We LOVE this KOA. Many renovations have taken place in the past few years. The camp store has many things to choose from as well. All which have made this KOA a hidden paradise. The staff is friendly and so kind. Check in ( with an escort) and check out are a breeze. If you’re ever in the Hattiesburg MS area, be sure to check them out.

We stayed overnight. Sites were not overly spacious. Greeted and directed to site. 2 or 3 miles off highway, secluded, quiet. Nice campground.

The nicest KOA we have ever stayed at! Nice LARGE dog park. BEAUTIFUL waterfront sites, GREAT nature trails, GORGEOUS bath/shower rooms, PRETTY pool area, CLEAN NEW laundry, and FRIENDLY staff!

Beautiful campground in a quiet serene setting. Everything was so clean and facilities were very nice. The office staff were very friendly and helpful with all of our questions. Sad we were only there 1 night but will definitely come back for a longer stay.

Only there for one night. I stayed before it was a KOA. The change to a KOA park is great. Level sites, beautiful setting and great people.

Love this location. Second time stopping here. Picturesque and peaceful on a small lake. Lots of amenities like a pool for kids, ping pong and a basketball court.

What a hidden gem! Very peaceful campground! Plenty of space and very clean. We loved sitting by the pond watching the geese & ducks and other campers catching fish. We’ll be back for a longer stay!

Second time camping here. Entire camp is VERY clean and well-maintained. Friendly office staff. The bathrooms are immaculate. They take great pride in keeping this campground nice. I cannot wait to stay here again!

Super clean, very well kept, quiet with planned holiday events for kids. Animal friendly with a beautiful in ground pool and pavilion area. Camp sites are leveled and well maintained. Has 2 ponds to fish in and a wonderful and helpful staff. The best camp ground I ever stayed at or visited.

Stayed two nights here. I usually avoid commercial campgrounds and stay in parks but this one was just the right distance between other stops. Pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this campground, spotless facilities, fun activities and extremely helpful staff. Didn’t want to leave. 5 stars.

Hattiesburg/Oakatoma River KOA was great. A nice tranquil KOA location on a small lake. It had all of the plug-ins for our RV and was very well kept up. We would definitely stay here again if passing through the area.

Clean, comfortable and beautiful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Wifi was good (we paid for the upgrade) did have a few problems but a quick call took care of the issue. We will be back!

Beautiful place. We arrived late and left early but wish we had more time. Bath rooms were nice and clean and near our van. Only drawback was doggie park was way up front, and we were on other side of lake very far away. My dogs love KOA dog parks

Duane, Nikki and all there staff are wonderful. Great place to stay. Came here in the winter of 2020 and have been back for the winter's every year since. Wonderful place.

Park is beautiful and staff is friendly. The community building is absolutely gorgeous. Lots of fun things to do. However, as with the previous KOA we stayed at, the RV spaces are too close together.

Everything was great except for the rude lady who told my daughter that we only booked our site for 3 people. I was not present so I could not show her my reservation. I clearly booked it for 7 people at my RV. She was very rude. She then stated that she would let it slide this time. Excuse me you ain't doing no one a favor. Rudeness is not a becoming trait!

Very nice small campground with lots of extras. Big park feel without all the noise. Nice lake with wildlife, very well keep up, bathrooms are new and very clean. They have cabins and RV sites. Very pet friendly.

Clean, friendly, and very busy campground. Mostly full hook up rvs, but they have cabins and some nice rustic sites all on the lake. A little off the beaten path with lots of dogs on leashes. Decent cell signal. The "streaming" wifi package that is available for the area isn't what it should be for the price.

This was the most peaceful weekend I have ever had. The setting was beautiful, the staff was so nice and helpful. We enjoyed sitting on the patio of our cute little cabin, grilling out and enjoying smores over the fire pit. We will definitely be back!
