is kept clean. I would like more umbrellas or shade for the pool area. It gets very hot.
