I was thanked for being a KOA member when I checked in, first time ever anyone has thanked me for my KOA loyalty. I knew I was in for a treat. This KOA is new and will be a 5 star when it is complete, for now it is a definite 4 star. It is the perfect mix of feeling like you are really camping, but still can enjoy all the amenties. The scenery is gorgeous, with 360 mountain views. We will return

Very nice and open. It’s still early in development so many amenities that you would expect from a Holiday KOA were not there, but….the owners were great and getting in to the sites was easy. Once complete, this will be a great place to stay!

We came in late. Looks like a new park. Read the paper work we got. Looks like they have great plans to finish. Yukon the park. It was quiet. We stayed the night. We would come back again to see the new improvements.

Booking & registration nice & personal. Restrooms new, modern & very clean. Nicely landscaped however, it will take a few years to grow in. Our site had a slight slope, totally acceptable however, as you expand strive for level. Very nice new development.

We enjoyed the campsite. Everyone there was super friendly also helped us with leveling our camper because it is a new RV camp and the sites are not as leveled as it should be. They are in the brand new stages of building a fabulous resort. The views were amazing. Alpine town is gorgeous as soon as this campsite is up and running it will be very popular.

Loved the long and wide sites. Huge potential for future development. Need a larger dog park with room to run, water bowls, grass, shade, and motion detection lighting at night.

Zach was a great host! The facilities were under construction, but they had all the temporary buildings with the showers and restrooms. Those were brand new and very clean! I would stay there again. No issues.

The campground was brand new so amenities were not quite what we were used to. What was available was clean and ready to go. The staff was fantastic and very friendly. The sites were clean with plenty of space for privacy.

We enjoyed the stay. Friendly owner, clean park. It's new. And being developed. It should be awesome in a few years. The spot we were in was pretty sloped. With about a 7" drop in the front of the trailer vs. the rear. No big deal. Neighbors with class A were on blocks. Again no big deal, just have them available. Wish store was open later!

Was a beautiful campground. It is brand new and they are just getting started. Plenty of room to expand the park. The beautiful Mountain View is amazing the facilities are super clean! The owners are super nice people and really helpful. It is beautiful!

I know this is a newer park, but they already have a playground and pet area. The people were so helpful and friendly fly. Can’t wait to come back and see the new improvements!

Great location. The noise from the highway was not bad at all. The amenities and campsites are clean and well maintained. Will definitely visit again!

The hosts were courteous and helpful. The location was beautiful as we were able to watch the sunrise and sunset over the mountains. We would stay here again.

Its great to see owners that care about the KOA they are building and investing in. Great new restrooms family style, attentive staff (Cleaning restrooms daily at like 8am!) and views that were outstanding, star gazing was fab. This KOA will be on our fav list as it was ideal for travel into the Tetons and great food options in Alpine. We will be back next year to see even more improvements.

The people running the KOA are awesome! They go above and beyond to help you out - shout out to Cody! That said, it is brand new and right now is a super solid KOA Journey. There is a playground, but that's it. It sound like this spot will turn into a great KOA Holiday but it will take a couple years - they are right now focused on expanding sites and then will do amenities.

Friendly, helpful staff. But, this is a NEW Campground. It has lots of potential and I think the ownership is committed to making this a quality location. Right now, you should expect some less than optimal conditions. Nothing was unworkable, but sometimes inconvenient. My biggest inconvenience was the WiFi was mostly non-existent.

We wish you would have told us the internet wasn't working we would have been to happy to look at it. After you left we looked at your site and the breaker was turned off which turned off the internet. We ask all guests not to turn off the breakers.

We're sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. We do have more amenities than restrooms and our sites are gravel. We do list everything we have and have pictures online of exactly what we offer.

It's a new campground under total construction. I know they were watering new landscaping, but foot tall grass around the sites was a bit much. Given time, it should be a good campground.

What a nice quiet KOA! We were told recently changed ownership, big plans in the making, yet it was still wonderfully relaxing! Can’t wait to see what the new additions are. The spaces are huge, didn’t feel like a sardine in a parking lot…how wonderful! Close to Jackson Hole without all the traffic!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay while we visited the Grand Tetons and Jackson Hole. The owners were so nice and gave us great recommendations what to do in the national park as well as local things to do.

Loved: the view, very clean bathrooms, friendly staff, huge campsites. Didn't love: construction noise & dust, lack of shade (though both are understandable). Since this campground is very new, amenities aren't fully onboard yet, but there is great potential here, and the location is great! Price is much better than other RV parks in the area too, for what you get.

Loved this KOA. Very new and nice. Bathrooms are private and spotless. Sites are level and staff is very friendly. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

This is a very new KOA no landscaping yet just weeds. Gravel unlevel spaces. They are using rocks as boarders and that is extremely dangerous for people with walking limitations or the elderly. You can break an ankle very easily. I hope they get rid of the rocks.

Wonderful hosts who’re helpful and knowledgeable. Very welcoming and they really want you to enjoy your time there. Cleanest, nicest shower house! Peaceful place! Great playground and a few outdoor activities (ladder ball, cornhole, and tetherball). Really enjoyed our stay!

LOVED our stay! We were the first people to stay in their first cabin they've added. It was fantastic! Felt similar to a nice RV which is what I wanted! I wanted to camp but we have a 9 mo old so tenting wasn't a good option nor did I want to tent it with a baby. But I wanted a camp fire and to sit under the stars and to get off grid while still having a kitchen and bathroom and soft bed. This fulfilled all of that! We stayed here for our visit to the Grand teton national park. It was just under an hour from the park south entrance. But the drive didn't feel long, you go through Jackson which has great food and entertainment and then the rest of the drive to the campground is beautiful and a much easier drive compared to having to go through Teton pass to stay in our neighboring towns like Victor. The campground is new but coming together wonderfully! The owners were fantastic! They are doing construction to expand but it wasn't bothersome. The cabin itself was great! Very spacious for our little family. The bed was soft and pillows were amazing! They had a brand new grill, fire pit, picnic table, concrete pad under it all, and my favorite was the cabins deck with rocking chairs that faced the sun rising and setting. I will definitely stay again! The prices were so much better than staying in Jackson and made the trip affordable for our young family especially since they had the mid week discount on top of the reasonable prices.
