Only slight problem is the swimming pond, that looks like pure chemicals. Otherwise, great campground and friendly hosts.

We appreciated the fact that we could reserve for just one night. We thought it was rather costly compared to other campgrounds we have stayed at, though. That's one of the reasons for the lower rating. A huge plus was their very friendly and helpful staff. The bathhouse was well maintained, which was another plus.

Super friendly and engaging staff…always available and willing to help. The grounds and sites are very well kept. We will be coming back for sure!

We have stayed at Weidman KOA a few times in the last couple years, always a great experience. John and Patti and their entire staff are amazing and we love coming up there

It’s a great campground but in the middle of nowhere. I think it would be a great place for locals to enjoy a weekend of camping but there is no attraction near by. The place was a ghost town but it was the cleanest facility I’ve seen in years. Ants were a bit much to handle at my camp site that was the only negative

Fell short of our KOA expectations, sites were small, overpriced and a bit messy; had to go to town and purchase a 50 ft hose to add to our hose to reach water; no trash pick up; lacking many of the amenities of other KOAs. Personnel guiding us in to our site seemed inexperienced (neighboring camper had the same complaint); office staff were cordial - however outside staff very unfriendly.

Nice open campsite with water and electric. Great entertainment playing for 4 hours in the evening. Peaceful and relaxing. Worth it.

The staff was great. We stayed on a tent site that was advertised as a "grass pad" after a nice rain the "dirt pad" was total mud. There were 4 tent sites in a row , ours was lovely, however, our neighbor was not in a a tent but a lovely large camper with 3 children, lots of family and/or friends and who really did not know what quiet time means. We didn't see any staff monitoring this either. :(

It was very nice. A lot of nice big trees for shade. One time at gate we had to wait about 10 minutes to get back in because people was checking in. After talking to the owners they said we should of went inside and they would of let us go around the other way.

The hosts were so friendly and helpful! We were only staying one night on our destination to the UP but wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely will stay here again when back in the area and this time will plan for more nights! John was so helpful with a referral to Olson Tire to replace our bad trailer tires before we continued on our trip.

Nice camp grounds lots of mature trees. Bring leveling equipment as many site a not flat. No sewer hookup but very nice bath house. Beautiful area

Had an awesome time, a lot of activities for the weekend, my son that it was the greatest time ever camping. The owners take great care to make sure everything is great for their guests. The park is peaceful, friendly and always fun and relaxing. We love it here.

The nicest staff/ owners greeted us and lead us to our level, shaded, grassed site nestled in the trees. The shower/bath/laundry building is the absolute BEST, cleanest we have seen in over 300 campgrounds we’ve been to! Small swimming pond and beach plus playground is great for kids. Only 20 minutes from Mt. Pleasant and shopping plus casino. Only negative..needs sewer hookups. This is a GEM!

Had a great stay! Clean ,friendly and helpful. Great lil store and ice cream parlor. Delivered wood to campsite. Sites large and wooded …peaceful. Nice swimming pond/beach. Entertainment Saturday .. magician for all age groups.. cute! Tractor ride for all, trails, nice property well maintained. Cabins/rvs/tents welcome.. THANKS PATTY and JOHN for the great hospitality we will be back !

Great campgrounds! Very nice! Very clean! Since not a full hookup site, we used their facilities. Exceptionally well kept!! Private showers always clean. Nice and quiet! Friendly and helpful staff! If you’re looking for a quiet place, this is the one for you!

Overall, we had a nice stay. A few notes: - We paid extra for a pull thru lot and we had to back in. - The sewer line didn’t reach our camper so we had to dump, which we don’t typically have to do at other campgrounds - One of the activities (whipped cream surprise) was either very late or never happened. We waited until about 1:30 before we had to leave to feed our kids lunch.

This place is great! Well kept, quiet, and a bunch things to do. It has a pond with a sand beach, movie pavilion, par3 golf course and a basketball hoop. The bathrooms/showers were clean also. The girl at the front, Nevaeh was very helpful and welcoming. Overall good experience so far (still going). Would recommend!
