Happy Camping!  **LOUISVILLE SOUTH KOA CANCELLATION POLICY** *48 HOURS NOTICE is required for tent & RV reservations. SEVEN DAYS for a cabin. CANCELLATIONS AFTER DEADLINE RESULT IN FULL FORFEIT OF DEPOSIT. $10 CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED  for any cancellation, prior to deadline.  *HOLIDAYS & SPECIAL EVENTS REQUIRE CANCELLATION 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT OR FULL DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED.  Holidays include MEMORIAL DAY, 4TH OF JULY, AND LABOR DAY. Special Events Include KENTUCKY DERBY. 3 night minimum stay required for holidays & 2 night minimum for special events. *ALL VISITORS TO CAMPGROUND MUST PAY ENTRY FEE.  Only one sleeping unit per site. No one under 21 may reserve a site. Pets are allowed in PET FRIENDLY cabins; a fee will be charged.  Please remember we allow only one camping unit per site, including tents.
