The Jackson Minnesota KOA will follow the KOA National Cancellation Policy written by KOA Corporate, which states the following: if you need to cancel your reservation, you must email ([email protected]) or call the campground  (507-847-3825) before the deadlines listed below in order to receive a refund of your deposit minus a $20 cancellation fee.Jackson KOA Policy: Cancellation fees will be applied to all cancellations, regardless of KOA Reward Status.Email notifications of cancellations need to be received at least 7 days before arrival. Text notifications of cancellations will not be accepted. Not calling to cancel/no-show will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.RV & Tent Sites: 7 days cancellation notice is required. Please notify the KOA you have your reservation with by 4 p.m., 7 days before your scheduled arrival.Camping Cabins: 14 days cancellation notice required. Please notify the KOA you have your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days prior to your scheduled arrival. Reservations made after these deadlines require non-refundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits. Holidays and Special Events: The Jackson Minnesota KOA has a non-refundable deposit policy on cancellations for Holidays and Special Events. Not valid on existing reservations.
