Hattiesburg / Okatoma River KOA Reviews

Had site 1 with a nice patio, fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and a Weber gas grill. It was a pull thru site that was level and the landscaping around it was beautiful. This is the nicest KOA we have stayed at and we have stayed in several from Texas to Minnesota and other states. The staff and hosts were friendly and we enjoyed the delicious complimentary breakfast casserole before we left.

I was very nice but you need more space to park our car at the Motorhome instead of across the roadway for a handicap person. Other than that everything was good. Talked with several people that were there on the grounds.

We had a great time. We will be back.

Absolutely beautiful campground, friendly staff. A bit far off the beaten track.

Wonderful experience! Extremely well maintained, everyone was so kind, I felt like it was a really safe place and we had fun! I LOVED the lake and the ducks. Everything you need is right there. The outdoor kitchen and shower houses are immaculate I have never seen that at a campground before and I loved it!

Our stay at this Campsite of America campground has been really cool and amazing! They have a big, spacious area with everything you could need. They have designated areas for dogs, cabins, and even spaces for trailers and campers. The people here are also incredibly nice and really go above and beyond to make your stay amazing specially Miss Nikki and Mr Dwayne and Ms Lyn&herhuby wereso helpful

Stayed several times and always great with a friendly staff. Don’t recommend staying in August, was extremely hot but not the campgrounds fault just fyi.

Clean comfortable cabin.

As always with this campground, i wonder if i am on the right road. But there are KOA signs along the way to reassure me. The checkin was effortless. The staff was friendly as always. Our site was great with quality furniture and grill. Unfortunately the heat prevented us from enjoying their use. We didn't use any of the facilities so no comment there. I highly recommend this KOA campground.

Beautiful well maintained park. Only spent one night and didn’t take on any amenities but we would definitely return. Nice and friendly employees and hosts as well

Best KOA we have stayed at so far! Everything was perfect. The grounds were spotless, bathrooms were super clean. All the staff were very friendly. We will definitely be back!

The dogs and I had a good stay there. Sorry my dog was such a loud mouth. It's a miracle we didn't get kicked out, lol.

Every koa manager/owner should come here to see & understand how a well manged koa runs. Great campground, clean, inviting & personal staff.

The apartment we rented was beautiful. The campground pool is Awesome and the camp ground itself is kept very nice and clean.

KOA Staff were so hospitable. We had such a great time in such a safe environment with our grandchildren

Everything was very clean and organized. The long term campers were super nice and helpful. The employees were top tier. We even had some younger employees bring us ice to the pool. And the kids really enjoyed the craft time. We met the owner and he made us feel welcome and offered unbelievable hospitality! We got a site with a puppy pen and it even had a patio and grill. The drive into the campground makes you wonder if you took a wrong turn, but there are KAO signs that help ease the worries. The campground itself is great. Beautiful layout with big spacious sites. We had a pull through patio that left plenty of space for our class a coach and full size pick up toad. Campsite had a gas grill and quality furniture. I would highly recommend the KOA and will return
