First time ataying at a KOA. I expected it to be over run with kids and it wasn't (maybe off season).It appeared that the long folks .maintained their sites. und the sites level and cleaned, prior to our arrival. I was expecting noise and surprisingly, it was minimal. The front office, wasn't welcoming. Maybe it the old coolers that haven't been fully removed.

Like the park. It’s really noisy at night though. Nothing you can do about it since the big rigs are parked right there and the freeway is close. Doesn’t stop us from staying there though!

I typically don’t expect much from KOA Journeys, just a place to hang my head, but this one really impressed me! Staff was cheerful and very accommodating. Every site had a well maintained tree - many Journeys don’t have shade, important in the summer fer sure. The bathrooms were spotless and nicely modeled, and - a great bonus for me - open fields outside the park so I could run my pup! TH

Was ok. Bare minimum effort put into the place. Pool closed, nothing to buy in office store, gravel roads, no security etc. They had an Indian food card in office parking lot drawing random people to it from the neighboring truck stop filling up the office area picnic tables and chairs. Unsettling to say the least. Should’ve been a 35.00 koa not the 65.00 charged.

Perform an overnight stay. Close to the highway and amenities, but a nice respite from concrete and gravel. Treed lots and clean services, friendly helpful team!

The water has a weird odor, the grounds had garbage scattered around. Staff was friendly, it was okay for a quick rest stop for the night.

A basic campground, with a perfect location when traveling north or south through California. Clean, everything works, right off both the interstate and crossroad to the coast.

Lost Hills KOA is a great place to stay on your journey through CA. The facilitates and campsites are very clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and attentive. And the Indian food truck on the premises was a very welcomed and convenient place to get a delicious dinner. We highly recommend this KOA property.

Facilty was very clean and well maintained. Great overnight stay. Far enough off the highway to avoid the roar of tradfic. Good stay.

Regularly stay here. Northbound on I-5, or Southbound on I-5; typically, overnight. Short walk to several fast-food places; easy fueling nearby. Never any issues.

Super friendly staff, easy to check in after hours, park is quiet and clean. The only downside is the heavy semi traffic at the entrance (which is constant background noise), but given the location that’s expected. If you’re looking for a place to rest on a long trip, this is a perfect location.

This is our usual layover on trips to NorCal. The sites are good sized, always serviceable and knowing you’re arriving to an easy pull thru after a long day of driving eases the stress of camp setup greatly.

The campground is clean and well maintained. There are pedestal lights at each location, a small dog run and plenty of restaurants/food trucks within an easy 5 min walk. The camp host is a warm and inviting fellow that shared a few nice stories during our stay. There are 2 major fuel stops (Love's and Pilot) close by and the access to the freeway is excellent. An excellent choice for a short stay.

With a trip from San Diego to San Francisco at 500 miles, we tried the Lost Hills KOA as a midpoint. It worked out well and will continue to visit this location in the future.

Very nice stay over for a rest for our horses and ourselves . Sure appreciated the horse outdoor pens. Very friendly staff and campground host.

They did not any cable available. Would have been nice to have it. Park kept up well and I was greeted by Ruben once I got set up, which was very nice.

No concrete pads, just dirt which turns to mud with condensation. Campground was very clean and well taken care of. They have a small fenced dog area. It’s basically at a huge truck stop area with multiple gas stations and a few fast food restaurants. It’s perfect for an over night stay but I wouldn’t stay any longer as there is nothing in the area.

This is an adequate KOA Journey. It's fine for a one night stopover. Just don't EVER do laundry there. It's an app system that is useless. Machines don't work. Cost me $20 to get 2 loads done. However, the sites are level. Again, it's good for an overnight stay.

Friendly and welcoming staff, clean and quiet premises, and access to tasty food from the Sandhu Punjabi Dhaba 3 food truck. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Because of rain it was very muddy around spot 7. Showers are very cramped with nowhere to put necessary shower items or keep clean clothes dry. Propane did not work. Not worth $58 a night. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Laundry uses some kind of app. Still don't have a refund of leftover money. It was very confusing. Majority of snowbirds are older. We use quarters.

In my reservation if requested to stay in last row 50-54. Instead we were in space 41. Spaces are short for 41 ft towing a vehicle without unhooking for the night. Read special requests next time. We stay here a couple times a year or more.

It's located behind a busy gas station and there were big trucks in and out all night. The spaces were level and very big. We didn't use any of their services so can't address that. We did encounter a large dog, twice, running off leash with the owner even though they have a dog park available. It's pretty much in the middle of nowhere so there aren't a lot of other options.

This was an overnight stay. We had a choice of locations and chose one closer to the dog park. Our dogs enjoyed it. All the hookups were good for us. Quiet neighbors. We would stay here again.

We've stayed here several times over the last few years on our way to Northern California and back. Full hook ups. Clean showers. We like it because we feel like we're camping in nature and not in a parking lot. Great Indian food truck next to the office too!
