We had a very nice stay at this KOA. It's a new campground and they are still in the process of building it. The sites were spaced nicely and they have planted grass and trees/shrubs between them. While things are growing and building happening it was neat and clean. The owners were very nice. I would definitely like to go back there in a couple of years to see how it all comes together.

We were able to get a late reservation after office hours. Camp host was very helpful. It’s a new KOA so there aren’t a ton of amenities, but they’re working on it. Stars in sky at night were amazing as was the view. In the AM the office staff was very friendly. Would definitely return if I took that route again.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS KOA IF YOU ARE TENT CAMPING. This is currently an RV park, you cannot stake a tent on the RV pad and they have sprinklers set up in all the grass. There is no grate over the fire pit, the at-site water is an RV hookup and not accessible otherwise, and there is nowhere to do dishes. THERE IS ZERO SHADE. This campground is punishing. Shame on them for knowingly accepting tents!

We have stayed at a lot of KOAs. We were there for Jackson hole so was not an ideal location to drive back and forth was a hour from Jackson. The bathrooms were new and clean. We had a tent and it was very windy , the ground was very hard and rocky. The wind almost took our tent, so we ended up sleeping in car and leaving in the morning.

Our Airstream needed some repairs so This KOA was very convenient being right behind the AS dealer. We had no hot water and used the showers which were very nice, private, clean, and had decent space to shower. Overall, I’d recommend it since they are continually improving their campground!

The entrance is not marked well. When approaching from the north the sign wasn’t noticed until it was too late to turn. Even though major construction is underway The camp experience was good and the potential for this campground is great. Space between sites is exceptional. All utilities worked perfectly. The views were amazing. I would definitely recommend this location.

The park is far from being ready for campers. It does have electricity and water but the grounds have a lot to be desired.

The office staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us some suggestions on local attractions which were great. The back in spaces are awesome. There is plenty of space between sites. The grounds were very clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this park.

We were not there very much. Beautiful spot and the possibilities after it is completed will be wonderful. We enjoyed our stay.

There were a lot of sticker bushes in the "grass" that could be taken out to make it easier for the kids. There should be some kind of shade installed since this area was windy every night and we lost our pop-up shade to the strong wind. This also needs a camp sink for easier clean up of dishes.

Stayed 2 nights in transit. 45 miles south of Jackson. New KOA. phase one 90% done. Phase 2 started. New reception building and and shower room coming soon.

It will be nice once it’s finished. There isn’t anything g really there for kids other than a playground and the sites needed to be mowed. It was in a good spot to see Jackson hole.

Campground is behind a business. Hard to find. Passed it three times at night due to lack of light. Laundromat was to small with only two units. Was really surprised it qualified as a KOA.

A very new location so still a lot of work to be done here. Site layout was little odd would’ve like to have the view of the mountains when sitting outside. Pretty level spaces and space in between. When the new trees and everything grows will be a great KOA. Amazing views of mountains all around, river access right down the street and set between two small towns with grocery stores.

Too pricey for its current status. Still under construction. Rv pad in my lot wasn't even close to level. You would think thats not too difficult to accomplish with gravel. Dog park area was too small for large dogs, I have a 85 pound shepherd and it was too small to play ball with him. It was conveniently located and nice views but tgats it.

Campground was very nice. Sites are spacious and well maintained. Facilities and amenities were also clean. They are doing a great job here and can’t wait to see all their planned expansions come to life. Staff was super friendly and helpful. If I hand one complaint it would be the water pressure could have been a little higher.

We had a great stay. It will be even better when the addition is finished. Was a little dusty with the construction. Loved the big sites with plenty of room. So many KOA's feel like being stuffed in a sardine can. Didn't use the showers or laundry so can't rate those.

Excellent campground. Love the space between sites and super quiet! No barking dogs and very respectful drivers through the park. Highly recommend and will stay there again.

Lots were on an incline and gravel, they put prairie grass at all camp sites and would not cut it because they wanted it to seed and spread more grass it was about a foot tall. However they put a large area of Sod at playground area. If they had put sod at campsites it would have been a lot better. I know it is new but it could have been laid out a lot better.

Beautiful and new campground surrounded by tree covered hills and tundra. Though the facilities currently in place seem temporary, the only improvement I think is necessary, is to add wood or rubber tiles over the three vinyl bath/shower floors, so that you don't have to step out from the shower onto muddy floors.

We had a great stay here. With it being a new KOA everything was clean and well taken care of. The checking process was quick and easy. I would not stay with a tent again as the sites are gravel and the ground is very hard to stake out your tent. Overall would stay again.

We enjoyed our two night stay at this brand new KOA. The bathrooms/showers were the best I have been in. The owners were so nice. The only thing is that it was 90 degrees and there is no shade there. We had an awning which was good. A perfect KOA in the spring or fall when temps are cooler. Very convenient to Jackson Hole, Tetons and beyond. Highly recommend this KOA!

Super friendly staff, and the location is perfect for exploring. Everything was clean and new. The sites are level, and spaced nicely with plenty of room. We will definitely be back at some point.

We. Love. This. Spot. It's convenient, quiet, spacious, and beautiful. This was our second time staying here (the first was before it became a KOA)...and we still love it. Can't wait to see what additions are next. As full-time RV-ers, it is perfect -- close enough to the action, far enough away for peace.

Wow!Loved the huge spaces! The dog and kids loved playing in our private grassy space! The breath taking views of the mountains completed our stay. Kids loved the playground too. If you are tired of cramped rv parks you will love this one.

Nice and friendly place. Keep your prices down and you’ll do fine. Most KOA’s are too darn expensive. Remember, people have their own rig. $65-85 a night is fair. Any higher and we won’t return.

It was a great stay! The facilities were immaculately clean and in great shape. Location was great, easy access to Gran Teton NP and then continuing south to places like Garden City. Would absolutely stay again.

New park and still growing but it was absolutely wonderful. Sites were big and you weren't right on top of your neighbor, everything was clean and maintained. Family who runs it are the nicest people. Loved having the dog waste stations throughout. A speed limit sign reminder might be helpful as you enter the sites as some people liked to go a little fast on the gravel. Will come back!!

Super friendly south very helpful. We called and got directions from one of the employees. She was very amazing. I wish I could remember her name right now to let you guys know very clean facilities. I know it’s new, but we were very happy and pleased with everything.

You can tell that they are investing in this new KOA, but they have a ways to go. The showers/bathrooms are clean and new but they are portable structures and tiny with low water pressure. The playground was great and it was a nice enclosure for dogs. They are working to soften it with grass but they need some shade and the sites are easy to get into but not real level.

The gravel on the sites need to be a little wider, when you put out your slides you have to walk in the grass to get around. Some of the sites aren't very level. The staff was very friendly!

Brand new KOA! Sites are really nice, with seating around the Firepit and even a nice gas grill! Super nice individual shower rooms available. Nice playground and tetherball.

LOVED our stay! We were the first people to stay in their first cabin they've added. It was fantastic! Felt similar to a nice RV which is what I wanted! I wanted to camp but we have a 9 mo old so tenting wasn't a good option nor did I want to tent it with a baby. But I wanted a camp fire and to sit under the stars and to get off grid while still having a kitchen and bathroom and soft bed. This fulfilled all of that! We stayed here for our visit to the Grand teton national park. It was just under an hour from the park south entrance. But the drive didn't feel long, you go through Jackson which has great food and entertainment and then the rest of the drive to the campground is beautiful and a much easier drive compared to having to go through Teton pass to stay in our neighboring towns like Victor. The campground is new but coming together wonderfully! The owners were fantastic! They are doing construction to expand but it wasn't bothersome. The cabin itself was great! Very spacious for our little family. The bed was soft and pillows were amazing! They had a brand new grill, fire pit, picnic table, concrete pad under it all, and my favorite was the cabins deck with rocking chairs that faced the sun rising and setting. I will definitely stay again! The prices were so much better than staying in Jackson and made the trip affordable for our young family especially since they had the mid week discount on top of the reasonable prices.
