The owners were so nice and the staff was so helpful. We forgot to bring paper bowls for our cereal, so we went to the camp store to see if we could buy some- there weren’t any for sale, so the woman working went in the back and brought out a whole stack that she gave to us! The kids loved the activities and especially loved the swimming pond. A great family vibe where you can relax and have fun

This is a true hidden gem. A bit hard to find, but just gorgeous. Well laid out, old growth shade, clean facilities. Friendly staff. My dog liked the Kamp K-9 in the woods so much, it was difficult to get her to leave.

The place was quiet because there was maybe 10 other campers. Wifi was good. Wished it had sewer hook up on sites. The ice cream cones were HUGE! Almost too much to eat.

We stay for the weekend to celebrate my great nieces 1yr memorial and they were so accommodating to our needs. The Staff were amazing and it was a very clean, safe, fun environment for the whole family. We love to camp here again!

When we arrived, the weather was less than great to tent camp with a little kid. Jeff was super understanding and got us upgraded to a cabin. The cabin was cozy and perfect for our family. The grounds were well kept. The pond was clean and fun to swim in despite the weather. Every employee we interacted with were kind and helpful especially Jeff and Ava. We’ve already booked our next visit. 10/1

On the web site it shows that they have activities but when we got there there was NO activities it was so boring.

Unlike the welcome the other reviews stated I didn't see that. The office was closed at 1130 on Saturday morning even though the hours said 10a. Went for ice cream at 255p and there was one guy sitting behind the counter no other people and he said he didn't do ice cream we would have to wait. The pond didn't have the fountain causing a layer of scum. No one ever welcomed us, felt like bother.

Mark and his staff were all wonderful!!! We are usually state park campers and rarely visit private campgrounds but will definitely return here for another visit!!!

Very nice campground and the owner is awesome. He has high plans for this campground and i think once he has implemented some of these things (like cutting some of the trees, as we discussed, this will be a fantastic park. He just bought it 4 weeks ago.

Mark and Jeff are amazing hosts! This campground is a full 180 from when Patty ran it! It will take time to get people to trust again and return. I suggest supporting a Mark with some "under new ownership" messaging and signage to help him. He really went above and beyond to ensure everyone was having a good time!

Perfect for the short stay we had. The neighbors were a bit close (tenting) so I heard more conversation than I wanted (not to mention his phone ringing several times early in the am). Otherwise, the band was fantastic, the ice cream delicious & an awesome deal (I told EVERYONE about that), and the free beverages really started the vacay the right way!!! Please post an activities calendar. :-)

Only one issue. More annoying than anything. I paid over $100 for “fire wood”. 10 bundles. I expected fire wood but received bundles of thick bark and thin kindling pieces with the occasional decent sized piece.

This is the nicest koa we've ever stayed. And we've traveled all around the country. Love Weidman KOA and will be back. Nice job to all that work here. Beautiful place and people that care.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Nice wooded campground that is clean and well maintained. Got to chat with the new owner, Mark. Very nice guy. Has some good plans to update the grounds. Looking forward to going back to see what changed.

Great campground overall. Some items of attention: kids climbing equipment needs some rotting boards replacing (screws are sticking out) and sprayed for ants (covered) while there were 12-14 campers only, the bathrooms were not kept as clean as previous year. Very friendly staff with cute little store. Will be back.

While management was kind and the staff were friendly, we left in the middle of the night because the guest were loud at other sites and we could not sleep.

Our visit, was a cold/wet blustery weekend. Unfortunately we didnt get to enjoy all the amenities the campground had to offer. But... Staff is extremely friendly. Bathrooms super clean, very important to us. Will stay again.

Hosts and staff were very friendly. It is a nice and quiet get away which made for a relaxing atmosphere. Our grandkids loved the swimming, playground and the ice cream.

We love the Weidman KOA. We always feel like we are family there. This is one of the nicest cleanest and caring campgrounds we go to. Everyone there from the owners to the people who work there are some of the nicest people around…they always remember you and make sure you are well taken care of. This place is great! Well kept, quiet, and a bunch things to do. It has a pond with a sand beach, movie pavilion, par3 golf course and a basketball hoop. The bathrooms/showers were clean also. The girl at the front, Nevaeh was very helpful and welcoming. Overall good experience so far (still going). Would recommend!
