A great stay at this KOA. The staff were helpful and courteous. Tony the owner was so helpful for local eateries, fishing, rental car, etc. Number One....the internet service is the best I have ever encountered! The internet was fast and dependable every day. We will make this KOA the place to stay near Lake Sam Rayburn. Tony thank you for the lift to get my rental car...above and beyond the call.

We brought boats to fish the Big Bass tournament and each needed to be recharged every day?? There was a plug-in ?? Placed on the top of the cabin?? We were able to get power from the porch — Only because of 100 foot cords??

Your personnel were very friendly and helpful. They were always working to keep the facility in tiptop condition. The bathrooms/showers were extremely clean as well as the entire park. We thoroughly enjoyed walking the numerous trails in the woods. The only thing I can say to improve the park is more fish in the pond. I saw a lot of kid’s fishing and not many catching anything.

We have been staying at this KOA for several years now when our son has a fishing tournament and every time it is always great. They staff and owners are always friendly and helpful.

Nice place, our particular site number 11 after a storm was very very muddy. I know you guys can’t control the weather but as new camper owners it sure made packing up tough. Some of the other sites were apparently on higher ground than ours. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Our stay was great the owner took us on a tour around the camp gave us some history and was very kind and professional made us feel like people just not a spot paid on his lot.

I can't say enough about the staff & grounds at this KOA. Eric, Tony, Becca (her daughter as well) & Morgan. They gave us such a warm welcome. The bent over backwards to make sure our stay in a few months was set up as family friendly as possible. Any issue we might have encountered was taken care of quickly and professionally. We can't wait to go back on Memorial Day. Thank you all so much.

Love this KOA. Always clean and the staff is great. Lake Sam Rayburn is next door and it's in E.Texas. What's not to like?

We arrived late and left early the next morning so we didn't spend much time at the park. We called after hours and to our surprise, the phone was answered, the person on the other end was very polite and had our reservations waiting when we arrived and the restrooms were spotless!!!

Enjoyed our stay. Stayed in a cabin right by the ponds. It was nice and quiet. The park is very well maintained. Very pretty. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Looking forward to our next trip!

They charged a late fee. I left on time and they would no refund the $10. Now they say it was non refundable but did not disclose that at the time. Left a sour taste in my mouth.

Bathrooms in the back near the road had no toilet paper, most of the eeek we where there. Other than that they were great, helped us out where we found that the RV park we had planned on staying at was less than desirable.Vickie park host was super nice.

It’s a beautiful KOA and the staff were wonderful along with the beautiful cabins but with 3 Senior adults we all had suffered back problems going to dr after 3 days sleeping on the beds. We all had back pains after the first night and it got worse with each night. The heat/air conditioner worked but hardly. When you take a shower don’t play around as you’ll be taking a cold shower.

We had the BEST time at Brookeland KOA. The staff was amazing! They went out of our way to help us. The campground was clean and the forest was awesome! We will definitely visit again very soon!

I expected to be near the lake, but had to drive several miles to even see he lake, which made it difficult to enjoy the lake. Campground itself was good , but i thought we would be near the lake.

The park is outstanding. Rest rooms, grounds, and sites are well maintained. My only complaint is the contractor used for RV repairs ghosted me after ordering parts.

We had a nice relaxing time. Friendly staff, nice little store, great trails, and 2 pools along with 2 playgrounds. We will be back!

Owner is really nice. Place is kept clean. I would like more umbrellas or shade for the pool area. It gets very hot.
