Not very friendly staff. When I realized there was no picnic table, I went to the office and was told the tables are heavy and need a front-end loader. They told us we could move to another site but we had already started setting up. My husband went over later and he got blasted because we didn't move. They made this situation our problem. They did bring over a table from another site.

No site clean up between guests, site was covered in broken branches, very poor directions on how to access camp sites. Lots of trees needing to be trimmed and lots of exposed electrical wires at some panels…

We were put by the breaker box and our slides would hit the box so we had to pull up and then when checking out had to back the camper back and then hook sewer up to dump. Unacceptable

Individual gave incorrect directions to enter pull through. Otherwise, all good.

My site had no Picnic Table. On my last night for some reason a bunch of Rock got dropped off in front of my site.

Very poor signage and directions inside campground. Definitely requires some sprucing up to get to expected KOA quality.

We were there only the one night. It appears the campground is in the process of being renewed or put back into service and some upgrades or refreshing is needed. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Thieves tried to steal our bikes. Campground office seemed very uninterested in our concerns.

Easily booked , very close to some good restaurants and gas stations. Just a minute onto the #1 Highway. Showers and bathroom were clean !

We stayed for 3 nights. Nice location right off highway with plenty of stores, restaurants nearby. Recently became a KOA, and definitely needs some work & some better signage for where to drive within the campground, pretty tight in spots. Very friendly, helpful staff!

Great location, easy access. Everything worked properly; no extras, like I expect out of a KOA, meeting room, social areas, pool, or hot tub. Always looking for better WiFi, so that could be improved. The lady receptionist, Victoria, was always pleasant, and helpful. We will stay again on the way home.

This is the worst KOA we’ve ever been to. You need to clean up this place. Gives other KOA’s a bad name. Dog park is the smallest we’ve seen. Garbage on our site. Definitely needs some tlc. We won’t be back.

We were greeted by Barb when we arrived. She was very friendly and helpful. My first laundry day of the trip in canada with Canadian money she made sure I had enough for a $4 wash and a $3 dry. They have two washers and two dryers, so get in there when you can. bathrooms are clean and showers are clean. we stayed in lot 21. seems a lot of travelers stop here so it was getting full by evening. there were some empty slots for people w/o reservations. you may want to call ahead. the campsite is close to fuel, mcdonalds and the moose jaw visitor center. be sure to take a picture of MR moose. I would stay here again. I would recommend this place to friends. Thank you Barb for the wonderful greeting. You have a great employee with her. We stayed in lot 21 for an overnight
