My husband, grandson & I stayed for a weekend. Park, bathroom & showers were clean. Our grandson enjoyed the kids craft & we enjoyed bingo. The ground was pretty level so it made setup nicer. Nice shade trees. Has a playground and basketball court. Not too much to do in the town of Weidman, but the grocery store and a restaurant are only minutes away. Wish there were full hookup sites, though!

Very clean facilities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It is definitely a campground if you looking to just relax. Not much going on at the campground which was fine for us to just take it easy.

Overall, I really enjoyed this campground. The campground is a lot smaller than most KOAs and was fairly empty the weekend we stayed. Also, it has a pond to swim in, but no pool which I normally don't mind, but the blue dye in the water kept us away. Really, great crew working there. We will be back.

Thank you Ryan for the review. If you could of inquired at the office on the pond we could of told you it's a organic food coloring to keep the ultraviolet rays off the pond to prevent algae from growing. It's perfectly safe and tested by the health dept. Look forward to seeing you again!

The staff here are awesome!!! They worked with us through a few issues we had with our tow vehicle as well as extending our stay because the job We were on was extended. It's a wonderful place and we will stay here again!!

My wife was a first time 'camper' so we opted for the deluxe cabin. It beyond exceeded my expectations! The staff was incredible, facilities were spotless, and we loved the extra activities around the camp (ice cream and we even got to sluice for some gems/crystals). We will most definitely be back! THANK YOU!!

We chose this campground because it was close to our family reunion. It was fine for our purpose, which was just for sleeping. We did have difficulty getting set up, as the site was not very level and there was a tree that made it challenging to position our unit so we could extend our awning. The bathrooms and showers were nice and clean and we loved having an ice cream shop on site.

Very nice park, staff was very friendly and helpful! Just wish it had Full Hookup sites!

The cabin and staff were great. The check in process, $100 cash deposit (I was not informed of a head of time) and the check out process needs improvement. Very hard wait time for both check in and check out �

I thought the park was very nice, but the weird color of the pond made me avoid it. The horseshoe pits could use a little love too.

Thank you Mike for the review. Our pond is treated with organic blue coloring to inhibit the ultra violet rays from creating algae in the pond. There is no problems in swimming in it and it's tested by the health dept. Again thank you for staying.

Only slight problem is the swimming pond, that looks like pure chemicals. Otherwise, great campground and friendly hosts.

We appreciated the fact that we could reserve for just one night. We thought it was rather costly compared to other campgrounds we have stayed at, though. That's one of the reasons for the lower rating. A huge plus was their very friendly and helpful staff. The bathhouse was well maintained, which was another plus.

We have stayed at Weidman KOA a few times in the last couple years, always a great experience. John and Patti and their entire staff are amazing and we love coming up there

It’s a great campground but in the middle of nowhere. I think it would be a great place for locals to enjoy a weekend of camping but there is no attraction near by. The place was a ghost town but it was the cleanest facility I’ve seen in years. Ants were a bit much to handle at my camp site that was the only negative

Fell short of our KOA expectations, sites were small, overpriced and a bit messy; had to go to town and purchase a 50 ft hose to add to our hose to reach water; no trash pick up; lacking many of the amenities of other KOAs. Personnel guiding us in to our site seemed inexperienced (neighboring camper had the same complaint); office staff were cordial - however outside staff very unfriendly.

Nice open campsite with water and electric. Great entertainment playing for 4 hours in the evening. Peaceful and relaxing. Worth it.

The staff was great. We stayed on a tent site that was advertised as a "grass pad" after a nice rain the "dirt pad" was total mud. There were 4 tent sites in a row , ours was lovely, however, our neighbor was not in a a tent but a lovely large camper with 3 children, lots of family and/or friends and who really did not know what quiet time means. We didn't see any staff monitoring this either. :(

The people are great. The campground is nice, lots of shade on sites. The price is not worth the stay. I camp in a tent and I can camp at a state park with many similar amenities for half the price. I know the park is still being developed and the newest additions are very nice but do not justify the price at this time.

Staff was great cabin was real clean the only complaint I have is having to wait to 10 am to get my security deposit back office should Open earlier to me 10 is was to late to have to wait.

Very nice staff, clean restrooms and showers. The cabin we stayed in was clean and welcoming. The swimming pond is always my favorite, clean, relaxing, not too deep, well maintained.

It was very nice. A lot of nice big trees for shade. One time at gate we had to wait about 10 minutes to get back in because people was checking in. After talking to the owners they said we should of went inside and they would of let us go around the other way.

Very nice campground. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Lots of trees, large sites, fenced dog area, kids playground, pond, cabins, camp store.
