Our favorite spot to stop when traveling between Northern and and Southern California. Always clean and quiet, and super convenient.

Sites are good, restrooms and showers were very clean. Unfortunately that is all they have to offer. Store is basically empty. Food truck (Indian food, which I do like) in the front, right off the parking lot. Place needs to be cleaned regularly after campers leave. Red Bull cans were in our fire pit. Dumpster was overflowing with trash. What I most disliked was the amount of permanent residents.

Overall not a bad campground. The restrooms are large new and clean, and the rv sites are large clean, well lighted and functional. There are plenty of fast food places within a short walk which is also nice. Only negative is the total lack of any grass ( or even astroturf) areas for my dog. My pup hates using sand and gravel. If I did not have a dog I would stop here again, but until then, no.

We found Lost Hills KOA far inferior to other KOA's! It's all dirt and dust. No grass to be found anywhere. Bathrooms were clean and front desk was friendly.

For an convenient overnight stay it was good. Concrete pads are always preferable to gravel, hard to get level, but the site and grounds were clean. We would stay overnight again.

This is my interstate stop and let me say it is always clean and tidy when I am here. Another plus is the barn cat (maybe a couple of them). I have never seen a rodent here. Just remember to keep your dog leashed. The wild life is fun too. I’ve seen all types of birds, and heard coyotes. If you want to stay hitched like I do ask for a spot. We only have a 27 ft TT and it doesn’t fit in all sp

Very basic and dusty. Minimal amenities ok for one night. Cancelled my reservation here for next week. Charged me $10 to cancel!!

Someone from KOA should visit this property & spend the night. That way you would have a full understanding of a customers experience. Was told at check in the pool was back open. The City inspectors had left a notice on the pool that a light was out but, it could still be used. We discovered the notice from the city had also check unsanitary conditions. Pool area & our site was dirty.

It’s great for just a one night layover. Hot in the summer months but the odor that occured while we were there didn’t help the stay.

The location is right at the truck stop with no separation. The pull-through site was not level at all - front to back or side to side, so it was challenging to stay hitched overnight. I was also very disappointed that the pool was not operable with no notice at booking. The camp hosts were very friendly, offered help and the facilities were very clean overall. It works as a stop over if needed.

Great place to stop on interstate 5. Very safe and large sites. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The sewer connection is a little strange with an elevated ring around it. It makes emptying your tanks difficult if you're not in front of the drain. Thet should take those rings out to make it easier.

We just stayed overnight. A lot of truckers coming into an area down the street but didn’t bother us. Great to just walk down and get groceries or a bite to eat at the truck area with food trucks too. Well lite. Gravel with pull thrus long enough for rig and car. Would not stay for a long period of time, but for an overnight, it was perfect. On and off the freeway with ease and Diesel #2 gas.

No pool in weather temps of 105 degree, no water To flush or keep sweeper smells out of trailer. No grocery’s. Or food. No shade, no trash pick up. No Cable, zero entertainment. Check in person was nice. Certainly room for improvements!

Service and utilities were good enough for our one night stay. Campers should be warned though that there is a sewage plant nearby (or at least it seems). For that reason (i.e., not KOA’s fault) that I didn’t go with the worst rating possible. Miserable conditions.

Easy in and out, very clean, we just stayed over night on our way to Oregon, nice dog area, we even stayed here on our way back, fuel and fast food near by, nice shade trees and very quiet

First thing we saw existing our vehicle to check in was a great big spider web on the patio furniture. Didn't look like the patio had been clean in a while. Although the dog area was all dirt, it was clean.

The smell from the “sewer pond” next to the park woke us up and we could not leave fast enough.

The campground was a great place for an overnight on my way north. It was clean and pleasant. My only complaint was that I asked for a 45 foot site so I wouldn't have to unhook. But the site I was given was more like 35 feet and I did have to unhook. I arrived after the office was closed or I would have tried to move.

Not up to KOA standards. Grounds are poorly kept, not dirty but lacking in foliage/greenery. Camp store is minimal, low inventory.

Great place to overnight when traveling on 5 Fwy. Very clean bathroom and shower facilities. Easy pull through sites. Can be a bit warm in summer but does cool off at night...

My regular North/South stop. Perfect for overnighter. Easy access to I5. Always clean and well kept. Easy in and out for big rigs. Love's and Petro down the street.

We've stayed here several times over the last few years on our way to Northern California and back. Full hook ups. Clean showers. We like it because we feel like we're camping in nature and not in a parking lot. Great Indian food truck next to the office too!
