It was helpful to have a spot close to Highway 5, but it was noisy. I heard trucks idling at night, and in the morning I could clearly hear music and advertisements broadcasting from the gas station loudspeakers nearby. Also I was told by phone that there was no food within walking distance, when in fact there was a food truck on the premises and a fast food restaurant two blocks away.

Very good campground overall. The dirt and gravel on the sites tracks bad. Good pet area. The toilet paper in the restroom is near useless. Thinnest I have ever seen.

Ruben and his wife are great. While only an overnight they made me feel welcome and found me a site that fit my needs exactly. I'll be making it a point to stay there whenever in the area.

This is a basic rv park with gravel sites with easy on/off I-5 with reasonable rates. It is near a truck stop. The reason I rated this park a five is: SAFETY. I don’t care how fancy a RV Park is if I don’t feel safe.

I am writing to share our incredible stay with you. Booking and location were very easy. Our site was long and level which was so nice, but the very best was meeting Rubin the manager. How blessed is this KOA to have a manager like Rubin. We arrived later in the afternoon and he asked if we had had dinner yet. I said no and he said he was bbqing chicken and would like to offer us some for dinner..

Lost Hills KOA is our regular stop on the way back from visiting family in AZ. The campground is very clean, and just far enough from the highway to be quiet while still easily accessible.

Clean, quiet, level sites. Kids have used the pool during the summertime in the past. Restaurants are nearby. Great place to park for the night.

We booked online and got confirmation email. No check in packet was there for us when we arrived. Available sites not updated but we found someone driving around with swirling lights on roof of car (figured they worked there) and found the last site available. We have stayed there before and had no issues then.

It was a nice facility but noisy with all of the semi’s pulling into the truck stops which is out of their control.

A great and covenant overnight stop. Easy access. However, the street leading up to the campground is in desperate needs of repair. Go slow and around the deep potholes. Also, the food trailer in front of the park is not the best welcoming statement.

The campground was easy access, very clean and staff were very friendly. The only drawback was it was close to the large trucking fueling area, so there was quite a bit of noise.

We have stayed at many KOA’s as we prefer them for their standard and cleanliness. This one sadly missed the mark. The pet area smelled so badly of urine we would smell it from our site. We had to take our dogs in after our long drive and there was so much urine they brought it back on their paws. Gross. Looked like a lot of people live here , I’m not sure but would not know this was a KOA.

This KOA is fine for a night or two. Very clean. Sites were a bit tight but again Ok for a short visit. Only complaint was the truck stop right in front of it, very busy. If I stay there again I’ll ask for a site in the back.

We always stop at the Needles KOA on our way to and from Arizona. This time was especially nice being in space 40 next to the dog walk and park. Nice people in the park, too.

Very nice new clean restroom and shower facilities. Sites are large and clean, fine for an over night stay. Good dog park. And the Indian food at the on-site food wagon is absolutely excellent - the high point of our stay.

We’ve tried this KOA 3 times in 2 years. Very weak to ZERO WiFi. The campground in general is great. Have your card games ready because you aren’t watching TV with WiFi.

We've stayed here several times over the last few years on our way to Northern California and back. Full hook ups. Clean showers. We like it because we feel like we're camping in nature and not in a parking lot. Great Indian food truck next to the office too!
