Beautiful KOA with expansive grounds out in a country setting. Studio cabins overlook the large lake with ducks. Quiet getaway, tucked away down a country road.

It’s a beautiful campground that’s far away from any highway noise but close enough to make the short drive into Hattiesburg. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Make sure to follow the driving instructions provided on your arrival day. I missed that and blindly followed the GPS instructions. It took us on a small, unmarked, winding route.

This was one of our best stays at a KOA campground. Site was amazing and well kept. Bathrooms were very clean and up to date, Laundromat was a great plus, and affordable. Host was very accommodating and offered delivery of our needs. Will definitely return and highly recommend this KOA!

The RV park is beautiful!! I loved the walking trails and caught a glimpse of alligator. I love how it’s nestled away from everything!!

In our opinion we thought your KOA was the best overall of all the KOAs where we have stayed. We travel from Florida to Alaska usually only staying one along the way. We agreed if we wanted to spend a vacation at one location we would choose to spend it at the Hattiesburg KOA. Thank you.

The pool was great and the entire facility. I did not like the tent sites because they are spaced to close together. Camping with a camper would be awesome as the property had many family activities and some adorable ducks. However, I do not recommend tent camping there.

It was a very nice park. The bathrooms were very nice & clean. It was nice the pool was open when we were there in early May, however we didn't get a chance to use it. The only negative thing I can say about the park is the water pressure in the showers was very low. I would definitely stay there again and it was very quiet.

We stayed overnight as we were passitng through. However, we noticed that the facilities and amenities were clean, and well maintained. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We might be back for a longer stay next time. Thank you!

First let me say this is a beautiful KOA, and very well maintained! If you have a big rig and are towing sites 1&2 are the best, both are pull thru. Dog park is shaded and it was clean. Surrounding grounds shady and trails to stroll on. Ducks for the kiddos to admire. Staff present and helpful. Pricing was very good! We will be back for sure. Bath house clean, nice pool and laundry. It's a gem!

Overall the park is very nice but the deluxe cabin was far from deluxe. The microwave didn’t work correctly, the cabin had a nasty stale smell to it, the mattress on the bed was horrible. We could’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn for less. I also think we got charged twice to have a dog but I never got a copy of the invoice.

Thank you for your feedback. Our deluxe cabins are clean and well-maintained with high quality bedding. The microwave is fully operational per directions flashed on the screen and staff was willing to help. One $25 pet fee was charged, and receipts are automatically emailed. We'll send another copy.

Beautiful and peaceful park. Bathrooms were cleaned all the time. Grounds are kept beautifully. Will definitely stay here again!!! When calling to reserve, office personnel very professional. Notifications with directions and after hour info on spot!! Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Hope to stay a little longer next time.

This is a great KOA! Dewayne & Nikki have done so much to this camp and keep improving on it. It is the most clean KOA that we stay at. The staff is phenomenal! It is so nice to be able to talk to the owners on a daily basis, they are so involved with their guests. Kelly's events were so much fun! The crawfish boil was absolutely outstanding! I just can't say enough good things! Thank you!!

We held the Mississippi Airstream rally at the Okatoma KOA and it was wonderful. Everyone enjoyed the facilities and nothing but praise for the bathrooms and pavilion. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Already planning next year's rally there.

Spots 1 and 2 are perfect for 42 feet or more size RV’s. The best place we’ve ever camped. The outside is fully furnished with nice patio furniture, umbrella, nice clean grill on a concrete slab. Also a fire pit. Surroundings are Beautiful, loved seeing the many ducks in the clean lake and roam around the place. Linda was the best, she showed personal concern. Her CS a 10.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hattiesburg / Okatoma River KOA. The campground was clean, quiet, and had a really relaxing atmosphere. You can tell the owners take pride in keeping everything well maintained. The staff was welcoming and helpful, which made the stay even better. It felt like the perfect balance of being outdoors while still being comfortable. Definitely a place we'd come back to.
