wifi terrible. Bathrooms were filthy.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We pride ourselves on providing a nice, safe, clean, family friendly campground. Our reviews in the past can support our motto. We clean the bathrooms multiple times during the day, however during the night others may not clean up after themselves. If there is anything we can do, please contact us.

We enjoyed our stay and only moved due to my Husband’s job moving farther. I really think there needs to be more outside lighting throughout the park It’s gets very dark around the sites.

We never expected that we would need reservations on our recent, unplanned visit to the Stephenville area to be with our family. Due to the Tarleton Homecoming and the construction workers in the area, camping space was very limited. Upon hearing our story, the owner of this KOA Journey worked us in. We now have made new reservations for a few months during Christmas and January. Thanks KOA

Nice park in a rural area. Dog park is a bit too small for big dogs but otherwise it’s a great park.

Lots of sites, lots of room for turning large rigs, clean, well maintained, full hook-ups, level sites, laundry, dog park, kids park, easy in and out, great location, etc. What's not to like?! Wes was phenomenal. He knew we were coming in late and even called us before he left for the day to make sure we were on track. He deserves a raise. He's doing a great job!

While we were just passing through, we found a little gem in the rough that treats their patrons right. They even have an ice machine that is free. Who does that? We used the laundry, and it was very nice and very clean. Staff was very helpful. Park is caliche roads and sites but well maintained. Clean power and very good water pressure. We really enjoyed it and will definitely stay again.

The RV park was very clean. Park hosts were very cooperative in arranging for our late arrival. The site we had was all gravel, no concrete area to cookout or set chairs on. The picnic table was pulled off to the side, not accessible to our site. Water pressure was a little low. Otherwise our overnight stay went well, a lot of little pricey for the amenities offered.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thank you for taking the time to review our campground. We apologize that your pressure was not great. We would have gladly fix the issue had we known. We hope to see you in the future.

Site are rock but level and grass between each site. Our rig is 70+ ft and Wieley found us a spot. Quiet Tx landscape. We take a new road home each yr from 5 month of traveling Co, Ut a d Mt so we know we'll managed park and this one is..even took me on golf cart to see if I could get in and out. We had a great experience at the Stephenville/Dublin KOA Journey. After arriving at another RV park and finding our assigned site occupied with no one available to help, we needed a place to stay at the last minute. The KOA accommodated us and immediately turned a frustrating situation into a relaxing weekend. The park was clean, organized, and well maintained, and the entire experience was easy from check-in through departure. We felt comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay. This is exactly the level of service and reliability travelers hope for when arriving with an RV. We will absolutely stay here again when visiting the Stephenville and Dublin area. Highly recommended!
