We enjoyed the campground. Staff were very friendly and took excellent care of us. Nice facilities with a building for our group to meet, eat and get to know each other. Great hiking trails for exercise. Lots to do here. Will be sure and recommend to others!

This is the cleanest KOA I have ever stayed in. The campsites are nice and wide so there is space to spread out. The added benefit was the golfing. The fairways and the greens are very well kept. This was a surprise because the green fees were included while we stayed there. Definitely going back!

Great people and very nice facility. Not a golfer, so missed out on the really big draw. But would definitely stay there again if passing through.

Debra, Gail and the staff were welcoming. Accomodations were great, they even decorated the tables! A wonderful time. Will definitely recommend this peaceful place to stay. Nice fire at night.

The gathering was an FMCA-ARC Rally of amateur radio operators and their RV's for a week of fun and fellowship. Great time and wonderful facility. Will be back.

We found the park to be well kept and scenic. The amenities were plentiful and in good order and the staff was outstanding and extremely helpful (especially since we arrived in a heavy rain storm). Not only would I recommend this park, I have already done so to our FMCA Chapter as a potential future site for our rallies. A big thank you to Americus KOA.

The hosts made you feel like their friend! The campground was well kept. Laundry room clean. Bathroom/showers were clean. Very nice KOA. We had a car issue and received great help from The Perry Bros. Auto repair.

Park was beautiful, well maintained and easily accessible. Debra is an excellent host; very knowledgeable and friendly and we would definitely stay there again. Appreciated the extra information on the local area which gave us additional ideas for things to do during our stay.

We did an RV rally at this KOA and the owner and workers were excellent and very helpful. The sites were very large and well kept. The Hayes House has a lot to offer and has numerous rooms. The large room was a little small for our large group of 40. Recommended numerous places to visit.

Helped us break into our camper when the keys got locked inside. When the tow truck failed the host came thru an got the keys thru a open window with a trash pickup stick. Thanks it would have been a 200 mile trip home to get the spare keys.

Clean amenities. Nice to have full hook-up. Quiet campground. But, was not expecting the full sun with no shade. We were glad it was not summer because the grass is full of a burr weed that would have been horrible to walk on bare foot and been bad in our dog’s fur.

We were there two nights. This campground was very quiet and peaceful. The bathhouse/laundry facilities were very clean and spacious. There was good cell phone service with Straight Talk/Verizon and Visible. The campground had free wi-fi. It was a great experience.

Mice in clubhouse. Kitchen sink backing up. Poor lighting on all rooms.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Sorry you had a mouse to join your party in the clubhouse. You know it's winter time and they want a warm space too but we took care of it. Also, drains work better when grease is not poured down them. We cleaned that up too. Have a great day!

We enjoyed our stay at Americus KOA, it was close to a friend of ours. This KOA was a very clean, well maintained and the staff/volunteers were friendly and helpful with questions. We will definitely stay there again.

The camp host was helpful in getting us a spot and preparing us for late check in. We came in and got out early the next morning with no issues. Would stay here again.

The sites need gravel on them. It rained and some couldn’t get out if their campers for the deep water.

We camped here the month of February. Really enjoyed daily golfing, acquiring new friends and super friendly staff. The course is a little rough in the winter but becomes a lot friendlier as it greens up. Plenty of water & sand challenges and never had an issue getting on the course. With Americus within a 10 minute drive it was convenient for groceries and supplies.
